I came here because I had mold on my leather seats due to wet clothes sitting on it for days. There was a huge spot of white mold on my black leather seats and I stopped by and it took Billy, the manager, 5 min to fix and gave him more than what I was charged, for the great work in great time. I took my truck to 5 Star Perfection Auto Detailing in Hixson for a thorough cleaning and while there it was slightly damaged. John, the owner readily acknowledged his responsibility for the repairs. It took a little time but he was good to his word and we worked it out, he paid to have the repairs done at the facility of my choice. The detail work at 5 Star suffered somewhat due to the unique circumstances and Billy, the manager on duty promised to make that right once the body damage repairs are completed.All in all, I would recommend 5 Star because they stood tall when there was a problem! Bad things can and do happen all the time and in any place, what makes it acceptable is when you can take a man at his word that he will fix it, Johnny did fix it, and I am grateful. Yes, I recommend 5star, you should give them a try.

Highly recommend 5 Star Perfection Detail!Brought my faded old Cadillac for the works.I had dropped it off that morning I got a call around lunch letting me know that they were gonna need more time, That was fine by me. Perfection takes time i sniggered at him as we hung up. Then before 2 pm I got the call she was ready. Boy was I blown away she was shiny and all cleaned up. Guy had put an extra floor mat for my wife and hooked me up with an appointment for window tinting. And sent me on my way. Thank you !

Excellent service. Car is sixteen years old and it had been about six years since it had a really thorough cleaning, and they managed to clean it well beyond my expectations. And they went out of their way to let me pick it up as soon as I could, even though that meant me picking it up on their closed day.

Dropped off a work truck when they opened that was in need of a wash and detailing. Got it look good as new by 3 PM. Was impressed by the job they did in the inside since the truck spends its time on various job sites. The pricing was really reasonable.

Said vehicle would be ready in 2 hours, went to pick it up 7 hours later and they were doing a rush job on it. I had them to go over a bunch of places they missed. Didnt do a very good job. I even did some work myself. Will not use this place again.

These guys a great. Anytime I was in a hurry and needed to squeeze in last minute they would work it out. They even got this film iff the front of my F150 that no one coukd get off before.

Scheduled days ahead for a mobile detail. Stated they would be here between 11 and 12 am. Never showed or called so I called and they said we will be there at 2:30. Once again never showed or called. Every time we drove by their shop I always said to my wife that their work looked good and they must be doing the right thing. My views have changed now and I will never have the same praise again. We have four cars and this was a major disappointment. I wasted an entire day when I had several things to do just waiting for them to show up. Everybody has a phone today so why did not we deserve a call???? And please do not bother to send a generic response like you seem to do for every negative view. There are many other detail shops in the area.

These guys over exceeded my expectation. From picking up my vehicle and bringing it back, to making it look better than it did before. My car was HORRIBLE !! from traveling over the summer with kids. I had read reveiws and looked at lots of before and after photos. I keep a open mind from working in customer service knowing that you cant make everyone happy. Also every situation is different. But from customer service, price, time and quality these guys were wonderful. I have already scheduled my other vehicle to be detailed. I definitely recommend them.

Not only do they do a phenomenal job detailing internally and externally but they PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF AT MY WORK! I didn’t even have to go out of my way. I called 5star to set up a appointment and the secretary that I spoke with was very polite and eager to help. Because I work during the day. So I wouldn’t be able to bring it in the time they had available. She specified that they offered shuttle service. Where they would pick my car up for me and bring it back if I needed them to at no extra charge. This made it so much easier for me to make my appointment. My vehicle was very dirty inside and out. I didn’t think they would be able to get clean. They brought it back and it looked better than it did when I bought it. It smelled great all the stains were gone and then paint on the outside was smooth and shiny where I thought their was no hope. I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their vehicle cleaned. Definitely 5star thanks guys for the great work.

We had our granddaughters older model Honda Accord detailed and tint added to the windows so let me say it came out looking like a different Automobile. So stop by check them out do some business with them and youll see how they got their name.

Car didnt look as if it was buffed snd waxed. Seat belts and visors were dirty still. Etc poor

Integrity lacking and not what I call a full detail. I called the day prior about a full detail and they said bring the car 9am to 10. I dropped off at 9 and was advised it will be 4 or 5 hours and they will call when it is finished. 7 hours later and I hadn’t received a call. I called and there was no answer. Waited about 30 minutes and called again, still no answer. After 8 hours, no call and when I tried to call again about 5:30, they answered and said they were almost finished. When I arrived I waited another hour while my vehicle was being finished after dark. When I got home, I inspected the vehicle and found much dirt inside and out. Waxy film appears smeared on the windshield making it hard to see driving at night. The top of the car still had a lot of dirt and the back was covered in water spots. The wax job was not good at all. I asked about removing stains on the carpet and this was obviously not diligently cleaned. I cleaned the stains myself today and managed to remove about 80% compared to their 20% if that. Obviously my vehicle was not worked on until much later in the day making it unnecessary to have it up there so early. Some of the work was conducted in the dark so not surprised so much dirt remained. My mother referred me to 5 star because they did a great job on another vehicle. Maybe it was just a bad day. But I definitely feel like $206 of hard earned money could have been better spent on a legitimate “full detail.”

Jordan did an incredible job cleaning my car. The car had not been cleaned in over a year, had dogs in it regularly, and spent several months on a farm. The car was so clean I almost could not recognize it when I picked it up. I highly recommend this company and plan to continue to use them in the future!Update March 2020:I continue to take my new car here and am continually impressed with the quality and service I receive at 5 Star Perfection Detail. I have a Jeep Wrangler now and it spends a lot of time adventuring outside and quickly becomes covered inside and out in dirt and dog hair. Every time I take my car here it comes back sparkling clean and looks brand new. I plan to continue using this company and highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their vehicle in pristine condition. I had my 18 Accord get a ceramic coating (whole car, including wheels), and though it took some time, it came out looking phenomenal. They provide an insanely good price, compared to the competition. The best part about this place is that they are completely honest and reliable. If things are not satisfactory, the whole team will do their absolute best to make things work. Check them out if you get a chance, for you wont be disappointed.

I feel like I just threw money in the trash. Dropped our new Nissan Rogue off at 9:30. On the phone and at drop off I made it clear I needed this car washed and waxed. On the phone I was quoted $69, which was fine. When I picked it up at 3PM I was told they did not wax it and charged 42 for apparently nothing. There were water spots all over the car and I am not sure anything was done besides maybe spraying it off. Moreover, we drove by at 2pm and saw a young girl sitting in our car. We assumed she was working inside. We return an hour later and the guy standing beside our car let her know the owners were here and she jumped out. She had been sitting in our car in the air conditioning playing on her phone. We saw it with our own eyes. No one appeared to be in charge. No organization to speak of. What a waste. I need to make sure none of my friends or neighbors fall for this place.

I scratched one of my wheels and 5 star perfection made it look brand new! Very helpful and welcoming also! Highly recommend using 5 star perfection detail center for all of your car needs!

This place is amazing! They did a fantastic job on my car. What I also really appreciated was that while they were very busy, they very kindly worked me in because I had an emergency (sick dog all in my car), and worked me in the same day. Ive gotten so many compliments of my interior detailing! Ive recommended it to everyone, and will definitely go back!

We took two vehicles to have detailed. They did an incredible job. I have had many cars detailed in the past and they did the best job ever. Both of our vehicles look like they just came off the showroom floor. The staff was very personable.

Got mu car detailed today.... after 3 years of two kids and food and drinks and junk and (some recent) puke. They got me in and did a fantastic job. Staff was friendly and professional. Most importantly, they did an amazing job. I had to drive a ways to get to Hixson, but it was totally worth it!

They got my flooded car looking (and smelling!) brand new in a days time! What would normally have been 4 or 5 days worth of work, 5 Star put in the work to get my car back to me in about 24 hours so I could leave town for a wedding. 10/10 would recommend. They work around your schedule, and the whole team is super friendly and professional. 5 Star really makes the effort to go above and beyond, as they also cleaned up the seats and the full interior instead of just fixing the flooding issue. I’m never going anywhere else for car detail!

I went to 5 star today for the first time to get a good detailing on my car because I’m selling it. I didn’t have anyone to drop me off so I had to hang out while they cleaned it and everyone who came in and out of the office constantly offered me water, asked if I was comfortable and okay, gave me the remote to the tv! I mean everyone who works here is just so sweet and my car looks absolutely amazing. They have a variety of selections to chose from for what you want to get done for your car as well. All great prices too!

Caveat emptor. Buyer beware! I dropped off my car on a Wednesday morning (Oct. 23) to get it detailed and the headliner replaced. They said it’d be ready by the end of the day. Ha! These clowns weren’t finished with my car until a full week later, on a Tuesday night (Oct. 29) after dark — and then they had the nerve to charge me the full $260, and that was without the cost of the headliner since I had purchased that myself ahead of time and provided it for them. On top of all that, they didn’t even get any of the stains out of the carpet. I haven’t been this upset in years.

They were very nice. They did an excellent job on our Jeep. We had lots of scratches from off roading.Looking at it now you wouldn’t know it’s been off road.

I came in. Dropped it off. And they gave me back a new car. Simple service and quality work.

I had a 9 AM appointment for a full detail with buff and wax for $129. They still have not shown up. Over an hour late! I decided to cancel and just spend the money on cleaning supplies and do it myself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They just tried to sell me the most expensive wash and did not even have regard for appointment times. I called when they were at the 30 minute mark, and they are only 10 minutes from us and another 30 minutes has passed and still not here. Disappointing.

Took my vehicle in for detailing and ceramic coating this past week. I stopped by first to have them look at my vehicle. I was back and fourth about either having ceramic or plastic protective applied. Being a new car I wanted to make sure I kept up with it. After talking with one of the detail techs I decided to go with ceramic coating. I dropped it off on monday and picked it back up on thursday. I was atonished with the work and quality. They showed me before and afters of my vehicle. They instructed me on how to take care of my vehicle after ceramic coating. I had never been to a car place where they were so one on one with there customers. The price and quality were well worth it and more. They have gained a customer for life. If your looking for great place to take your vehicle give them a try.

Wonderful experience at a reasonable price! Extremely busy on Saturday and yet they were able to work me in and ahead of schedule. My first time to go to this car wash -what a pleasant experience - the business owner actually cares about the consumers needs and desires.

I had huge water spots on my seats and a scuff mark on my bumper. I was doubtful that 5 Star could remove these, but my car came out flawless!! I feel like I have a new vehicle. The staff was friendly and it was evident that they take pride in their work. Well done!

The staff was very friendly but the work was not very good. It took them 3 hours to wash and clean my car. This was not a full detail. It was only a wash and vacuum job. I found caked on dirt in the wheel wells after the cleaning. I found streaks on the windows. Probably the most aggravating thing they did was overspray the Armour All all over the instrument panel. I will find someone else.

These guys are unreal. They did an unbelievable job on my car both inside and out. Dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 5:30pm. Cleaned the engine bay, washed and waxed the outside (also got off some crude in the door jams ) shampoo the inside and got all the dog hair and stains out of the seats, mats and carpet. It looks like a brand new car. Do yourself a fav and give these guys a try. Well worth the money

Definitly would recommend this company. I scheduled my appointment they were able to fit me in right away. Customer service was great. They picked my vehicle up from work. They told me it probably wouldnt be finished by the time i got off work. They offered to pick me up from work. I had 5 year old stains in my seats. My carpets and floor mats were bad. The exterior of my vehicle had scrathes from not being maintained. They made my vehicle look better than it did when i bought it. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle for monthly visit now that my car looks better than ever. Thank you 5 star!!!

After having car for 2 days I got it back an found they had cracked windshield an didnt put floor mats back in. After arguing over windshield they agreed to replace it. Kept my car another week. Stain in back seat had been made worse than when I brought it. Got floor mats back an they werent clean nor did they bother to wash it after setting on lot for a week. Also had a dent in door that wasnt there. Took it straight to car wash. Washed floor mats myself and I will have to put back seat and try to pressure wash stain out. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend!

I called around noon today and asked if they were capable of removing decals and pinstripes from my truck. I was assured that they could do it without an appointment and all I needed to do was ask for John when I came in. I told him I would be there at three on the dot on the same day. I arrived and John was nowhere to be seen. They said he would be back in 10 minutes . I waited an hour and he was still nowhere to be seen. No one else was apparently capable of dealing with my problems or giving me any sort of answer so I left. Ill take my business elsewhere

Definitely would recommend them. I had spots on the exterior of my car that I could’nt get off. They got them off and also did the interior. It looked better than it did when I bought it.

The crew at 5 Star is first rate. Their work is superior and their attitudes are even better. Dealing with each of the staff was a pleasure and it felt like I was back when the customer was important and not an inconvenience. I accidently left 180.00 in the glove box and not a penny was missing. They will do all my future detail work.

For semi trucks with me it wasnt as good as I expected. Not worth $160 I paid. Had to go back no armor all had to ask for it and went back for reclean and I shouldnt have to tell the guys what they missed or how do there job. They need more help

Terrible!! The worst service I have ever had. I my brought my car in at 9:00 am and they told me it would be done in 3 hours. We came back at that time and they told us it would be done in another few hours. We came back and it was still unfinished. They told us it would definitely be done by 5:00 pm but we came back and they hadn’t even started working on it yet! We then had to wait and they still didn’t finish by close!

I could not have asked for more professional service and quality job than 5 Star did. Not only did they do a great job for a reasonable price but they did everything needed to get my car back to me same-day because I had mentioned briefly that it was difficult for me to be without my car.

Heard great things about this place, sadly my experience has not been good. Paid 129 for wax bar, polish wax etc, interior clean too. I cast was supposed to be ready at 3pm. I arrived at 3.30pm and they had not started. I had to make alternate arrangements to pick the kids up while I waited 2 hours. Inside was worse than before no attention to detail, windows were dirty, wax every where.I have them am opportunity to correct this and sal sadly I had to spend an hour cleaning my car after it was returned. I wasted my time and sadly my hard earned money.

My car had dried wax in doors, hood, and car body. Interior was ok, but dirt was in door jams and door panels, windows were streaked with wax residue. I paid good money and recieved less than adequate care. My vehicle was there from 9am till close. I will not be using them in the future, guess mobile detailing is the best solution.
