This is a dishonest company that does not pay their bills, employees or subcontractors. I would think twice before engaging in business with them.

On a Wednesday, I went on yelp and sent a message out to all the cleaning services around me that I saw, hoping they could come clean my place before the weekend. Jacksons responded and set up a time on Friday to come out. Their people ended up being a little late, but they communicated with me the whole time. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and friendly and they came, cleaned my place, and left relatively quickly. I have no complaints and now I have a nice clean apartment for the weekend!

I recently used Jacksons Cleaning Service to clean my carpets and they done a wonderful job. I had a stain that I thought would not come up, but they got it out! I was impressed with their service and the employees were very polite, professional, and friendly. I will use them again and refer them to my family and friends. Also, their prices are reasonable too.

I actually never write reviews for anything. Unforunately this experience called for one.I purchased a move out cleaning from this company at the end of my tenancy at a townhome.Ill summarize the entire nightmare by saying this: if they think they can get away with cutting corners with you, they will. They knew I moved out of state by the time they were doing the cleaning so they thought they could do literally *half* of the work and that I would never know it or be able to check. Unfortunately for them I gave my neighbor a key and had her check the work before I called to pay them. It was NOT CLEAN. They had to come redo the cleaning THREE (3) times before it was even close to ok. Im talking simple stuff- they didnt even vacuum, wipe down counters, or dust blinds. They just left them dirty. For THREE redo appointments. Its like the cleaning technicians come and just sit and eat lunch instead of clean. It took SO MANY phone calls to get them to come do it right. I am lucky I thought to have my neighbor check their work or I would have not gotten my rent deposit back because it wouldnt have been clean without literal NAGGING.Save your money and go elsewhere. Theyre shady and require way too much babysitting.

I had scheduled a quote with Jacksons Cleaning to do move out cleaning for my house. I had to leave work in the middle of the day and drive home 20 miles to meet the technician at the scheduled time. 15 minutes after they were scheduled to show up, I got a call saying they would be unable to make it at all that day. I would not recommend entrusting your time or money to Jacksons (though I can say nothing about the quality of their cleaning since they didnt show up).
