While working a part time job, someone cut off my catalytic converter. My insurance company sent me to these guys, they were very friendly and helpful. They thought it would take a few days to fix, but it was done the same day! I was so happy and extremely satisfied!
Good service. But first appointment had to reschedule because it was a 2 hour wait for a minor check. Still took over a hour on second visit. I thought having appointment that it would be serviced faster.
It is a quality service that they provided. The only feedback I have is they should have done more to get the insurance adjuster and their team of appraisers onboard. The repair took two extra weeks beyond their estimate and the whole process took an extra week to start due to their own mistakes in the estimate.I am glad I took my car there and am glad it is repaired. Just be prepared the quality work takes extra time.

My truck definitely sold itself. My salesman, Robby, seemed disinterested and preoccupied. Although I appreciated that he wasnt pushy, I experienced quite the opposite with Robby.. He didnt show interest in the sale at all! He sounded asleep half the time. My new truck had to have a part put in the sunroof to make it close properly which was a little concerning since it is brand new (and I am the one who found out it needed repair...how did it get through everyone else without being noticed??). Robby told me it’d be ready Wednesday or Thursday. That turned into Saturday or Monday…”maybe Tuesday”. I only found this out by calling him on those days he originally said itd be ready. Communication throughout didn’t exist unless I reached out. I called the manager and he never called me back…Great truck! Terrible customer service experience. Hope my experience getting my truck serviced there is better.
This is my first time utilizing Capital Toyota.I was one of the first people in line at 7 AM - They opened right on time.I was greeted be several of the staff on hand and was helped immediately.They were polite and professional.I waited in the largest and nicest waiting room I have ever seen at a car dealership!My wait time was relatively low and was back out the door in 30 minutes.The service manager assigned to me was friendly and helpful.I would be happy to return to this dealership for future service on my Toyota.They deserve 5 stars!

Everyone was very helpful and nice. The lounge area is nice and the bathroom was clean. My car was done earlier than expected. The only negative was that my car smelled very bad when I got back in it. It was a very strong gas smell. I had to drive home with the windows down because it was very strong. But the overall experience was good and I’d go back.
I love love the valet service- so easy to do when I’m at work, I don’t have to take a day off work to get the car serviced!!Scheduling, calling and informing is concise. Debbie found my car easily and was punctual. Chris was very informative, shot it to me straight, looked up my past service history Recommended that I should be thinking about new tires, but wasn’t pushy. Sandy, cashier always remembers me and hooked me up with a coupon! I got my car back to my workplace by lunchtime. It made it so easy to step away from the office and get my keys back. Gary is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. After coming from a different Toyota dealer that I was very unhappy with. I had problems with their customer service and service department. I expressed my concerns with Gary and he was very reassuring. Needed info from the pre owned dealership he was on vacation and wont return till Thursday. They sent me to the new lot across the street. They wouldnt give me a time they work with me. And I sat there for 2 + hours. I can understand if they was busy. But they wasnt. I wouldnt recommend going on a weekend there. If you have plans for the day. Because they work to slow to get ppl in and out the door.

I told him what my budget and what I was looking for the day before and the next day he had us come by and found the perfect car at our price range. Well, overall my service experience was fine. This was my 6th visit (30,000 miles). However, I must make two notes. First, there is not a lot of warmth from the service department employees. While I do not need over-the-top smiles and cheers, there is a general air of bother from the check-in staff.Second, I have had a chip in my windshield for awhile now. On the last two visits, the review sheet indicated they inspected the windshield and found no chips or cracks. They clearly are not doing this and just hitting the green “no issues” box. What else are they not paying attention to? Are they just changing the oil and shoving the car back out the door? It makes me lose confidence in Capital Toyota Service.Bottom line? They are OK, but could do much better.
They must have been off their game today. Very slow paced. Went in for an oil change and cabin air filter change. Had an appointment. Car was ready sitting in finished spot 20 to 25 minutes before the rep give me papers to check out. Its a nice place but do not want to stay there all day for an oil change. Got in car after oil change and the interior smelled of gasoline. Hope I am able to get the smell out.Hope they are better next time
Trevor was an amazing salesman he did not put any pressure on us what so ever the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is they really had no new inventory bit overall I still ended up with an amazing truck

My husband and I sold a car to this dealership, and were promised prompt payment of the equity we had in the vehicle. It has now been over a week, we know the loan was paid off by the dealership and the title has been sent to them. We have called repeatedly asking when we can expect to receive our check, and have had zero responses from anyone. Were talking at least 5 calls, 3 text messages, and emails to multiple individuals including Shawn, Joe, and Doyala. Dont sell your call to this dealership - at this point were considering litigation and police reports for misappropriation of funds.

We were concerned about a transmission issue and they didnt find anything wrong. Hopefully what we had experienced before was just a fluke. We had just asked for them to check that out, and to do a repair on a leaky tire, but they identified two recalls that needed to happen, and took care of those too. We were amazed at the low cost, and especially the free valet service for the car. Everybody was friendly that we interacted with. Would definitely return.

Two hour waits for an oil change is stressing but I feel the service department is trying their best. I am more upset that when purchasing our new Toyota, we were led to believe that the first services were free and then we were hit with a 2k charge. We stopped at the Toyota dealership to see if they possibly had a Toyota Sienna. They are on back order everywhere and they had a guy back out and happened to have one in the color I wanted. We went in he ran some numbers and I just can’t commit immediately I’m a process person. I asked for the night to process and run numbers. Curry was very supportive in that and allowed me to feel secure in knowing he would give me the time I needed. Then this morning he had others interested yet he held on to the promise he made to me to wait and allow me to make a decision. We worked numbers and went back and forth quite a few times. I knew and they knew they could call any other person and make a lot more money off that vehicle. People are paying $5000 above sticker price but he still allowed me to make a deal and have a great new vehicle for my family. Overall I am very happy with my decision to purchase from this location.
Capital Collision are really Great. My vehicle needed repairs due to someone rear ending my vehicle. Brought my car to Capital collision for inspection and repairs. They kept me up to date on my repairs it only took a few days. Repaired the damages. My vehicle looks great! Plus they washed my car after repairing. Great customer service.

Stopped during a trip from Ohio to Atlanta after hearing a rattle in our Prius. The service team was extremely friendly, helpful and got us in quickly.They quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue.The waiting area was clean and comfortable with refreshments and restrooms.

Went in to have a fuel pump changed and have usual maintenance. The person answering the phone, at the front desk, was not pleasant. They did not change the oil and the person that I asked about fluid changes was not really a good communicator - I would have paid for the darned oil. I also asked about installation of a trailer hitch and the service person was not helpful. He told me that I should talk to parts and wasn’t clear what installation would cost. He could easily have called the parts department - he did not. I did call the parts department and am still not clear on which parts were available. In these times where people have no loyalty, I am surprised that no one was going out of their way to help me. I was not treated poorly. I was treated average. 3 starts is average. I have been used to excellent service, I hope this is an aberration.

We recently had our Toyota Avalon serviced by Capital Toyota promptly and efficiently. All of the employees were helpful and courteous. They took our vehicle at the time of our appointment and provided a clean comfortable waiting area. While paying for our work, I was asked if I was a veteran as there is a 15 percent discount on Wednesdays. Since I hadnt known that, Iplanned to schedule on Wednesdays in the future. Without hesitation they gave me the discount even though it was Thursday. They are very Covid oriented from start to completion. Its nice to see so many familiar faces that have taken care of us through the last six years. Highly recommend your consideration of these people for service on your vehicles.
Excellent service and comfortable environment. There were issues with sorting through a warranty issue between two Toyota dealerships and the tire manufacturer, but Capital Toyota worked through it and handled business. I’m pleased.
Clean and professional. My service assistant took charge of my warranty company and got my best deal. He also kept me informed AND LISTENED to me as I explained the issue with my car.
I was there to help the wife pick out what she wanted. She had been shopping around online and found a vehicle she liked. We got there 20 minutes before closing which couldnt be helped. We had great service online and were offered a very reasonable out the door price by text before we even came in to view the car.A salesperson called Bethany cut the deal over the phone and reserved the car for us immediately. Then, the very next morning, we went for a test drive with another salesperson called Jonathon. He showed us around the car and helped us with everything we wanted to know before we went into the finance office.These two members of staff listened to us and responded to our needs. They were not pushy at all and Bethany was willing to match the best price that we’d found at another dealership online.Our experience in the finance office was great too. We have never bought a new car before and so were dreading the finance office experience. However, it was all very quick and easy and the finance manager was very friendly, respectful and, again, not pushy.We would highly recommend Capital Toyota. I was happy to get the free Toyota Care service. This was my 2nd service and it took longer than I expected. Still, it wasn’t bad. I was out in an hour and a half. However, when I got home, I noticed something hanging down from the bottom of the car. I called the service department back and instead of any kind of apology, Brody was just like, bring it by and we will have a look. I expected a little bit of an apology for the trouble but he is a kid so I guess he gets a free pass at manners?I returned the next morning at 8:00 when the service department opened. I explained the issue and this time the service advisor apologized and told me he would make this high priority. They took my car back to the garage promptly. I expected to be out of there in 10 minutes or less. After 45 minutes, I went back to ask what was going on. Either something was really wrong or they weren’t bothering to look at it. He told me he didn’t know what was the delay so I stared at him for a minute and asked, “can you go find out what is up?” He returned in a few minutes to let me know they were about to begin looking at the problem.Finally, 15 minutes later, they return and let me know they are sorry but the technician apparently failed to screw the bolts back in to the oil plug cover. They fixed it but I don’t understand how such a simple problem slipped by. And, I was much disappointed with the lackadaisical attitude of the employees, especially Brody.I love my 4Runner but I won’t return to Capital for service once my Toyota Care expires.
My car needed an oil change and warranty work. The service reps got it taken care of and approved ASAP! I worked with Scott and he kept me informed of the status of the work.

The employees have been super nice every time and the lounge area is so nice that I don’t mind waiting around there (which is great since I live a pretty good drive away and wouldn’t love having to leave and come back!). Andrew saved the day! Found out unexpectedly that the folks that have been doing my tire rotation werent checking my brake pads & rotors. This lead to me thinking everything was OK and finding out it wasnt. Metal to metal is what I started to hear and I had some weekend plans that would have been ruined if Andrew wasnt able to get me in and out quickly. I will definitely be coming back!

I made an appointment online. It was easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and efficient. After checking it out, the service manager came and gave me an estimate, including a part that I was surprised they had in stock. The estimate was very reasonable, and they did the repair in good time. I was charged the estimated price and its good as new. I would highly recommend Capital Toyota to anyone with a Toyota. Toyotas rarely need repair, but when they do, you can count on Capital Toyota.

Invested in my 60K Highlander maintenance for both the record and long term use. I have 1 bone to pick. A Capital Preferred maintenance cost should include a car wash. My wife stated I should have got a car wash for that expense. I went out and washed it myself. Maybe you can explain why to my wife why I didnt get a car wash. Good luck.
