My 2017 Range Rover caught on fire 10 days after being serviced at this dealership for a timing chain issue. They also replaced my brakes which failed in the fire. In addition, I got an SOS warning which they claimed was like an on-star and no big deal. I just had to pay for a new special battery. About 20 miles after leaving the dealership following the repairs, my SOS light came back on. I immediately contacted them but was told not to worry and was scheduled to return 2 weeks later. Well, the car burned up and I was extremely lucky to make it out. I have 5 beautiful children and feel so blessed they weren’t in the car when it happened. They put me and my family at risk. It was absolutely terrifying to all of a sudden have blue flames down both sides of my hood and I had no brakes to stop the car. Luckily I had just gotten off the interstate and wasn’t driving fast. It’s so hard to think about but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.I thought the dealership would work with me but they are taking no responsibility. Apparently even newer Range Rovers can randomly catch on fire….I had no idea. Please be cautious!!

I just wanted to take a moment to share the amazing experience I had with this dealer. I am an or of state buyer (from Michigan), so I obviously had some concerns and required some extra effort from the dealer to make me comfortable. That said, they put my mind at ease and I made a deposit over the phone to secure the vehicle, and they understood the risks and assured me if when I arrived it wasnt to my expectations I wouldnt be obligated to buy it and would get my deposit back. The car was exactly what I was looking for, and Im so thankful for Cullen and Nick for making this such a great experience. This experience was way better than some experiences even with local dealers. Thanks again!

Great staff! It was my pleasure doing business with you. The purchase was quick and efficient. However our sales consultant Mason Chamberlain showed out with this one! After being picked up from the airport, and brought to the dealership, he said Mrs. Mott, I heard it was your birthday. I was led to a garage where my vehicle 2020 Range Rover Sport HST was sitting with a big white bow. He made it personable and I was elated! Hes very knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. Land Rover Chattanooga you gave me a story of a lifetime!

I took my vehicle, a Range Rover Sport, in for evaluation of a dashboard low coolant light warning and a front left seat belt retractor recall issue. I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, and this was my first use of its service department. Aside from scheduling for an 8am Friday drop off about 1 week in advance and nevertheless it still requiring 2 business days before the evaluation and in the end relatively simple repair were completed all was well until I received a call advising the rear passenger bumper area was damaged due to some type of collision as my vehicle was being backed out of the repair bay. The dealership, as should be expected, covered the cost of the body work repair. However, this left me without my vehicle for an additional week on top of the 4 days taken up by the initial evaluation and repair. Accidents do happen and I was very understanding of this even without the repetitive reiteration of that fact by the service department manager (Brandon). However, I was not offered a loaner at all. Very questionable given essentially negligence on their part led to the loss of use of my vehicle for a full week. I was willing to disregard that faux pas given I did and do have a second vehicle. By the way, that was not something that I was questioned about upon notification of the accident. However, upon arriving to pick up my vehicle 1 week status post repair of the issues I initially took it in for, I was presented with the full repair bill. To clarify the bill did not include the cost of the collision damage repair. However, needless to say I found it a bit unacceptable the lack of consideration given to the inconvenience the lack of my vehicle had caused me. With a bit of polite dialogue that likely would not have been necessary if my external presentation were other than it is by birth, Brandon was able to decrease my repair bill by about $110. This was after sending me to the waiting area for an additional 15 minutes apparently because he needed time to ruminate over an act of basic consideration and decency. To conclude Land Rover Chattanooga lacks diversity in staffing and appears to also lack the insight to afford the same level of consideration to a clientele that does not resemble their staff. Consumer be very aware.

We live 2 states away but found the exact car my wife wanted at a great price. Called the dealership and the Sales Manager, Scott, helped me and then had Zachary Schmidt finalize the details. They sent us pictures when requested and answered all our questions by email and over the phone. All of the paperwork was done remotely and shipped to us within 2 days. Overall, one of the best experiences Ive had from a dealership.

I made contact with this dealership concerning a vehicle that I was interested in, I was immediately contacted back by Theresa who then put everything into action. Nick also contacted us to make sure everything was going well. My husband I drove over two hours to go to this dealership and purchased our new (used) vehicle and everyone was so kind and helpful. We are so impressed by how great the team was. We have recently been contacted since having the vehicle to make sure we are pleased with it all ! Such a wonderful group to deal with! Their service was great! We were buying a used car from them (a Hyundai Tucson), which I have to imagine is at the lower end of the price scale for the cars they sale, but they treated us like we were buying the most expensive Porsche on the lot! I sincerely respect that. We had 5 people stop by to congratulate us on our purchase, including the manager. It did not go unnoticed that they treated my wife and I no different from a person buying a Porsche or Land Rover.

The buying experience was very good. Unfortunately the servicing experience is awful. I called four times, left a message each time, and emailed twice to schedule service. Not once did I get a response. When I called the main desk and explained my troubles, someone walked to the service department, then I was able to schedule service for the vehicle that I bought from Chattanooga Land Rover. The day of the service, they called to cancel the service due to computer trouble and the service staff out sick. I have now called Chattanooga Land Rover to reschedule, and am experiencing the same treatment. My calls are forwarded to voicemail, and I hear nothing more. I have spent significant time trying to give them my buisness. Now I will go elsewhere.

My wife has been wanting a Range Rover Sport for so long but we could never find the exact on she wanted until she found the exact one she wanted on Autotrader. She was told to reach out to Zach who was amazing and took great care of her while she was making the decision to purchase the vehicle. The entire deal was smooth and all she had to do was drop off her keys, sign for the new one, and leave happy. Awesome experience and easy to find what she wanted online.

This is my third attempt to use Land Rovers service department and the third time Ive had to go elsewhere because they are so backed up. I used the online reservation which confirmed an appt 4-days out from the day I scheduled then received a phone call from the dealership that they are actually 5-6 weeks booked out. Dont reserve online...its inaccurate. I love the vehicle, however, I havent had a positive experience with the service department. It needs to be expanded to accommodate the demand in a more timely fashion.

Recently I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and had a wonderful experience. Rachel Carter was the sales consultant. She was knowledgeable, very easy to work and extremely helpful. She contacted and communicated with me timely to make the process very smooth and found the car which I was looking for. All the staff were very nice in their dealings. I have never posted a negative review of any business before this. I had to wait three weeks from the date I called until I could get an appointment to do annual required service on my Land Rover. My husband and I made changes to our vacation to gET the car serviced first. I dropped my vehicle off at nine in the morning. I explained we were leaving on vacation the next day and asked if the service manager, Jared, could estimate a time frame. He responded that he could not, but it would be ready about two hours after they called me with an estimate. At four o clock that afternoon I still had not received a call. I called Jared and got no answer. I left a message. When he called back about thirty minutes later the car had still not even been looked at. He told me it would be ready at nine the next day. Long story short, it was 10:15 before it was ready. There was no offer of any kind of discount off the seven hundred dollar required service. Thats better than the 2,400 I was charged last year. They offered only excuses as to why it took so long, like construction and techs calling in sick. Not my problem.My husband and I have purchased two vehicles there and always used the service. NEVER AGAIN. I WOULD DRIVE TO ATLANTA FOR SERVICE, RATHER THAN BE TREATED WITH UTTER DISRESPECT.

I loved shopping for my “new to me “used vehicle here. The salesman were all gentleman and gracious ladies who went out of their way to answer questions yet they were not pushy. Steve Blackwell was my awesome salesman and I can’t say enough good things about the great person that he is. I felt comfortable with the financing manager as he explained options, yet he was not pushy either.I could not believe what a wonderful car buying experience I had.Other places that I had been made me think of the salesman like vultures fighting to get to me first and pushing things that I did not need and showing me vehicles that they were interested in selling, but I was not interested in wasting time looking at. Of the over12 vehicles I have purchased over the years, this was the first pleasant experience I ever had. Thanks Landrover Chattanooga staff. You all do business RIGHT.

Not sure about sales or service; but when you have someone driving a new Velar on a Dealer plate (I assume is an employee;) maybe they should emphasize not driving VERY dangerously through busy traffic. Swerving between cars, going 95 in a 70, no turning signal, jumping 2 lanes, etc.not sure about you, but I would hate for my dealership to be represented in such a POOR manner.

Excellent service department, Justin went above and beyond to address our issue. We were in Chattanooga on a business trip and had an issue arise with our RR Sport that needed immediate attention; we were also very tight on time and needed to get back on the road for another appointment. We explained our situation to Justin and he immediately took our vehicle back and had us on the road in less than an hour. I have been in a few different RR service departments and this one was exceptional. Justin was prompt, very courteous, knowledgeable and took excellent care of us. I am two hours out of Chattanooga but will definitely be bringing it back for our scheduled services from here on. I would highly recommend.

The worst service money can buy. I found the staff here to be unpleasant and pretentious throughout. Many of the other reviewers mentioned rudeness and arrogance in dealing with particular individuals and I can also say that is most certainly accurate. Jaguar Land Rover and Porsche all make great vehicles and that obviously created a false sense of entitlement among their sales/service dept. The exception being with the manager who at least came across as fair in the end.Take away the good name and what remains mostly is a group of inconsiderate employees viewing and treating other people as nothing more than weaknesses with extra money.Its understandable to strive for and capitalize on higher margin services/products but its also possible to be courteous to your potential clients while doing so. Deceptive tactics and bullying doesnt work on everyone and it appears no one fully explained that in their sales meetings. Its really a simple concept that comes quite naturally for a great deal of people. So why this place lacks such basic social skills will have to remain a mystery.They also kept repeating the same cheesy sales idioms which was irritating and displayed a level of incompetence.

Scheduled service through online system due to multiple attempts to schedule by phone without an answer. 3 days after scheduling, I receive a call stating that it would be 3 weeks from the date scheduled before they could perform the service. He did offer to bring the car in and keep it for 2-3 days and they would TRY to get to it. It was emphasized that a loaner car would NOT be available during this time. After conversation, the gentlemen stated he would give me a call back on Monday morning but never heard back. Horrible customer service.

Bought my wife a range rover. I have been a long time client and was very disappointed that they did not take to time to show here all the features. The car is all digital display and very confusing. I was told that they had a land rover guy that would show us everthing, but that did not happen. I found out that there is a software patch out for the car, and they have made no effort to call us ( eventhough we have have 3 problem with the electronics). There solution has been, turn the car off and start it back upThe Porsche side is great, but will think twice about buying here again.The car needs warranty service. Called today and first appointment is 2 months out. What good is a warranty if you cant get service. Next time I will buy from Atlanta.

Over the last few years I have purchased three Jaguars from Mark Able of Jaguar Chattanooga and am in the process of buying one of the new F Type Coupes. It stands to reason that if I thought I could get better pricing somewhere else, I would go there. But thats not what sold me on Jaguar of Chattanooga.When it comes to service, they are the best Ive found. They have done everything Jag warranty calls for and they have done it with smiling faces, a kind word, and an attention to detail and Mark has been there every step of the way. I just purchased a CPO Land Rover from the Chattanooga Dealer and had a great experience with them. Although I am located in a different city, this dealer had the model and color I was looking for. We worked with Zachary Schmidt of LR Chattanooga in the purchase of my new Certified Pre-owned Range Rover. He was incredible. Kind and knowledgeable but not in the least bit pushy. When we left the dealership to go eat lunch and think about the car- most salespeople would have made a final push. Zach didnt though. He made sure we had all the information we needed and said to call him when wed decided. And we did just a few hours later and put the car on reserve until after vacation.The entire staff was helpful and happy. Definitely recommend Land Rover Chattanooga and Zach for your next purchase!

Our Land Rover had to be towed to the dealer because of a starter problem. We called the Land Rover service department that morning to let them know that it was on its way to them and they stated that they would get back to us sometime that day to let us know what they had found. By end of the day, no call. We contacted them and Justin stated that he would get back to us no later than noon the following day. Noon came and went, no call. By the end of the day, no call. The following morning, we still had received no call. When we contacted them to tell them were were arranging a tow truck to come transfer it to another repair shop, Justin stated that it showed that we were next on the list for our vehicle to be looked at but to come ahead and pick it up. Unfortunately, we didnt feel that he was being honest with us. We were paying for a rental car the entire time and very frankly, its a shame when the actual car dealer cant respond to your needs and particularly so at the prices they typically charge.We had it towed to a nearby european car shop, Bavarian Auto, and in the same afternoon they had the car diagnosed and starter replaced. They even washed and vacuumed the car and had us back on the road by close of business.Sorry Land Rover of Chattanooga, but you miss the mark by a long, long way in responding to your customers needs. You need to change your policy or your personnel one.

I very rarely post anything on here but the lack of service my daughter is receiving from Land Rover of Chattanooga is unacceptable. This dealership advertises and claims to pride itself on a unique customer experience that makes customers want to keep coming to their dealership and continue to buy vehicles from them.After three attempts to schedule manufacturer required service with a requested courtesy vehicle to drive, each time theyve had no vehicle for her to drive and shes had to cancel the service appointment. The last appointment they failed to contact her so she showed up at the dealership and then was told, we dont have any courtesy vehicles.She is a single female and doesnt have alternate transportation and has shared that information with the service department every time. Treating any customer this way is unacceptable. Theyve offered no solutions to problems theyve created nor have they expressed any empathy for creating this hardship. Again, remember Land Rover requires owners to have this maintenance performed at a dealership in order to maintain their warranty....Bottom line is the Family Owned local Land Rover dealership needs to apologize for treating a customer this way and perform this service at no charge. Ridiculous!

Wow. Fairly certain a few of the more positive reviews are either for the Jaguar side of things or written by employees. Ive owned Land Rovers for 15 years. You find that people either love them or hate them, but in my experience a larger than normal group feel this way about the vehicles not given the vehicles but given the level of service they received from their Land Rover dealer - because for whatever reason as Land Rover has changed ownership companies multiple times over the last 10-15 years, they still cant see to really get a handle on dealer quality control.Regardless, this is the worst Land Rover dealership I have ever been to after using them in 7+ states. If it were my business, Id be ashamed at my employees attitudes - which can be summed up as not just apathetic, but as another reviewer stated - some seem to have an outright chip on their shoulder. I can also confirm the arrogance another reviewer mentioned as well; this attitude may appeal to those whose goal is to look good driving an expensive SUV, but it doesnt do for me. It may not be that its a bad Land Rover dealer, Land Rover of Chattanooga may just be an unhealthy organization.I take my vehicles to the dealership in Atlanta (Buckhead) these days, which is ranked as one of the top dealers in service in the country; they actually gave them an award. I love my Land Rovers, and so the extra drive isnt a problem for me given I intend to get the value of what I paid for.

My husband and I had the most efficient, pleasant and professional experience with this dealership and specifically Zac Schmidt. We discussed and agreed upon the purchase price of a used LR4 and the trade-in value of our Cadillac SRX prior to making the trip from Atlanta. I would never recommend anyone to purchase Range Rover. I purchased vehicle on Sep 6th. On Sep 8th it was showing three different malfunction signs so I told them that I dont want this vehicle anymore please return it. They (Dealership staff) promise me that they will take care of all problems on vehicle. They kept vehicle for 12 days in shop and called me on Sep 20th to pick up vehicle and promise me that everything is fixed and nothing will happen even though I was keep insisting returning vehicle. I picked up vehicle on 20th Sept and sign for Dynamic Fault came back up again on 21st Sep. I call them again and send them E-mails about it. They had my vehicle again for last 3 days and want me to take same car back again. I DO NOT WANT THAT VEHICLE BACK, I DONT WANT TO RISK MY LIFE AND MY FAMILY LIFE DRIVING THAT VEHICLE ON ROAD/INTERSTATE. I am businessman as well. If someone get malfunction (damaged) product from me, I will take product back and issue them refund rite away. They dont have any work ethics or professionalism about this kind of issued that will put people life on risk. All they care is about sale and commissions.

We purchase a new Range Rover here and had several problems with it. My salesperson and service advisor were great but the upper management did not seek to listen to or understand my problems. From the beginning, the management was arrogant and made my wife and I feel unwanted as customers. The general manager even suggested I buy another brand vehicle without understanding my concerns or knowing all wed been through. I can NOT recommend this dealership.

We were never asked if we needed help and the employees laughed at me when I asked for help.... so I’m going to recommend to him that we go to Mercedes Of Chattanooga instead because we were helped immediately. your employees are disrespectful and unprofessional.

My wife and I had an extremely positive experience with Land Rover Chattanooga. We worked out an agreement with Jack Wilson to purchase a LR4 with what we had expected would be a factory DVD player that still needed to be installed. It turns out the dealership was only able to get the aftermarket version. We had already purchased the vehicle and put 2,000 miles on it when we discovered this didnt work. Our son has hearing aids and is unable to use headphones and my wife has to take him to many doctor appointments out of town and cant work an aftermarket DVD from the front seat.We brought these concerns to Jack Wilson and he took them to his manager (James). James without a second thought or even a call from us asked Jack to get us a new LR4 with the factory DVD. He took our old car back and the dealership ate the expense of the miles and the different in cost. Jack and James earned customers for life. I highly recommend working with this dealership.

We are so grateful to General Manager, James Vandermerwe and Finance Manager, Scott DeFriese for making it a smooth and effortless process. Not only did we get a great price, but they got us the best finance rate around! Scott was awesome! He shopped the rate to get us a better rate than I could find at my local credit union. And they promptly delivered the vehicle to me here in Knoxville and didnt even charge to do it! Now that is service!! Its been a great vehicle, and we would definitely do business with this dealership again. Youve got a customer for life!
