I went to walk my dog this morning very early left the house about 630 got to Bryan Park around quarter till seven. I do this on Saturday because there is a farmers market and that starts at eight in the morning and I try to avoid all of the crowns. As I was getting out of my vehicle and getting my dog ready for her walk one of the event parking attendance there to set up Came up to me And proceeded to tell me that I need to move my car because I was in his fire lane. Keep in mind that this was 6:45 AM. At that time no markings had been placed for Firelands and as I said I was just there to walk my dog. When I let the gentleman know that he proceeded to then tell me that if I did not move he would Colin have my car towed for an event that did not start for an hour and 15 minutes from the time I parked my vehicle. He then went to a police officers car that regularly watches over the park in the mornings I’m guessing to have the police officer come and tell me I needed to move. Instead of coming to me and letting me know anything the police officer literally just drove away from the park. I asked the parking lot attendant for his name which caused him to grab his placard I guess he thinks it’s a bad to show me his name not responding to me and all I could make out was a W For his first name and an S for his last name. He was Approximately 5 foot 6 to 5 foot eight with dark brown hair head sunglasses on a blue hat read event shirt and khaki shorts. He needs to be re-trained or re-purposed for some other type of job because he was very unprofessional and out of line for the timeframe in question. I would suggest that the company no longer hire people with Napoleonic complexes that are looking to have some sort of power within their grass to throw out whatever they want.

Very poor customer service. Use common sense when dealing with the public. . Your staff put a damper on an otherwise happy occasion.

Needs to let their staff know that just because they are rent a guards and show people where to sit that they arent in charge of everyone or every aspect of the venue. They are to power hungry and let that id badge go to their heads

Recently had an encounter with RMC security at a UVA baseball game. They tried to say that my wallet that was in the required clear plastic bag was a clutch bag because there was a clasp on the change compartment. Wouldnt let me bring it in even though I kept saying that it was a wallet. Obviously none of them thought to use some discretion. I ended up leaving because of this. It was like talking to the Gestapo! RMC needs to train their employees a little better.

Although I did not get the full-time job at this location, I just wanted to say how absolutely friendly and wonderful these people are. The seems like a great place to work and to hire people from.

So me and my squad were just trying to line up for GameDay then RMC security absolutely ruined my experience. Can’t believe how bad they are smh my head

People are very bad to deal with there is no common sense and the answer is always its for you safety I dont feel safe with your people. UVa needs to find a other company or go back to using the police Force

Most horrible despicable piece of security I ever seen. Trash. Garbage. Rude. Incompetent. Overpriced. Treats everyone like cattle

Really bad at crowd management. 0/10 would not recommend.
