I have had my home, auto, and life insurance with Aaron Franklin’s office for over 12 years! The office staff is so accommodating and knowledgeable! I never have to worry about my concerns and needs being taken care of. Aaron is the absolute BEST! He cares about his customers as individuals and does all he can to make sure their futures are protected. I’ve had many offers to change my insurances but never even consider it. I intend to give him the same loyalty that he has extended to me and my family. Anytime someone asks for insurance recommendations, I always direct them to Aaron Franklin’s State Farm office.

After having a terrible experience with our old insurance company, we brought all our insurance needs to Aaron and State Farm. While shopping around for insurance (auto and renters), I called Lee Stockwell for a quote. We were moving from Tennessee and he was willing to help me get rates for the area of Georgia I was moving to. He went way above & beyond expectations to get me everything I needed. We had an issue trying to obtain renters insurance in Georgia due to a claim we had a couple years back and he tried everything in his power to get around it. If you are looking for someone who will go the extra mile to try and help, Lee Stockwell is the guy! Its hard to find this kind of customer service these days and speaks volumes about a company. 10 stars in my book! Thank you for all your efforts!
