I never submitted any kind of paperwork to this company yet I receive phone calls and emails I have put them under investigation I really wish I could post the emails but I was informed not to do so I don’t know if this is a company you would want to work for the emails I received were very unprofessional mentioning names of people I do not know. By far the most unprofessional staffing agency ever to exist. I would urge all future employees to explore other employment opportunities. These people have no idea what they are doing. They ignore phone calls and emails intentionally and only schedule you when its convenient for them. Never mind the fact that we all have bills to pay. I plan on taking legal action against them. Thats just how bad it is working for LGC. I love the clients I have worked with. Everyone is super friendly but the LGC associates? Thats a totally different story. The absolute worst. Believe every single 1 star review you see on here. They are all true.

Had our wedding. Two of staff of nine walked off within minutes. They were too hot for outdoor wedding.. Remaining we very pleasant but ill trained. We paid ALOT of money for team. Had very specific instructions prior to wedding about our needs. Billed for full staff. Would never recommend.

The company itself is ok, however, sometimes there is miscommunication between the company and the client. Ive seen people sent home because too many people showed up or pay not earned due to employee not signing in or out {which they do state clearly}The jobs on the app can go very quickly, so stay on top of it or call the company for job openings. (if you can get them on the phone)The flexibility is great, however, the pay varies depending on what you do and for how long.Youll learn that for this job youll need to identify which job titles you can do and which prefer not to, which vendors you like and which you dont, and also what skills you have and which you may consider obtaining for the future.Looking back, my expereince with this company was decent, ive had great experences and some awful instances.Tread Carefully, Make Wise Decisions, Expect to sometimes Work Longer Sign-In correctly and you should do well.Good Luck and Serve with a Smile!

I worked through this agency for a golf tournament in May 2017. When it came time for pay day I knew that my paycheck was short because I made sure to keep track of my hours. I called the agency and most of the time the phone would just ring with no answer so I would have to leave a voicemail (which was never returned) or if someone answered they would tell me I would have to talk to Whitney which she was never available no matter what time of day I called (hmm interesting for someone whos a manager not to be in the office) whoever answered would tell me they sent her an email or would tell her I called (lies I never got a call back) so after a month or longer I decided to call the dept of labor and give them all my information so they could investigate. The very next day I get a call from someone working at LGC saying that they paid me for the rest of the money I was owed and should be in my bank account. I check and wow there it is! The dept. of labor must have scared them straight! I would never recommend this place to no one not worth your time or the money. If I could I would have given them a zero rating but I wanted to give a review. Stay away from this place!

Company never answer the phone even when you go to office they still make you set up interview to come back when their office is completely empty it just be two worker and they still don’t assist I literally cal everyday just to see if I will get an answer and I don’t they was a better company when they was near Northlake mall in the business center how can you be a staffing agency and you never answer the phone EVER!!!

I can understand the poor reviews Ive read. I was interviewing for a recruiter position within the company itself and didnt even see a point in actually completing the interview.When you enter the building there are multiple printed signs taped to the receptionist desk which were an immediate turn off. It was very unprofessional and impersonal- the opposite of what a jobseeker would want in a recruiting firm. I was greeted coldly by the manager who barely could take herself off her personal call on her cellphone. I arrived 20 minutes early for an 11:00 am interview. The girl who assisted me in getting my paperwork and forms of ID was sweet. She was the one bright moment of my experience. I sat and waited until 11:25 and was finally approached (as I was getting my purse and keys to leave) by the female manager- I believe her name is Whitney- who said, you all set? Again, more unprofessionalism. I was set at 11:00 am when my interview was scheduled. I was upset by 11:25 when I was finally acknowledged by her. She never introduced herself, apologized for my wait, or really showed any positive characteristics in general. I nicely reminded her of my interview time being almost a half hour ago and excused myself. Please note that I would have been more than happy to wait had I been approached and dealt with in a professional way. In my opinion though, my interview wasnt late because she was busy with work related activities. It seemed that she was on personal phone calls and just an impolite young woman in general.Its very clear that the young people managing this business have little to no management skills and very few people skills. I find that especially ironic considering that this is a hospitality staffing company. I cant say that Id recommend anyone using this company since I wasnt even willing to sit down and discuss a position within this company!

If I could give LGC zero stars, I would because thats how pathetic & unprofessional this so called staffing agency is. Your phone calls go unanswered & Im amazed that their office employee Hailey even has a job. After spending 45 mins in their office, I drive home only to get a phone call from Hailey requesting I drive back to their office because she forgot to tell me to fill out another form. So apparently in her mind: job seekers should waste their time/gas driving back across town to LGC because shes incapable of doing her job competently the first time.Please dont waste your time at this laughable staffing agency. Came in for interview.. Was told to get uniform and buy shoes before working.. So when i did i called numerous times to start work and till this day no one has called back to assign me work smh.. One of the racest unprofessional places to work for in Charlotte I worked for this company and they refuse to pay me even with all the proof of sechedules emails directing me to be there to work from management and staff and still refuse to pay me so I called the department of labor and lgc told them today 12/5/17 that they will be mailing me a check from lgc from the day they did not pay me for working for them in September 2017 then lgc called back to the department of labor. Same day 12/5/2017 and told them they change their mind they are not going to pay me after management or the owner told them hours before 630 pm that they were thats funny how all the proof on paper and now I called you out this company refuse to pay me then on top of that lgc choose to pay me 7.25 instead of 10.00 then to not paying at all lol yall some kind of company whoever that was that went back on their word you can eat that chump change baby because thats all you do is eat off other u need it more than me I just wanted to let you know i dont back down from no one no matter your title . Just know I know how to keep up with my information and know what Im talking about FACTS.. LGC are frauds lires embeslors this place need to be shut down for unethical behavior and unprofessional management will send you to work but wont pay you..Watch your hours people and take pictures of your time in and out .

This is the WORST let me repeat WORST staffing agency in Charlotte,NC.Management and office staffs are clueless.Unprofessional is a complimentary word to describe LGC.By the way,theyre known as Ghetto-Staffing Agency.They dont do a completely back ground check on the employees,I know because I worked for them.A lot of the employees dont care about the dress code/uniform appearance. LGC will send you on an assignment and tell you to arrived (15) mins before the schedule time(theres no pay for that 15 mins).A few employees might arrived (1)hour before the schedule time and sign ed in(no-pay). The reason is:When a Client requested (4) employees LGC will send (7) so the first (4) will work,while (3)will have to leave. Of course LGC is to be blamed and there excuse is that if an employee gets into an accident,there will be more than enough employees to cover the assignment.....THATS AN HYPOCRITE MANAGEMENT......If you worked good luck if your Check/Deposit is right. Also if you call the office to dispute your deposit and someone(MAY) answer the phone,theyll put you on hold and leave you hanging.....or they will tell you that you dont have to accept another assignment. PEOPLE,IT DOESNT WORTH IT,LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE,THERE ARE LOT OF STAFFING AGENCIES IN CHARLOTTE.....LGC DEFINITELY DONT CARE ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES.....THEY ARE DEAD-END!!!! >>>I HAVE TO PUT A STAR IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW,THEY REALLY DONT DESERVE A STAR.

Very unprofessional. Didnt even identify themselves as a staffing agency, just said they wanted to give an interview. Several people are there, you wait your turn. Receptionist dropping f-bombs after hanging up with an upset employer.

Unfortunately they are extremely rude I was calling to confirm my hours because they are known to underpay and the guy said that he wouldnt go through the paperwork to look up my hours because it was too much then he said I dont want to talk to you and handed the phone to his manager his name is Cory and everytime I call he is extremely extremely rude but they probably wont do anything about it because they dont care and they ended up only paying me for half my hours.
