I went there today it was a quick fix about 20 minutes I went there to get my cracked iPhone 6s screen replaced it was great service great quality new screen and affordable it was 70 bucks with a screen protector compared to at at an apple store or batter bulbs plus witch is like 100 bucks

Work done seems to be good, will update this review if issues arise. Guy tried to sell me a screen protector that didnt fit my screen, no thanks. Biggest issue is the price games they played with me. One guy quoted me $180 for the repair. When I came back to get it done, another worker said $220. I questioned the change and he offered $200 instead. I reluctantly agreed. Then he charged me a $20 deposit (and charged tax on the deposit) and when I picked up the phone after the repair, he asked me, how much did we say for this?. He rang up $200, so I questioned him about my $20 deposit. He said that was a charge to order the part, and didnt come off the repair price. Shady.

The fellows at iFixt were extremely expedient in ordering a new screen for my Google Nexus and installing it perfectly. Time from initial visit to finished repair: 5 days, and that was mainly due to a weekend falling between that period. Other shops were quoting 2 to 3 weeks. The price for labor was pretty reasonable too.

The battery in my Huawei Nexus 6p wasnt holding a charge after two years of use. Jay ordered a new battery and had it replaced in about an hour. Cost about $70 and my phone works like new. The Nexus 6p is not an easy phone to take apart, Im very impressed. Id definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

There’s a lot of competition for phone repair in the area, so it’s worth shopping around to see if one business will match or undercut the others on price.All things equal, though, I think these guys are the best you’re going to find. I’ve busted up my phone a few times (don’t judge) and iFixIt came back with the best fit and finish.

This place is the best! They have fixed dozens of phones for me. With four kids there have been lots of cracked screens and wet phones. Fast, inexpensive service. Cant say enough good things!

There are two cell phone repair kiosks in Fashion Square mall and I feel that the reviews here, both negative and positive are being attributed to this one place. Ive had wonderful service and interaction performed numerous times at the kiosk located directly in front of Victorias Secret. The gentleman there has explained things to me when asked, told me about their parts-sourcing (direct from China aka manufacturer), gave me options, and guided me on how to fix things myself. I have no experience with the kiosk farther south in the mall, but have and do highly recommend the guy(s) directly in front of Victorias Secret.

Jihad Kassamali is the guy who I dealt with at iFixt. He had a negative attitude and actually damaged my tablet and did not offer any discount for the damage.He also stopped in the middle of my device drop-off to take someone elses drop-off and then finish mine. Bad manners, Jihad.I will dispute the charges to my credit card and fight to get reimbursed for the damage he caused to my tablet.If I could give him 0 stars I would.NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

After getting my phone fixed there I found that the worker used my browser to give himself a 5 star review when I never had reviewed this place. Not cool. So Im editing it to a 1 star.

I had a great customer service experience at IFixt when I had an iPhone screen replaced recently. There were a couple of things not quite right with the original installation, so I had to return it. They were very helpful, and quick to resolve the problem. Highly recommend!

They were professional and knowledgeable. My iPad was cracked in many places but in a short wait time it is just like new. Im impressed.

Charged over 100$ to fix my screen but only 2 months later it was having issues and the worker actually broke my phone when he went in to look at it. Then said he would give us 25% off to fix his mistake. Do not waste your money!

Things I once thought was impossible is possible at this place. I had a phone that was ran over by many vehicles. I wasn’t too concerned about the phone but the photos and messages where important. I had voicemail left from my late grandpa. I had photos of my kids and messages from my friends that are far away.They were not only understanding of my situation but went out of their way to get my information out of the device. Thought the phone wasn’t fully reparable (bent board, frame etc) they got all of the info I needed out of it.I’m grateful to have found you guys.Downtown repair store was no help nor was other smaller guys around town.I highly recommend Ifixt to everyone!

BLUF: knowledgeable, skilled, honest, recommended.There are two phone/tablet repair kiosks at the mall. I went to both in the hopes that they could repair my Nexus 6P. The first kiosk told me it would be $190, but the part was out of stock.I took it to IFixt, the gentlemen there looked at the phone, used his tools, and repaired it on the spot, NO CHARGE. A connection had come lose and just needed to be re-seated. Not only did he not charge me, but he saved me from spending money on a replacement product that was not even broken.I tried to offer him money and he refused. The very LEAST i can do is write him a positive review.To the gentleman that works there, you earned it and I thank you!

Accidentally dropped and shattered by glass on my iphone 6 that was only two months old. I didnt have insurance. These guys saved my phone. Best part was that it didnt take much time. I just walked around the mall when they were fixing it. Quick and easy.

I contacted Andrew at iFixit after reading great reviews on Yelp about his services. He responded to my message in under an hour, and then got back to me promptly once he got to his shop to confirm he had the glass for my particular phone.I dropped it off with him this morning and he was slammed with jobs. He told me he would have my phone fixed in 2 hours, then contacted me 1 1/2 hours later to let me know it was done. It is so rare for anyone to deliver ahead of schedule!My phone looks great and everything is working as it should. He was kind, courteous, and did great work.

I would give this zero stars if I could, this guy uses FAKE 3rd party iPhone screens to fix screens. I had my screen replaced here for a lot of money only to find that days later it did not work. I took it to an apple store later and they told me that they would not fix it because the screen on it was a fake 3rd party screen. This guy is an absolute scam.

Horrible place and horrible service. I would never ever recommend coming to this place to get your phone fixed. I know that it is sometimes cheaper but in the long run it will cost you A LOT more money!! avoid this place at all costs. I also did a little digging on this guys google reviews and he has personally reviewed himself several times to give himself a better rating while giving other companies in the blue ridge area horrible reviews stating that they should go to his shop

Tried to jack up the price after he fixed my sons phone and then when I asked about the military and LEO discount his sign said they have, he said they dont have one and I had to show him the sign. He then just laughed and tried to give me a discount on the jacked up price. After not giving in he finally went back down to the price he said it would be originally.

I went there to get my perfectly working iPhone 6 plus screen fixed because I had cracked it. They fixed the screen in a couple of hours. I drove home and I realized I couldnt hear anything when I called anyone and my front facing camera didnt work. So I had to drive back there and they fixed it. Then two months later, my tough screen stopped working completely. At first I thought it was a software issue but it turned out that is was the new screen they had put on my phone. Unfortunately they only have a 60 day warranty so I was out of luck. I did not pay to have them fix my phone again because I know they would just screw it up again.

Galaxy s5 accidently ate cement step,when it went black I brought it to ifixit told him youfixit, he fixed it on the spot on a 4th of July holiday,so far so good, great service

This review is for the Harrisonburg Va. Valley Mall Kiosk, but the source for the inferior replacement screens is the same.. China...Just wanted to share our experience with the general public;My daughter takes her iPhone 5 that worked good but did have a cracked screen to this kiosk located in Hburgh Valley Mall. The fellow checked it over and said it would be no problem and did a screen replacement which cost us right at one hundred dollars. This was on May 23rd of this year 2014. My daughter emailed them just days later about lines forming across the screen and only got a reply after the 2 week warranty was up, saying: Has anyone helped you yet..? This 2 week warranty should be the first sign / red flag to begin with... Now just a little over two months after the screen replacement, it is going black and and not able to function in the touch screen aspect. We take it back out to the same location at Valley Mall, The iFixt kiosk on August 3rd 2014 and a fellow said hed check it out while we shopped. We came back to check on him and he said that there was little shards of glass still inside that never got cleaned out from the first iFixt. Anyway he was pretty upbeat in thinking this would make a difference and said to check back in a bit.. So we check back after a while and his story has changed.. Now he says that he broke something while doing his iFixt and that he would let us have a new screen for 25% off. He also points out some minute surface rust on the clips that are used to snap it back in place and says; That is a sign of water damage..So now he is saying that the phone is not working due to some prior water damage. If this were so, then the first iFixt guy should have pointed it out on our then working perfect phone with the cracked screen. This phone has NOT been subject to ANY water since the new China made screen was installed on May 23rd. I dont get how he can point to water damage and at the same time recommend a new China screen for 25% off as a solution.. Go Figure... I asked why did the first guy recommend the initial screen replacement when this water damage was a cause for concern..?? He says; We have since had a change in staff because if such issues.. I asked if iFixt was still using the same screens today as they did back on May 23rd and his reply was; Yes, we are using the same supplier. This was the final nail in the coffin for me to decide to waste no more time with this small business who will not stand behind their service and has no pride in their reputation. Do a search on replacement screens and you will see all over the net there are some with a high failure rate... If you feel that nine to 10 weeks is worth it to you for a hundred dollars... Then go visit your nearest iFixt mall kiosk for the same service we received.
