We used to use a different provider for our truck rentals but they were a bit hard to work with. We found Enterprise about 8 months ago and they have been AMAZING to work with. Their friendliness and dependability of having a vehicle for us whenever we need it is awesome. We look forward to working with them for many years to come!

I have rented trucks from the location on Equipment Dr in Charlotte numerous times. I have never had a bad experience there. Even when there may have been an issue, they took care of it in a timely manner. Everyone is nice and easy to work with.

I needed a van to move into a new house. I called in to make a reservation which was super easy. Come moving day, I pull into the lot and speak with an associate and 15 mins later my van pulls up. Its clean and ready to go. Van worked perfectly and was reliable with lots of power to haul stuff. Dropping of the can was easy too. Pull into the lot, speak with an associate and hand over the keys. 5 mins later Im all set with an emailed receipt.

The staff at Enterprise Truck Rental in Charlotte are excellent to work with and very courteous. They strive to accommodate their customers. If you need an extra truck, these are the people to contact.

Called in today needing a truck in a hurry. Scott didnt have anything handy, but told me when I could expect one back and got my info to follow up when he or his associates get one. Thank you so much for your help and patience Scott! Look forward to doing business with yall in the future.

Rented a pickup Thursday because my transmission blew up pulling a small trailer to Florida. Enterprise car rentals has no vehicles that can pull a thousand pound trailer. Truck rentals don’t deliver. Thursday afternoon for two days. They said due back noon Saturday for $206.17. I said I can’t be back until 3-4pm. No problem, the gate is open until 6pm. $200 security deposit. Dropped the truck of before 330pm Saturday. No invoice sent but no refund of security. Enterprise national number took all info to forward to them on a Wednesday. 3 weeks later...no info. Enterprise national number now won’t help you if you picked up from a dealer. Supposedly they charged me for 4 days and it came out to that exact amount. Crooks. Never deal with them...and I won’t rent from any Enterprise now since they don’t believe in customer service.Ok. I’m changing this from 1 to 4 stars because I finally spoke with Austin there on 7/14. He said a manager would issue credit for two days. 7/15, the credit has appeared on my card. Thank you for correcting this. I advise everyone to monitor your contract closely. Maybe this was an oversight by someone not there when I rented the truck. I do appreciate the rapid correction just wonder why it wasn’t done before. Oh well, sometimes it just takes getting the right person to fix something. Thank you.

Easy, and cheaper than uhaul. Ill use again, and recommend them to everyone.

The fellows are excellent professionals.They caught an over charge and immediately corrected.As a former member of the 82nd Airborne (Infantry) Division, Austin gave myself a military discount.I have been going to Enterprise Truck Rental for about two years now.I WILL BE returning when the need arises.

This is a great business to deal with. Austin and others made getting a truck very easy. I highly recommend them.

The rental experience was smooth. The only issue that I had and continue having from time to time is giving Enterprise free fuel when I return the vehicle. Its nearly impossible to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was in it when it was on 1/8. I seem to always give them $5 to $10 worth of free fuel. I wish they would stop being cheap and fill their tanks up like most of their competitors. This is why I do not use them for business rentals.

Although there were several mixups through the rental process both on my part and Enterprises part, the customer service representatives that handled my rental bent over backwards to provide a viable alternative to initial rental. Id give five stars if Enterprise had been upfront about need a credit card for anything over a 16 foot truck.

My rental experience was beyond words! I had a reservation with U-Haul that I canceled due to rude slow people. I called Enterprise and I got the biggest smile yes I said smile over the phone . Scott was my hero and he made me feel like I was the most important person in the world at the moment. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I asked him about his small box trucks for a move, he asked me how much stuff I had, and when I told him he recommended his large van. He said come and take a look at it to see if it will work. Not only did it work (I was able to fit all of my furniture in it) but the price was good too!! Thanks to Scott I will be renting and recommending Enterprise Truck Rental to everyone that I know! Great guys. After renting a flat bed truck and not being able to haul my planned load (my fault) I took the truck back after a few hours, instead of keeping it all day. They had every right to charge me for a full day as I had most likely prevented then from renting it out to anyone else. But they reduced the bill to a half day.

Recently rented a Cargo Van to pick up some furniture. Received A+ service from this group of well-dressed very professional looking guys. Will definitely rent here in the future if theres a need. Van was clean and I wasnt charged an arm and a leg for the rental. Thanks guys.

Excellent experience. So much so that I will no longer be using UHaul ever again. The truck was spotless, prepped and ready to roll. The store was clean and all the employees were top notch. The manager was super nice on both pickup and return. I know his name was Scott or Matt. Both the assistant on the phone and the manager in person made an impression on us. We were also greeted by another gentleman named Chaz. He approached us immediately, shook hands and inquired how everything was. He offered his assistance if we needed anything. FANTASTIC! We had an efficient team from the 1800 number, to the local assistant, to management, right down to the well dressed Lex Luther overseeing it all. All of this for a truck rental. Amazing.
