Megan and Erika just finished cleaning my home for the first time and I could not be happier. Everything is sparkling from floor to ceiling, and the whole house has a wonderful, delicate smell from the great natural products they used. I knew upfront that they charge by the hour for this first cleaning, which makes sense because they dont know what theyre heading into that first time. From here forward, it will be a lower set price. To me, it was worth the extra upfront cost to get my home so sparkling clean. They were very efficient and my house is fairly clean, but it takes time to do that deep cleaning. It will be much easier to maintain now. If youre on the fence about a cleaning service (like I was for years), do it!

The cleaners were very pleasant and prompt in arriving, but I would not at all recommend this company. They neglected parts of my house (not cleaning under furniture) and also charged me twice what the companys website listed. Apparently, they charge by the hour for the first time they clean a home. I did not find this out until after they gave me the invoice and of course the website and no one on the phone shared this information with me. Apparently its $105.00 per hour. Definitely a disappointing experience and one I hope to help other people avoid.

I had Nooks and Crannies come in to do a total home cleaning after A REMODEL in which the booking lady said for a 1200sqft home she assured me that 3 hours would be plenty of time to clean everything and polish fixtures etc. While I enjoyed the great smell and the work they did do. It was maybe AT MOST 1/2 done our master bath and bedroom and hallway was not mopped a TON of items not dusted ( fans, bookshelves many areas to many to list) and numerous other oversights not to mention no windows cleaned or stairs dusted ? which 3 hrs in this small of space seems again like manager said more than enough time. Disapointed i didnt get what was told would get but happy with the things that were cleaned. This service was done today and would like a follow up call to discuss.
