We hired Shining for a one-time deep clean of an apartment prior to turning our lease over. The woman that was sent over did a great job cleaning the apartment, the place looks just as good as when we moved in.

These folks did an excellent job cleaning my house for move out in Charlottesville. My landlord came the day they were cleaning and recaulked the bathroom without warning me (leaving wet caulk), and the cleaner was kind enough to finish the bathrooms the next morning free of charge.
