They installed a replacement battery in my iPhone 7. I ‘conditioned’ it according to their instructions. Within a month the phone was showing bizarre capacity readings, shutting down at 38% and charging to 100% in just a few minutes and discharging within a 3 or 4 hours regardless of use. Also, phone case began splitting apart, making it unacceptable for any trade-in value. Although the staff was friendly and seemed helpful, I felt it wasn’t any point for further hassles for a 4 year old phone and bought a new phone.

My experience here was mostly positive. I brought a phone with a dead screen in and they were able to fix it quickly for a reasonable price. The thumbprint reader on the new screen didn’t work so I had to bring it back the next day. They replaced it right away and didn’t charge anything extra. So basically I’m pretty happy with the job they did, but four stars instead of five because I had to make two trips.

Didnt know this place existed. I smashed the total screen on my sons iPad and have suffered terribly without it. So for Christmas I decided to get it fixed. They were the second place I called today, the first was too busy to help. These guys were second on my list because of their great reviews. The guy fixed it there in front of me, in under an hour and a half, and he beat the other guys price... And after talking to the repairman, It turns out he was someone I had heard of years ago in a different location. He is amazing, fast, trustworthy. Id give him 10 stars if I could.

They are very helpful. Were not able to fix my iMac but tried and were very helpful. But for my iPhone they really dod a great job at a low price and fixed my phone in 20min.
