Jordan, Caylee and Cliff have been extremely kind during my stay at Zen Chaska. During our stay they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are comfortable here. They are very kind towards our animal, especially during the completion of work orders. I am so thankful, I chose to live at Zen Chaska during our house fire. I will be very sad to go once our lease is up.

I lived at Zen for 3 years after moving to Chaska for work. The building is clean and well kept, maintenance is polite and punctual, and the property managers are wonderful to work with for any questions or concerns. My unit faced Highway 41 so there was some road noise which typically dies down after dark, but the community is otherwise very quiet. Overall I am very happy with my time at Zen!

Katie, the manager is super sweet and polite!!! Clean facility, Derik is super punctual and residents are welcoming. Great facility. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoy all the friendly people. The manager is really wonderful. A very nice maintenance guy. Comfortable living space. I do not like the extra $50 dollars you need to pay with your rent towards Xfinity. Its mandatory in your contract. Overall, a very clean & neat place.

We are building a house and I dreaded renting an apartment while our house was being built. Zen is nothing like I remember from my apartment living years ago. Our home at Zen has been a wonderful and sweet season for me and my husband. It is modern, clean, quiet and friendly. The Apartment Manager, Katie is very hard working and accommodating. Her special touch is genuine and thoughtful.

We have just recently moved in. Staff and tenants have gone the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The remodeling is beautiful and the space for large family gatherings is exceptional. We love the heated underground parking, elevators, close proximity to everything in town.

I’ve lived here for almost six years and I really like it. I’ve made a lot of lifetime friends that I’m grateful for. The apartments are spacious and cozy. There are some things that I’d like to see improved. Management and maintenance could use more help and the daily cleaning could be improved on. Many beautiful renovations have been completed, although impractical furniture in the lounge area makes it impossible for residents with walkers to maneuver around. I would like to see the larger Sky room utilized more for Zen Sponsored events. It’s beautiful and gives much more mobility for everyone.

My mom has lived at Zen Chaska for several years. This year, Trinity Property Consultants has taken on quite an impressive and elegant renovation project that has elevated this property, located in historic downtown Chaska, to new heights. Exterior upgrades as well as tastefully done interior upgrades. Every week when I visit my mom I cant wait to see what theyve done! New carpet throughout common areas, new flooring in the main entry, new furniture throughout common areas, new light fixtures, new interior paint and trim, new apartment plaques, new very tasteful, artwork that adds a splash of color that brightens every area. They didnt forget their residents... everyone had new water saving toilets installed along with new shower heads and faucet aerators to aid in water conservation and reduce costs. Im certain I havent captured it all but what I have seen, is beautiful! Well done, Trinity and Zen Chaska! I would also like to mention the staff. This year my mom had knee replacement surgery. Once she returned home, Katie, the site manager, went to see my mom... Just to see how she was doing. Who does that anymore...? A very thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Thank you!

They truly care here. Problems are taken care if quickly. Katie is very caring & cordial. Very caring. Their the best!

I have lived here for close to 5 years. i like the downtown Chaska location, which is close to numerous locations. Management is very responsive to tenants needs and work to resolve issues quickly. It is a very nice place to live and many of the tenants are friendly and helpful.

I like the way they have remodeled the building. I Love Our maintenance man Sean and I Love Katie in the office. She is here for us and caring.

Zen has been newly renovated, is in a wonderful location of downtown Chaska & best of all... the great sense of Community. Very friendly & welcoming neighbors. 🤗💖

We have loved living in Zen Chaska so far! The updates to the building are really giving the building and community new life! We feel right at home and have been able to make so many connections with neighbors already! We look forward to the rest of the year!

I think that the Manager Katie and the Maintenance Sean do a fantastic job and I feel that they really care about us. They make us feel as thought they truly care about all of us.

Such a friendly place to live the interior and exterior look great a long with all of the changes on the inside . Every staff makes a point to get you and help beyond help if theres a problem. The manager katie takes on a big job but still takes the time to buy full Easter baskets outside our door whatafun treat!!

Quiet building. The appliances and fixture have never been updated as far as I can tell. They are cheap and for the cost of rent the appliances should be of much better quality. The gym is an absolute joke. It has two exercise bikes circa 1988 And ... that is it for amenities. If you want to pay a lot of rent for old, junky appliances, cheap carpet, NO amenities, windows that leak, well, I could go on. Look around a bit.

We love it here!! Pawesome apartment, Pawesome staff, Pawesome residents!!Historic district of Chaska is a great place to live and so is Zen Apartments EDIT: the newer residents are of much lower quality- loud, selfish, rude. We chose this for the 55+ aspect, yet it appears most of the newer residents are much younger and louder, and disregard the rules often.

I had a tour scheduled today at 4 and the door was locked, no one answered the phones, the offsite team was more professional and friendly than the onsite team. Katie, the manager, and I had already been in contact about the tour via email and never received a call or email from her. I just emailed her again to let her know about how unprofessionally this whole situation was handled. My boyfriend and I are no longer interested in living at this complex.

It was hard getting used to an apartment, but Im very happy here!

Just want to give my two cents. This apartment complex River Gables has been absolute terrible experience for me. Ive had MANY issues with them. They are very unorganized and unfriendly. Ive had multiple issues about not getting things fixed when they said they would. When I moved in they said they would have someone come in and put blinds in our living room. A week went by and no blinds, THREE months later we got our blinds. Thats just one of the many issues I had. Now I am currently trying to get my deposit back. Nina who is the office manger or something like that, has been nothing but rude to me. The day I went to turn in my keys with my boyfriend, (after we already signed & gave notice) I asked when I would get my deposit back. She said in a very rude tone you guys arent even on the lease!! First of all she sat in the office with Tony the supervisor the whole time we all signed the lease and even came up with Tony to show us our apartment after the lease was signed! I feel because of my age they have been very disrespectful and think they can try to keep my money. Our roomate signed a new lease. Nina claims because our roomate is still there I dont get the deposit back till hes out. The deposit came from my bank account. The roomate signed a new lease so youd think they would have him do a new deposit and give me my money back. Already talked to attorney and they said they have to give me the deposit back since 1. Im no longer on the lease. 2. The roomate signed a new lease. 3. The deposit came from my bank account. I just went and talked to Nina again and she was rude again and was very rude to my Mother. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Like I said they are VERY rude and unorganized. They dont keep their word. They take forever to fix anything and the list goes on.
