Terrible place due to the uneducated, unprofessional, attitude having employees working at front desk. Refusing to honor the law and accept my National Identification card for employment. And never ask me to fill out a I-9 form to submit for authorization to work, which is not up to HireQuest Direct. The one dark skin girl said she is not going to accept my ID telling another employer they can do it. But she will not (with an attitude). She also said they will need a social security number (before even giving me any detail of the company and job positions offered) and ask if I am a U.S. citizen when holding my identification that clearly shows that I am not. They have posted a poster and instructions on I-9 form which I pointed out and the list of Identifications required by Homeland Security. The girl then yells out that my ID is not a native american document. That tells me that she refuses to accept that I am native american national and denying me employment because they want to use a Social Security number.I have searched and dont even see this company HireQuest Direct assumed name to do business in Mecklenburg county or registered with the Secretary of State to do business within the State of North Carolina.

The worst day labor place Ive ever seen. Unprofessional and ghetto administrative team if you can even call them that. Lionel is the worst and the one with the ghetto name well, she lives up to it.

This place is soooooooo unprofessional and a waste of time && pay how u going to send someone all the way to rock hill on a dummy mission saying they cancel the ticket to work but u already down there but when u call them back they say they cant redeem u back money for gas and they will try to get u work instead of still having u first in line to get a ticket so basically they dont care about your effort && time and also the ladies up there in the office have attitudes && very unprofessional they job is easy for getting the tickets ready for the worker to go to the site the workers work hard to put in labor for small pay which is not fair trojar labor need to tighten up!

Wow,Im at a lost for words on how unprofessional this business is. I have never in my life seen that many angry woman assembled in on.From not getting paid, bad attitudes, giving false information and bad directions. This place is what HR nightmares are made of. I am still fighting for 2 days worth of pay. I even heard one of the ladies tell a worker Yeah you can smoke at the job site, just dont get caught and dont look high. They treat everybody like that have a 3rd education. Dont waste your time!

They don’t pay you no money what so ever they pay and work you put in don’t add up they are late with payments they have very bad communication skills as well don’t ever apply here

Assignment canceled after the 40 drive I made to the place. Trojan refused to pay the 4 hour minimum. No gas mileage compensation for the 80 mile trip. Dirty business. They also take $13 right off the top of your check if you use any of their personal protection equipment (hard hat, vest, and boots).

When they have work its good and thats when they have work
