I visited this Verizon location expecting a long, arduous ordeal in getting a new phone. On the contrary, Devan was absolutely amazing! She helped my mom and I make the best decision, answering all of my questions (I ask a lot) and taking a lot of time to make sure everything went smoothly. This meant so much to me!

Edwin was incredibly helpful from start to finish on helping me upgrade my phone. The experience was very personable and all my concerns were addressed. Today, I had the distinct pleasure of entering the Verizon store in Charlottesville, VA, where my husband and I were pleasantly greeted by a young gentleman named Edwin, who welcomed us with an enthusiastic hello and charming smile.Edwin did not waste one second before reaching out with how he could help us. During our exchange of inquiring about new phones, he thoroughly explained, described and physically showed us with hands on the features of each iPhone that was comparable to our existing phones and went the extra mile to reference the differences available with other phone brands, as well.I particularly like the fact that he truly listened to what we wanted and did not focus on selling us just anything to make a sale.Edwin remained professional, yet exhibited a level of congenial comfort, as if we had previously known him.I was nervous about losing my data, contacts and particularly, photos and videos as I had three years prior in a new phone transfer. That was a devastating experience... as I lost family photos that I could never recover. Edwin repeatedly reassured me that it would not happen on his watch.He was attentive to our first and last names addressing us while verbally stating each function during the procedural steps. In addition, Edwin’s delightful sense of humor was undeniable and enjoyed.We found our transactions to be smooth, and not only received all we planned to purchase, but more for less cost!I strongly recommend that Verizon consider Edwin for employee recognition and advancement. Edwin was great!!! The store only had two employees when I arrived and one of the reps was tied up helping an elderly gentleman. Edwin was very professional as numerous people (some rude) came in to the store with their “emergency”. I could not have handled all of the attitudes as professionally as he did. He was a pure pleasure to work with and was patient not only me but with everyone he assisted. I was in the store for over an hour getting data transferred from my old phone to the new one so I definitely was able to observe him for awhile. Definitely made the experience as enjoyable as having to get a new phone can be.

I had the best experience with DeNika at Verizon today! I dropped my phone, cracking the screen and rendering the device inoperable. Although stressful, DeNika immediately put me at ease. She first explained my options for either filing an insurance claim or upgrading my phone. She was super helpful in describing each phones features to help me choose the best one for my needs.
