Insane rent increases especially for seniors. Their amenities like hot tub and pool issues go ignored. Seniors with issues go ignored. This place will promise great amenities then fail to deliver. anyone considering this glorified slum should knock on a few doors and get some honest opinions.

My sister lives in one of the rentals. Very nice townhomes, pool, workout room, and a party room the tenants are able to reserve for family and friend times😁.

Hazeltine Shoes Townhomes was extremely unprofessional and not responsive when trying to contact. The property manager, Tonya, will not return calls after they scammed us out of our holding fee. Highly do not recommend applying or working with this company.

We are currently living at Hazeltine Shores. It is great location in Chaska. The rent is a good value for the two bedroom.

This place is amazing! I work for a landscape management company and touring this property you can see how well it is maintained and managed. The management is professional, also very friendly and down to earth. It has the feeling of a resort with the surrounding golf course, club house and pool overlooking the lake. Beautiful property!
