Great experience this weekend. Did the online check in, ran in to grab the keys, was in and out in under 10 minutes. Truck worked great, and dropping off was even easier than picking up. Everyone we met on the staff were so nice and very helpful. Will definitely rent from here again!

Took a chance to walk-in and schedule an time for a hitch install at Ashley Road location. All the folks at this location were friendly and helpful! Our technician, John Johnson was extremely helpful. He had to search other stores for the right part and organize a pick up (no extra cost to me). Then John called to confirm the part and time of appointment (the next day). Got another confirmation call the day of the service and John was done with the work in less than 2 hours. He went through the units features and had us on our way in minutes. Thanks John and Ashley Road U-Haul for superior customer service!

This place is Phenomenal if you need A U-Haul in the Charlotte area come here and ask for Randall Decker Edinger hes super friendly and very helpful he goes out of his way to help you out. The facility he runs is clean and well organized and extremely Knowledgeable you honestly cant get much better as far as U-Haul dealerships go in this area. Great staff. Ive had a few bad experiences in the past renting trucks, but they folks at Ashley Rd. U-Haul made me forget all about that. They were courteous and helpful and did all they could to help out. Really just a great experience that changed my view of U-Haul. Very nice.

Owner Lester is rude and doesn’t care at all about customer service. He is the main reason of this review. I wish I could go lower than a 1 Star. If you need a U-Haul I recommend driving out of your way to avoid this place. He doesn’t deserve the position he’s in or to carry the name of U-Haul.

Have been a faithful customer to this location for several years, even with changes in the staff the service has been excellent. I have done business with other locations in Charlotte but they dont compare to this location. Friendly, knowledgeable and pretty humorous at times.

The staff was very helpful on a very busy day. Everything was really easy and the equipment was clean and worked great.

Was dropping off rental for my daughter at this location. FINALLY found someone to help me that wasnt on their CELL PHONE. Not enthusiastic in regards to assisting patrons. Numerous people waiting, no one helping. Refused to accept my rental at this location. Was told I had to return to original place where I had rented. Such a MESS !!!

I reserved a truck in advance and they didnt keep my reservation. Made me find a different truck at a U-Haul 10 miles away. I didnt have a car, they would not even drive me to the new location. I had to take an Uber.

WORST UHAUL EVER THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY ACT LIKE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS. GET SOME BASIC COMMON SENSE BEFORE YOU ANSWER THE PHONE.

I came here to get a hitch installed onto my Rav4. I was told it would be a couple hours so I got an Uber home. The MINUTE I arrived home I got a call from UHAul and the man explained that he isnt able to put the hitch on because the bolts on my car were rusted. He said I would need to take them to a dealer and have them replaced by Toyota. One week later my boyfriend(who knows nothing about cars) was able to removed the bolts himself and installed the hitch. The guys at this UHaul are so incompetant, all they had to do was spray the bolts to clean off some of the rust and wait a few minutes.

This was our first time at this location. We mistakenly missed the return lane and the employee greeted us by asking if we were “f-ing retarded”

We have moved into a new home Jan 3rd and they were very kind and met our needs accordingly. The process to get and return the truck was very fast.

The staff here was helpful and nice to work with. Id rent from here again.
