For a thorough car wash and/or an oil change and even full auto repair services these guys are the best! Was so disappointed with the services here. Paid $30 for inside/outside detailing and while the outside was clean and they definitely cleaned the windows, the inside was still incredibly dirty, and the staff knew it because they said, “try some soap and water at home.”I’ve paid for such a poor quality job (or paid for them to tell me to do it myself). Cannot recommend this place.

Everyone is always super friendly and thorough, I always take my vehicles here and only here, best place in Chatt.

The employees here are always so courteous. They take time to do a thorough job vacuuming the mats and seats and wiping down the interior. Then after the wash, they towel dry all the nooks and crannies. My car always feels so nice and fresh and looks way better than when I try to do it myself. I highly recommend it!

Just took a road trip from Florida to Chattanooga, and the Beemer was absolutely filthy. They took care of me very professionally, timely and satisfactory. All the road grime, bugs and general dirt was all gone and the inside was taken care of as well.

My car hadnt been washed in months (covid). I believe the associates went above & beyond to make my car Sparkle. I am very happy.

I took my car here yesterday after passing 3 car washes that were super packed and lines were long to enter. Price was OK, told them Id pay whatever extra to have a good good clean. Glad I checked my car, the outside was barely wiped down, inside looked awful. Asked the young man to do a little more wiping and all, he said he was happy to. Then I got inside and noticed none of the cup holders or center console was even done... sad sad. To me, its simple, do your job.. dont half do it.... wont be back.

Poor quality for the price I paid. They hardly touched the inside. Had to tell them to get bugs off windshield. All they said sorry I guess we missed that. I wont be back. Paid almost 30 dollars I should have done it myself.

I have always been satisfied with the job ERCW has done in the past. The past 2 times I have been there, my windshield and back window on the inside are NOT clean. They are smeared. Dont know what the problem or cause is or if it was late in the day and everyone was tired but I have paid $30 each time to have my car cleaned inside and out and I notice smeared windows. I wont be back.

Quick, but not alot of attention to detail.

Im a regular there and had good service previously, however the last two times, not so good. I always get the total cleaning. Last two times they didnt clean the mats and didnt do the tire dressing. If I spend 31 dollars plus tips on both ends, one would think you would try to satisfy the customer. Nope, he said i should have brought it back the next day and showed it to him. They are closed on Sunday and I work dayshift during the week.If you want to reach out to me and give me a free wash, Ill be waiting.

I have been going there since I was a child. I took my sons there and now my grandson. The management is great and employees are courteous and honest. I mistakenly left an envelope with several hundreds of dollars in the seat. The employee chased me down to return my money. I will never use any other carwash.

Went there Saturday Nov 7,2020 for a car wash and vacuum, I told the lady at the register that my main problem was the inside glass on my windshield, I need a shoulder replacement and cant clean it, and its very dirty, a man walked in and she told me to tell him, I did and he said ok, My Suv was dirty all over especially the windshield inside, That was the best car wash I have ever had, they did a perfect, And I do mean perfect job, There was two ladies outside finishing up when I went outside and they were so very nice and friendly. My car looked so good, Wish I could give more than five stars, but there is only five. They are fantastic, Thank you so much.

9/18/2020Payed $31.14 for a car was and they did not clean or wipe down the inside or clean inside glass,so i ask a supervisor about it and he lookat it and said....soI got back in my truck and said to myself is this what we get today in service?I felt i should let consumers know about the carwash and mr so and my advice is not to use the carwash as i will nevwr use them and ill tell everyone to not use them.

I have a Ford Edge.. little SUV .. paid $30 and my 4 year old God Child could have done better. Did not fully dry out door jams or wipe where you get in and out. back hatch was a quick swipe. Did not wipe out cup holders or window pulls. Stopped at the Walgreen and detailed it myself. Called to get a refund, and Alice and I were disconnected???? We have 3 cars I rotate ... No happy and no call back. Not worth the money, wish I hadnt given a tip.

The people who work here really care about your vehicle. My truck was vacuumed and the wheels were cleaned to shining! And the people who cleaned the inside and dried it off did so well my truck was sparkling when I left. Do I recommend them? You bet!

My family has been going here for years including grandparents uncles and parents, and their cleaning and washing I love. It’s really great even though sometimes they miss a few spots.But I’ve experienced some stealing and ever since the incident I always take out my personal things out before I arrive for a wash. I mentioned it to my brother and he said the same thing happened to him. Really sucks but if it wasn’t for that I’d give 4.5 stars.

On one of the coldest days yet this season East Ridge Car Wash was open and eager to please. I took a vehicle in for a full service cleaning and it was made to be immaculate both inside and out. What a fantastic effort and a great value. A $5 bill was discovered and I was sought out and told. Honesty is a welcome virtue to have been demonstrated and is a credit both to the employees and to the management. My future business has been ably earned, and good things will be passed along to anyone who will hear me.

They do a great job! Even when the line seems long they are pretty fast and efficient without slacking on service. I like that it always seems like a team effort from their employees. My favorite car wash in town!

I have been going here for years. Not the cheapest, but all of the employees are polite (some of the employees look a little rough, but I have seen the same people for multiple years). Family owned, and it shows. Clean restroom. People who know go here.

I got my car detailed here and they did an amazing job. No area of the car was left untouched, they cleaned every crevace of the car and even called to let me know there were areas that they had tried to get cleaned that would not come out. Ive had them detail 3 cars and the service I received for each was exactly the same and perfect every time. I highly recommend them.

Manager was extremely nice however the outside workers didnt clean the inside of the windows...didnt have enough time to go back BC they closed at 5:30pm

I paid for the best offered wash today, 02/24/2018, and received much less than what anyone would have expected. I drove home, N. Chattanooga, and called. After speaking with the manager, Anthony, he offered only that I drive back to East Ridge to show him the many oversights. I explained I live else where and that I only work in ER. He didnt resolve the issue. Side note: I called the attendants back to clean my console before leaving because it was significantly dirty, however I did not notice all the other spots on the interior doors, backseat, arm rest and behind my seats. It was vacuumed lightly, and the outside looked very good. Two stars due to lack of help from the manager, the outside cleanliness and for having most debris from floor board. Its a relatively new vehicle and I took it completely free of any objects except my glass case. Very disappointed! I spent almost 30.00 for something they do at most for 10-12 dollars. Buyer beware!

This place is getting worse on their service. They had about four to five people to come back yesterday, including me. The inside of my car was not clean or vacuum well at all. When I went back they told me that they don’t vacuum under the seat. For $30 you need to do under seats and everywhere else. The interior was still dusty and inside door was not wash down. I’m done wit this place. For $30 I will detail my own car

Im not one to normally get my car fully detailed, but after an unfortunate pet accident in my car and with the holidays fast approaching, I started looking for a place that could thoroughly clean it. Not only were they able to get me in very quickly 4 days before Christmas, but my cars interior looks brand new again. They were so friendly, respectful, and courteous. They called me afterward to follow up as well. I will definitely be coming back!

Oh these people are just fantastic

I was given a lovely black Maserati with a few years on it as a surprise birthday gift and was thrilled. But I didnt know how beautiful it could be until Jake and his crew treated the exterior with a specialty shine protection product and the interior was cleaned and the leather detailed . Wow! I give them my highest recommendation. If you want someone to work on your car who shares your passion the craftsmanship and finish of your fine vehicle, then Jake is your man.

Clean and efficient auto car wash with lots of workers to do the final detailing. However they missed two large spots of bird doodoo on my hood and the wax coating seemed to cover marks on the front window. I will go back and look more closely at my car before I leave next time.
