Absolutely wonderful customer service! I so appreciate the assistance from the great staff at Square Clover especially through the COVID-19 crisis. They went above and beyond the normal customer service you would expect and they guided us through our shutdown, working remotely and re-opening with no glitches. We used Square Clover in our office for approximately 10 extensions. The service worked great. We closed the office and moved everyone to home offices. Square clover installed a new network and phone system for S A Sloop Heating & Air Cond. Inc. We now have a digital phone system that seamlessly rolls calls to cell phones if power goes out. Ever since my arrival at The Westin Charlotte; Square Clover has become more of a partner in business to us than a vendor just doing a job. The first job they did was a last minute (unfortunately not the last project to be last minute) and Square Clover stepped up and handled it very professionally. The outcome was success.Over the course of the last 5 years, they have assisted in planning projects and offering solutions to some very complicated cable runs.
