I was in the midst of relocating when we found each other. I applied for a standard machine operator position. The agent I interviewed with set that position aside and handpicked me for a higher-level position. Before I could interview with that one, she gave me some short-term work with a lovely family-owned operation, which I loved. I’m headed off to a career thanks to her. All of the staff at Qualified is friendly, nurturing, and more than qualified. They care the same about their hired personnel as they do their paying clientele; trust me, I’ve worked with a lot of agencies, and that is rare. Shout out to Katelynn; she’s a rock star.
