From Amy the manager of Chaska place to Justin and Tami and the caretaking crew. Our building always looks so nice, maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. My wife and I love living here it is like living at a 5 star hotel but with better smiles.

An excellent place to live. The property is in great condition. The office, maintenance and caretaker staff all do a fantastic job and are easy to interact with. Amenities such as pool, spa, game room, community room and gas grills. Cant beat the location.

The management and staff at Chaska Place Apartments are phenomenal. Anything we have needed, especially any maintenance, have been completed in a timely manner and was communicated to us well. Having an indoor pool, game room, and multiple locations for our family to relax in is such a bonus!

Chaska Place Apartments is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in! The apartments are newly updated and modern. The grounds and the pool are meticulously kept up by friendly and hard working staff. The management, especially Amy, is always on top of things. She is always available, follows through on any issue/concern and has an amazing customer service attitude. These qualities are hard to come by these days. If anyone is looking for a well-run machine (Apartments), this is the place to live at!

I have lived at Chaska Place for over a year now and honestly I cant think of one bad thing to say! The leasing staff is amazing, the grounds are spotless, the amenities are world class, even the location is perfect! They just did a full blown remodel of both the building itself and each residence. High-end granite countertops, modern backsplash, ss appliances, designer flooring. If you want to be pampered and feel like a high roller, Chaska Place is your best choice in the Southwest metro!

Management is freaking amazing! We love living here. The perks to the complex is what sold us on moving here.
