Recently moved into the area. They delivered cans right away and were supposed to pick up the following Friday for the first time. I called Thursday to make sure I was on the schedule but no pick up on Friday. No one answers the phone over there after 330 even though they’re open until four. I called Monday and was assured they would definitely come by and get our trash and no-show again. Canceled and went with another company.

I just signed up with this company a few days ago and canceling this service I paid for a lod got confirmation sent to email for Thursday pick up its Friday 4:20pm mind you I called all day to ensure pick would happen. And oh for my new service I got 4 trash cans

Idk why some people have so much trouble with garbage collection. Ive been with Signature Waste for 10 years now and they have yet to disappoint. Im writing this review because after 10 years, my one garbage can was beginning to crack at the lid connection. I thought about calling and asking for a replacement lid, but never got around to it. Then I go out to retrieve my garbage cans after todays pickup and low and behold theres a new garbage can waiting for me! Talk about paying attention and being aware of the situation. Thank you for being professional and serving your customers needs. Keep it up!

Theyre really bad at communicating. I understand understaffed, but communicate to your customers. They miss my house all the time and dont say anything. When I reach out, they give some excuses without apologizing and say theyll come the next day, but they never do. Sometimes they dont answer at all. They usually wait until the next pick up to get my trash, which causes spots on my lawn from the trash can sitting there too long. Prices were raised though, they made sure to get that in place, but worse service. I know, I need to change companies

I love the drivers at Signature Waste. Many times theyve come out to help my bring the cans down the driveway or waited if I was running late.Today, the driver got out of the truck and picked up the papers/ cardboard that fell out of the can while being dumped (even though I overstuffed the can).They are always so friendly and I highly recommend as a waste management company!

I have been using signature waste for two years. During these last two years they have not missed a single pick up.I have always had positive experiences with their drivers.One time I forgot to take my trash bin to the street and the driver actually got out of his car, and went to pull my trash bin from the side of my house to the street. This is excellent customer service and I highly recommend these guys!

Ever since Ive switched over to these guys several years ago, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. The pickups are reliable, the payment system is easy. If i needed a bulk pickup it was simple to schedule. Even when something was missed, they always pick up when I call and they even had the driver come back around to pick it up. Im grateful for their great service!

Increased price, so called and made an email agreement with marketing manager. Stated if a certain amount of houses In the neighborhood were using them they would drop the rate by five dollars per household. I did my part and recruited neighbors, when it was time, they owner said the individual no longer works there and they will not honor it. I even had the email proof with the agreed reduction. Fast forward 6 months.After cancelling my recycling with them In order to save some money. The recycling can has been at the curb for 2 weeks. Everytime I call, they promise to pick it up that day. Horrible service response to costumer needs. Also the ladies that answer the phone are all family and need customer service skills training. RUDE!

For 3 weeks now our trash has not been picked up. Only to be told by the office staff our can was not out when the truck came by it’s unbelievable. We paid in full for the year but can’t go on like this. I guess our only choice is to cancel our charge and switch.

One day, Signature waste missed to pick my trash. I call them everyday to pick my trash and they say they will send someone to pick and no one came. In the end whole week passed and no one came. The Manager Angela denied that their team said to send truck when I called each day. It shows a lack of communication within signature waste team. Thats what tick me off. At least they need to be truthful to their client and not make a fool out of the customer.

They have already missed me twice in less than 2 months. I was told I would get a call back to explain why they missed my pickup (cameras on truck). It has been a week now with no call back or excuse. Starting to regret switching already. One more missed pick up and I’m gone.

Imagine having your trash get skipped on trash day multiple times and the managerss explanation is we have footage of someone picking up your trash As is Im making it up. Something seems very broken with their system. If youre a busy person dont waste your time with their service. Personally, I dont have time to call and play inspector gadget for something that should be a simple concept. (I pay quarterly, and you pick up my trash. Simple ) My trash bins are in the same place every week! To their credit they did give me a full refund without hassle. But wait...they only recycle cardboard .. so if you use plastic and/or glass definitely dont use them. Your trash will fill quickly and its a great chance youll get skipped every so often with no real explanation. One more thing lol... one week I got skipped and they sent a guy to pull bags (their exact words) from my bin. And the guy ripped a trash bag and literally left my bin half full of LOOSE trash. Again to their credit they brought me a new bin.. but once again... If you rather not waste time calling them to figure out where things went wrong on their end go with another company.

Been with them less than a year, but theyve never missed a pick up. Trash weekly, recycling bi-weekly. My only complaint is that I signed up with the promise of it being $45 quarterly for the first year and after 2 months I got a letter saying that they were adding a $6 administrative fee to each bill.

Awful. Their office manager Angela swore at me today! Wow! Never thought trying get answers to why--- Would set these people off. Be very careful of these people. Left the owner a message never heard back. Geez this is garbage not life and death. I would avoid this company. If being berated and swearing is what you are looking for then by all means go forward with them. Gestapo tactics seem to be the norm here. This could of all been settled very easily if they had listened instead of threatened.

Why would you be open at 9 and dont answer the calls, really? What a great costumer service. I called Multiple times and the first 2 calls it would ring then It send me direct to voicemail (OPERATOR NOT AVAILABLE) its 10:17 am!!!!UGGHHHHHHH !!!!!

I switched from morning star waste service to Signature waste systems. Morning star no longer picking our garbage after they merged with Liberty Waster system. That was June 2016. They also claimed they didnt receive our quarterly payment. After further research by morning star it turned out that they dropped 200 more customers due to their merger processing with liberty. Morning star container still sitting in our yard since June 2016. I have called several times and they never came to pick up the container. I am glad we switched to Signature. I had my mom switch to signature as well. Signature customer service always answered / returned my phone calls.

Someone always answers your questions. They will come back if they miss your home and they always update the message when you call if there is a 1 day delay due to weather or a holiday

Sandra is rude and acted as if she did not believe me that I was skipped two weeks in a row. “Oh you would be surprised what people do I can’t just take what you said” would not give me anything but a condescending apology. I would rather pay more for someone else than deal with this company

After five years with them, I cancelled SIGNATURE WASTE service today because of horrible customer service. My auto-pay got messed up (my fault), and instead of finding a way to notify me (they know my address), they just pass by my house for two weeks and leave my trash to rot outside.I called them five times over two days trying to get them and I left two voicemail messages, and they never responded. So I tracked down their office late today and they played dumb with me and tried to blame me because they dont have my email. Done!

Terrible customer service and impossible to get in touch with. They picked up our rec bin because they said we have not paid but our bank acct shows payment cleared at it was on time. We called and they confirmed they received the payment and they said they would return our recycling can... that was three weeks ago! I will be switching companies.

My garbage has been missed 3 times in two months. It was sitting 3 feet from the other trashcans that got emptied. UPDATE: They came and picked up my trash. 3 stars only because the default should be that if the driver is not sure if its a recycle bin, pick it up, not leave it. CUSTOMER FIRST.
