I have been using “It’s N The Details” for a few years now. I first went to him with my SUV that was not taken care of, only to have him make the car look brand new. The carpets were terrible from the previous owner and I went to him with high hopes that he would help and boom, completely turned the SUV around. I bought a new to me car, had it ceramic coated, he took his time and made it perfect. And touch ups since have been again amazing. I am thankful for his service because there is no way I could get my car as clean as he does!!!

I am probably the pickiest person on the planet AND I have a black car. Mario is the ONLY person I would trust my car with. He has been taking care of my cars for at least 4 years and I get compliments on it all the time and it still looks great! 5 stars hands down

I’ve waited quite some time to give my opinion of this company for fear of exposure. Be very careful when contracting with them. If you have an especially dirty or messy vehicle, they will take before and after pictures and post them to social media. Chattanooga is not such a big town that people won’t recognize your vehicle. The comments of followers of the sites were horribly cruel and unnecessary. I will never again ask them to do a job for me. You would think a bill of $750.00 would buy you a little privacy.

So trustful, I took my vehicle in to be cleaned and when I picked it up, he told me he came across some cash and left it in my console. I didnt think anything of it. Later I found out it was a money envelope. I lost over $500 2 months ago. He found it and left it for me. I would have never known but Im glad I have a detailer and company as honest as them. That wouldnt have happened at other places in this area.

Have had used this company twice and both times and wowed at the cleanness of my car I have 3 small children and they can definitely leave a mess but he made my SUV look brand new 😊 Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend

Did a big paint correction on my hellcat. She looks unbelievable now. He even threw in a interior clean for us as the coats were drying. I honestly dont trust anyone but this company with my vehicles

Quality detailing. Excellent customer service. Easy, quick, and amazing. My car has never been cleaner, and setting it up was a breeze. Drop off and pick up was around my schedule, which is not always easy to accommodate! The price is well worth every penny and very reasonable!

I had scheduled an appointment to have a friends vehicle detailed for Christmas gift. I pre paid in advanced for mobile detailing and today Mario sent me a text telling me that they dont do mobile detailing anymore and that I would have to bring the car to him. Well thats not an option so I went ahead and canceled the appointment and asked for a refund all with a 24 hr advanced notice.only to be informed that he was going to taken50 dollars from me for canceling telling me that he cant book an appointment for my time slot last minute. This is completely unacceptable and I will never recommend this business ever again. Nowhere did it state that he no longer offered mobile detailing anymore.... and he could have gotten back to me yesterday alot sooner to let me know that he wasnt doing mobile detailing anymore. This man has stole money from me and was very rude. I hope karma returns what you have done to me today bud. Ive always recommended you.....after today ill never send anyone your way or even speak your name again. You have done me wrong man.it was not a customer of mine btw.... it was bought for a Xmas gift. Your information is deceiving nowhere did it say you where not mobile anymore. If I had known trust me I wouldnt have made the appointment with you. So not only did you steal money from me you screwed a friend of mine out of there Xmas gift that I now have to spend even more money on to make right. Your a thief and a a very dishonest person. You could have responded to me sooner and let me know that you werent mobile instead of waiting a whole day adter I made the appointment for 3 days in advanced and had to cancel 24 hours prior to appointment. And when I sent it from my phone It was still over 24hours. Regardless what you did is still teft by deception. And very wrong. There are people out in this world that dont trust anyone to have there vehicles with out them. Hence why I trusted you abd went to you for your mobile detailing. Again thanks for stealing money from me instead of being understanding.
