I like to make it look easy, even if it is not, but in this case when I bought and installed these new high quality boards in my machines, it was so easy, and so easy to play too. Now I have more time to play and less down time. And with the team at Alltek and their great design I have a lot of confidence of a lot of years of fun with my pinball machines as I have these nearly 20 years . Thanks . Bill .

Purchased a new mpu and driver board for my Centaur. When I installed then my sound had changed and I was concerned until Dave with Alltek walked me through what I needed to do to adjust. I installed the alltek trifecta in my pin and was unable to get machine to boot. Dave returned my message promptly, and worked me through a few minor problems to get me up and running again. I have had a 35 year career experience with technical service departments and clerks and alltek is in the top 1%... Absolutely the best investment!

I have lost track of how many times Alltek boards have saved the pinball machines Ive restored over the years. I have never had a problem until this week, in fact, had never contacted customer service before now. I had a minor problem with an MPU not booting on a game I was restoring.The problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Not only was the tech able to rule out a problem with Alltek ultimate MPU, he gave me the troubleshooting steps that led me to the root cause of the problem - a minor wiring/soldering issue not related to the MPU at all. Thanks Dave, and Alltek!!
