I used Molly Maids on a semi month basis. At first they were good however had a really bad experience on the last cleaning. The ladies showed up stayed for 30 minutes and then left when I complained they went back to my home and still did not clean it. I sent pictures of the dirt that was on my floors and was told sorry we will give you a $20.00 credit. I would not recommend as it appears they do not stand behind their work.

On time arrival. Efficient and good cleaning. Whole house done at once— a wonderful gift.

If you find something undone and call within 24 hours of the service, the Maids return and make it right!

I have been a loyal customer to Molly Maid of Albemarle since 2006. I have the same fantastic team that comes to my home to clean. They are always happy, and they go the extra mile to do a few little extras with each visit. The house always smells wonderful when they are done. We have pets, so that means a little extra attention to dusting which they always do! I have had other services, but they are by far the best in my opinion. April has been with me for many years. Im highlighting April because I have the longest experience of her work. Professional housekeepers dont get better than April. She represents Molly Maids to perfection, and I hope Molly Maids gives her the kind of support and consideration she deserves. But I dont want to minimize team Tanya, Kaitlyn and April. They are each efficient and hard working. And they are such a good team. They have such a knack for knowing who will take charge of what, with very little conversation. I never feel the need to be around when they clean. I am one hugely satisfied customer with these pros!

I had Team 2 (April and Crystal) help clean a house for me and they did a great job. The only suggestion I have to further better your amazing service is to use a dry cloth after washing surfaces with animal hair. I had to reclean the refrigerator because there was still animal hair from the previous owners in it. They did an amazing job and were very pleasant to work with. They were life savers and I really appreciate the help! Overall I am extremely happy with their service. I would definitely use Molly Maid services again if need be!

Allison and Renee did a wonderful job. We needed our house cleaned before we moved, and they were fast and thorough. I am so glad I called up Molly Maid instead of trying to do it all myself. It was so worth it. Laura, the scheduler was also very professional and accommodating with our timeline. I would definitely recommend them.

This team of professionals are terrific! Upon arrival they ensure that what you want completed will be done and walk through your home afterwards to ensure you are satisfied. The manager follows up to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I struggled with the thought of a service, but after using them I will never change. We have used molly maids in the past (back in Seattle) and have had a great experience so we wanted to check them out here in Crozet. We’ve been really pleased with the service to date (have had Molly maids coming for the past 6 months). We have 3 young boys (6.5, 4.5, 2) and as a result there is lots of stuff tracked inside and around., so we have molly maids come every two weeks. It’s been fantastic! The cleaners (Liz, Beth, and sometimes Missy) have been thorough and most importantly prompt. We had a couple of hiccups at the beginning (which is understandable imo, we had requests for each bathroom and multiple rooms, so it could be confusing for the first cleaning what we were expecting). With that said, nothing was so severe that we needed to call them back out (but they were very willing to come back).We interviewed a couple of other cleaners and the price was the same, the reason we like Molly Maids over other options is the fact that we are not committed to any service. This is nice because we will periodically change our cleaning rhythm or cancel a service if we are gone, and I do not feel the guilt I would if I was cancelling with a cleaner that is a solo operation.We’ve been very happy, the folks at molly maids have been great. I haven’t experienced any of the other negatives and felt as a family that has really appreciated their service I should provide our positive experience. (This is the same review I left on Yelp).
