They have terrible customer service their insured hit my car the adjuster never called they accepted responsiblity but suggested that I file with my own insurance after I called to check the status of the claim since they had not called after I filed

I have paid my money for 1 year and 11 months straight. Someone hit my car and damage the front bumper. I called the next day to file insurance claim. The adjuster wade collins have not yet to call me. I will be getting my car fix out of my pocket. Acceptance auto insurance will not get another red cent out of me.

This was the rudest I have ever been talked to I paid my bill early and was asking if I would be able to cancel the payment that I made for that day since I would be switching and would not need the extra month and im already paid up so its not like im needing to be pro rated Im a month and a week ahead . horrible service will not ever refer anymore customers.
