Louis is professional, honest and very detail oriented. He did a fantastic job wrapping, tinting, and ceramic coating my Jeep. The quality of work is incredible and the pride he takes in his artistry is apparent in every detail. Best place in town!

Made an appointment for window tints and the guy canceled it on our way to the shop. Not the first time he flaked on an appointment, I got rescheduled three times before I finally got mine done last year. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Dont bother running a business if youre not going to conduct business.

Crossed 3 Lanes of traffic and cut in front of me at a high rate of speed around 10:30am on March 19. I had my toddler in the car and was forced to lock up my brakes to avoid a wreck. The vehicle continued to weave in and out of traffic with no regard for the people around them. I tried contacting the business but the voicemail was full. There was absolutely no reason for the driver to be driving in this manner putting my family at risk. Please THINK before putting others in danger.

I had a clear bra installed here back in January. My experience was as follows.Louis does decent work. However, I had some negative experiences. Although this was my first clear bra install, it looks good and appears to be holding up well.Now, for the not so good experiences:1. I was verbally quoted a lower price but the price went up ~$200 by the time I dropped my car off.2. I always note my mileage when I drop my car off with someone for service. When I returned to pick my car up I had 2 additional miles on my car. That said, lack of integrity is an issue at this shop.3. My front chin splitter was damaged. Not sure if they scrapped it while out driving it or if the damage occurred when they pulled it in/out the shop.4. Lack of availability at the business location. Theres a lack of consistent availability. You might find yourself waiting outside for Louis to get to the shop at some point; even during business hours.With that said, I cant recommend this shop as the issues I experienced trumped the quality of the work.

Booked an appointment two weeks in advance and nobody showed up. Called with no answer as well as “knocked loud” as the post it note said on the door. I lost money by not being at work, drove an hour, waited an hour and wasted time and money.

I could not be happier with the service. I asked for a short notice appointment and received one the next day. I actually had tint removal and it was done perfectly, leaving my defrosters intact. For those reading this, it is not fair for businesses like this to have the negative comment stuck at the top. As a business owner myself, I can assure you that most satisfied costumers dont take the time to write positive reviews. My 911 came out looking amazing and I plan to take another vehicle to them for a full wrap. Best in town!

My experience was beyond frustrating. What Louis told me would be a couple hour job he could knock out by the end of the week ended up taking three weeks. The worst part was three weeks after I dropped off the parts, he told me I could come pick them up at 2pm. I was delayed and showed up at 3:30pm to see them rushing through to the finish, which likely hadnt even been started until that afternoon. I had to drive back home again to come back another day to get my parts.He quoted the job to include logos if I got him the correct vector format image files. When I tracked them down and sent the image files, my final product was delivered without the logos. Louis suggested that I order the logos from the manufacturer, out of my pocket.The final straw was that one of the pieces had obvious flaws, which I was basically told to just live with... A stretch mark in the middle of my hood and what looks like dirt under the wrap in three spots. At some point, I will likely have the work re-done elsewhere.Overall, perfection and timeliness are lacking.
