Absolute worst experience ever having a tow after a wreck. Tried to pick the car up on the first day, called and the guy said he wasnt there to try again on Saturday. I call Saturday and he said try again Sunday because hes out of town. I couldnt pick the car up because I went out of town on Sunday. I call and make sure hell be there on Monday. I arrive to pick the car up...$175 tow bill for about 6 miles, $15 a day storage for 3 days even though 2 of those were because he wouldnt meet. Police calls require cash only!!! What?!?!? That wouldve been good information to share in one of the half dozen phone calls. I actually watched him kick the front bumper off the car through my back up camera on my truck. There would be no stars but you cant leave that and still post. Huge rip off, and poor customer service.

Towing is a hard business. Its never a pleasant experience, and I hope to never need towing ever. But if I had to go through it, Id go through it again with NC Towing.

Extremely rude customer service and hard to work with. Only nice person was the man who towed my car.

Very rude and unprofessional. He hung up in my face twice and after telling us to meet him at 10a.m. he was still 30 minutes late.
