When we purchased our BMW I3 the tinting was scratched and torn so it limited visibility. The replacement was superior to what was there to begin with and the guys made it look perfect. They matched the tinting very well and we so impressed we brought the car back to have more work done. Highly recommend them to anyone because the service was great and the work was superior. Will bring future vehicles back for this type of work.

I had a really good experience with this tinting business. The staff were helpful and nice and were very accommodating. I needed to drop off my car for the appointment the next day after hours and pick it up after hours as well, they had no issue accommodating me. Ive had several cars tinted but this was my first time here and the only place that I will be back to for any tinting needs. Thank you so much! You guys did such a good job!

I made an appointment two weeks in advance at 8am on 8/3 We got there 10 minutes early the day of thee appointment. There was a sign that said open at 9am because of staff meeting later we were told that the appointment was never made. they Didnt even offer to make appointment. Horrible customer service and keep in mind we call them and one of their employees cant even set up an appointment for customers that are paying for their unprofessional customer service never again.

Had my windows tinted at Pro-Tint of Charlotte.LEGALLY!! The shop is great with a big Tv, Charging station, WIFI if you have to work or check emails. I was extremely happy with my service. Great Job.

We are very pleased with Pro-Tint! Bobby did a great job installing the tint on our windows. We had frosted tint added to our master bath window and love the amount of light streaming in as well as the privacy it provides. The tint added to the windows along the backside of our house looks great too. The sunlight still shines through but we’re glad our wood floors are protected from sun damage and fading. Thank you!

Great place to get your windows tinted. Great customer service, nice and clean reception area. I called Tint World they didnt seem interested in talking about the tint. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I came to Pro Tint and they was concerned about what I wanted done. James at Pro Tint was the best. Thanks James, for excellence customer service.

Had the windows in my lake house tinted yesterday. Bobby and Cody did an excellent job! I requested they come back next week to tint the remaining 6 windows to completely reduce the glare and radiant heat. Very professional work and wonderful product.

I came to Pro tint after a bad experience with tint world. I was greeted over the phone by James who was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the differences in all the tints and helped me decide which was the best fit for me. After choosing a tint their dedicated technician set to work meticulously applying the tint, you could really tell this guy took pride in his work. (I’m so sorry his name escapes me- ‘Eddie’ maybe) after it was all said and done it took the technician about 2 hours and my car looks great! I’m thrilled with the customer service and their performance, I would recommend pro tint to any of my friends or family!

The good news is that we had asked for 3 quotes and had 3 company representatives come to our house, measured the windows, and showed us various product lines. The tint products were rather similar but the one thing that led us to Pro Tint was Bobby. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful of our time, and not only was he the sales representative, he was the actual installer which made us feel good about our decision. I took my wifes car in for a surprise 29th wedding anniversary present. James was great! He laid everything out for me and recommended the best package for what my wife wanted for her car. Ran across Pro Tint on google and gave a call. I spoke to James and he told me their different tint options, prices and more. He was super knowledgable & helpful by going into detail on each one. They were even having a 20% off deal on their ceramic tint! Definitely recommend and going back for my next vehicles.

Not sure what that low star review is about my experience was great. I had tint put on my brand new subaru over a year ago right after I got it they were very helpfull and informative the tint i got looks amazing and makes a difference (pinnacle) in my cars ability to retain resist heat/cold. informative quick and good quality
