I truly cannot say enough good words about the quality of the service performed by Mimi when she comes!! We get a bi-weekly residential cleaning service of 3 bedroom house and every single week it almost seems impossible but its like she does a better and better job every time😂.She always seems to somehow go above and beyond our expectations in every way possible. Shes effective, efficient and even so very polite and kind to our animals.I will also say that whoever is managing the email/contact is very responsive and communicative.Very happy to have the help w deep cleaning and very highly recommend!!

I really want them to come clean my house... but apparently they dont know how to put people on a schedule. My first cleaning they never showed, they got it together and rushed a crew over who did an excellent job. Now pan to what was supposed to be my third cleaning. They confirmed the date and time. Guess what... theyre a no-show again. Also, the second cleaning where they actually did show up they had a different crew who were horrible and didnt know how to put sheets on a bed properly. The team of two people took 2 hours to clean the house and charged me $240 to do so. Ill be going elsewhere.UPDATE ON OWNERS RESPONSENo one rang my doorbell. I have a video bell and no video started and no bell was rung (I was home all day). Either way, I noticed on your Yelp reviews it says similar stories. Oh and uhm I did pay them at the time of cleaning. Never received an additional invoice. Also, they edited their reply saying a few minutes late (they were over an hour late the first appt… not a big deal) but when a third appt is a no show and the second one does a bad job I can’t give more than one star. I use another local cleaning service now and they’re phenomenal. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This cleaning service was very professional, and their staff did an exceptional job cleaning my home. Christian and his team were especially careful with taking care of household items, and it is truly the best service that I have come across. I highly recommend this company.

Lou and his crew came to my house on a weekend of a holiday!!! I had a NASTY sewage back up in my basement and they not only cleaned it out, they disinfected the floors and the walls! They even left a dehumidifier to dry things up over the weekend! They wore their masks and were super nice! SENT FROM HEAVEN more than earth 🖤🖤🖤

I had my new apartment deep cleaned by Charlottesville earthly cleaning and they did a WONDERFUL job. My apartment looked like no one had ever lived there i was so pleased. The ladies were on time and super efficient i will definitely be using them again.

Does anyone else find their commercials extremely upsetting?

Contracted to perform a move out cleaning. Original consult was nice and friendly and I was looking forward to the service. The service date was moved on me and the start time was attempted to move the day of, which was not going to work. The crew that arrived was not equipped to perform the service I was told they could provide - a carpet cleaning - which was required. The actual clean was pretty shallow. The crew left without informing either of us who were home at the time. I am upset given how nice the consult was and how good the other reviews were.

I would recommend CEC to all my family and friends because of their efficient and professional service. Their staff are very friendly and always punctual and very flexible with their schedule!

Charlottesville earthly cleaning was mind blowing. When Linda came out to give me a quote for house cleaning I thought the quote was a bit high. I thought of the saying “you get what you pay for” I must admit I have always considered the price tag before making my decision. This time I put that theory to test. Linda got the house schedule and the ladies came out to clean. My first thought when I seen the ladies getting out of the car was everyone is latino I was worried about having languish issues. To my surprise they spoke a little English and when I ask them something they didn’t understand they broke out the phone translator. They had clean everything and only had another 20 minutes of work when I got a knock on the door it was a cleaning Inspector. The young Latino lady explained that it’s her job to make sure the experience was expectation. We walked around the house and I was very impressed with quality of work. I totally understand now why the cost was higher and it was worth it.

Highly unprofessional. Has been hounding me for months about a payment they received day of cleaning. She POSTED A COMMENT ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE to try to received payment - which is disgusting. And when I called her, she had the audacity to lie to my face saying I never responded to her emails and yell at me! Highly unprofessional, unorganized, and, thankfully, they only cleaned my house once - because they did a horrible job and only cleaned half of what was in our contract.

I got home from work and the house and fridge look amazing! Thank you!!!
