We celebrated our daughters birthday today, our families first time. And I have to say, today was the best day. Bounce U took care of all of our needs and more. I could not have asked for a better time. Such wonderful and loving staff. From the time we walked in, to the time we left. I am a mother of 5, and I am always use to taking care of everything, but this staff said, mama we have this, take a seat. For once, I was able to spend time with my family. Adults as well as the kids, we laughed and had the best memories. If you want to come to a place where from the second you walk in makes you feel at home, this is your place. From decorating to customer service to food, the entire experience was well worth it. Keep up the good work guys.

We booked a birthday party here in May 2021. The party pros and Autumn, the manager, were so helpful and took care of everything. The kids had a great time. The only ding was the cleanliness of the floors and the bathrooms. Mop & vacuum the floors & clean the bathrooms, and it’s a 5-Star birthday party place!

I had my grandsons 8th birthday party here on 8/24/21. Autumn and the other staff assisted us with everything very efficiently. I would highly recommend this place to my friends & family. The customer service was awesome!!!!!

Another great birthday party party. Open during the pandemic but only for private parties.

The server apparently was not trained in how to hold a cup and pour drinks. His hand was cuffed over the tops of the kids drinks as he placed them in front of one of the kids. This was brought to his attention but in addition to this the server was scratching his private parts while in the room. Totally unexceptionable.

It is a good place to bring your young child. Two large rooms setup with four different inflatables each.

Bounce U has always been a great place to have fun, we hadnt been here in 4yrs and i must say the staff were awesome... my only complaint not pertaining to bounce is the boneless wings that tasted more like nuggets from hungry Howies.. Ill never order those again and they definitely werent worth $40. Other than that everything was great and Ill return in the future if need be and recommend others. Kids of all ages and adults can have a good time.

I miss this place so much. The young adults and teens that work there are so responsible and caring. It almost feel like a second home. My son always want to go there and they treat my son like family. It is a wondeful and safe place.

This place is awesome! Perfect for birthday parties. Very clean and attractive place. You have a host guide that stays with your party and keeps things orderly and safe. Youre with only people from your party and play areas are very clean and neat. Their pizza is good too!!

So my son and I came for play date hours. They had 2 bounce house areas. A slide and then a basketball set up. The whole time they had a staff member who I guess “monitors”, but really she was just standing in a corner the whole time watching. I was kind of weird. My son and some three kids got into the basketball area which and she came to us and said that they can’t get in it. Mind you these are like 3-4 year olds so trying to shoot the ball and get it into the hoop was like near impossible. Then after about an hour we had to move onto another bounce room. I don’t know today was a little off. My son kind of had fun but old if we will ever come back.

It was wonderful.The workers were great to us. The were great at helping watch kids and helping kids get up the slides and even sliding down with them..My 3and 2yr old had a great time and a wonderful experience there.

Employees are nice kids had a great time but I think it could use a little updating/cleaning in the party rooms

Went for a birthday party. What I like the most was when you have a party, you get a private bounce room which makes managing your party and the kids a lot easier. The kids that work there were very polite and helpful.

My son had his 4th birthday party here. It was well executed and fun. I liked that it wasn’t over crowded like other bounce places. We’ll be back.

The carpeted floors were soaking wet and the staff mentioned this to me just before all the kids were about to enter the play area. Being the host, I really could not say anything as I wanted my kids birthday party to go ahead . All the kids socks got wet and the staff had to provide them with replacement socks. This is unacceptable. There was loud machinery (I imagine blowers / vacuum to remove the moisture) and that spoiled the mood of the party. I had upgraded to apple juice 2 days before the party. We realized that there was no apple juice once all the kids were settling down for their pizza/cake . The balloons were never brought into the room. When we were about to leave, my wife asked for them and then the staff remembered that it was in the back. Only positive thing is that the kids had fun. When I have paid close to $400 for less than 2 hours, I expect my experience to be top notch . Also, the staff who attended to us looked disinterested. It is a place where kids come to have fun. Would love to see some spunk and some enthusiasm from the staff. It almost looked like they did not want us there. It really wouldnt be a shame to ask for a refund. The facility is nice but what was presented to us was not acceptable.

I went to a birthday party this past weekend, the floors were wet in the 1st bounce room. The boys working the party did a really good job trying to make up for the floors being wet. They even gave all the children socks because their socks got wet. I wish I would have known about the wet floors before hand, but the bouncy houses still worked perfectly!

First time I dropped my son for a parents night out and he had a blast!!! The only thing that worried me was that when I was picking up my son around 9:30pm, there were a lot of unsupervised kids by the door which was unlocked!! It was a little scary to think any of the kids could have gone outside!! Other than that, great and fun place!!! I actually just booked my son’s party for August!!!

Nice place, I had never heard of it until before a few weeks ago when my son was invited to the party we attended today. His 2nd birthday is in 2 months exactly. Im going to talk to my husband about having his part there even though we want to give him a party at the house .

Overall my kids had a great time. Would recommend moving open bounce back from 9:30 to 10 am or have the employees there on time to setup. Had to wait 15 minutes before my kids could jump, and with 2 parties back to back there was no compensation time.

Inflated Jump and Obstacle course for kids of all ages. Kids can play through two large rooms with different types of air filled bounceables. Really good for hosting birthday parties for groups of kids. They have party rooms for birthdays and parties.

My son goes to the both the art and tech camps. This is his favorite camp and attends several weeks through the summer and during school break. The staff makes it fantastic and he knows them all by name.There is nothing better for a healthy mix of vigirous activity and STEAM learning. He asks to go every morning!

Awesome experience here. We threw our daughters 1st b-day here. The staff was friendly our party host were amazing we truly had an awesome time. They were very understanding of our situation at hand and worked with is every step of the way! Will be coming back.

BounceU is pretty much awesome sauce! Speaking for a four-year-old, my daughter has an amazing time every time that she bounces. She looks forward to meeting new friends and bouncing as often as possible.The wonderful folks that work there are amazing and are a testament to their values. They are able to communicate with the young ones and keep them from running over each other while still allowing them to have an amazing time.I suggest to always check the website before making your way to the BounceU to verify the times to bounce. As anyone who grew up with a trampoline knows, bouncing with someone that is not in your weight class is pretty much asking for a bruising 😂😂😂I highly recommend bounce u for any events for the young ones.Stop by & try. Give me a thumbs up if you liked the spot👍

I was not very happy once we got into the party room. The host clearly did not pay attention to how I asked her to set up the decorations. Which that was okay. But, then it all goes down hill from there. I feel like once we got in there we were being rushed. I feel like as if she did not want to be in there or was ready to go. She kind of had an attitude and when I asked for her to cut more of the cake for the adults she caught an attitude. I was not the only one that saw this. All of the adults in the room noticed because they all asked me about it. My daughter did not even get to eat her cake and it was her birthday. Now I am manager in the service industry so I know how customer service should go. I noticed after she rushed us out the room and helped us take our stuff to the car in a rushed way; about 5 minutes later I see our host rushing out the building to either leave or go on break. I was not very pleased and the only reason I had my daughters birthday here was because when my niece had hers here about a month ago the host was amazing and everything went so well. Now I do not know if the hosts work off of just tips, but she was lucky I even left her anything. The only reason I did is because like I said I am in the service industry and I know how that goes.

This place does great birthday parties. If you are trying to decide between Monkey Joes and BounceU - choose BounceU. One of the best things about a birthday party here - your party isnt competing with anyone elses party. You get the place to yourself. Weve had two parties here and have always had a good experience.

You will enjoy this facility more if you avoid other bounce business before going. That said, you wont find a staff that is more kind and helpful. The requirement appears to be maintained and cleaned regularly. We will continue to visit on rainy days.

I wouldnt recommend for children 3yrs and younger. But over 3 is perfect. Children will burn off a lot of energy! For my granddaughters birthday party we had a great host, Jaylen S. The facilities are clean. Parties should be a little longer for the price.

Staff is friendly. Price for single event and monthly is great. Once we went to a cosmic party and they did not do the balloons or glow necklace and my daughter was disapointed but other time they did. We had a blast though both times. Place was clean and drinking fountains were available.

Love taking my son here. He has lots of energy to get out and this does the job. They have great monthly deals. Staff is friendly and play area is clean.

At Toddler time, a child puked on one if the slides. We promptly told an employee who left to get cleaning supplies. Their solution was to dump cat litter on it and put a towel on top - telling us to avoid the ONLY slide that the toddlers could climb alone....at Toddler Time! And they left cat litter covered puke there for the remaining hour!Another employee was playing in the bounce houses, jumping and shooting basketballs, making it impossible for the small children to even stand up and sending heavy basketballs flying - again at Toddler time, for children mostly around 1.5-2years old.Poor management, employees who obviously arent familiar with how to behave around children, unsanitary.

This is the second time we have come here for my granddaughters birthday party she loves it and the staff is great!!

Had a kids party here, and it went great. There is a variety of different bounce houses and slides, and the employees take care of everything for you at a private party.

My neice had her 3rd birthday here and my 4 year old loved the bounce houses. Plus it wore him out...

Just had my daughters 1st birthday here. It was extremely well organized, we loved having the whole place just for us. Our party hostess was so kind and friendly. Kids had an absolute blast, and everyone was happy. I loved the fact that everything was taken care of, all I had to do was to show up with my kid. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is because of the final bill. The package price was clearly explained to me and I understood I paid more for the convenience of having everything there... And they did mention a gratuity added at the end. However I did not anticipate that they were expecting to get gratuity based on the percentage. I was shocked to see that at the bottom of the bill they broke down the percentage and the amount for the gratuity. My party ended up costing me over $700, thats quite a stiker shock... My party hostess ended up checking me out, she asked me to write the tip before she rang my card. I added $100 for the tip, something I wasnt anticipating but that was the minum recommended and I have worked in the service industry so I always like to tip.... And I would have been fine with that if the hostes showed a tiny bit of appreciation or at least said thank you. Instead I felt judged like I did not give enough, when I already gave a lot more than I was planning on. Ive done a ton of birthday parties at so many different places and rarely do they anticipate a tip especially a percentage. A note for management, I think it would be very helpful when planning the party to mention that a tip is expected based on the percentage of the total. That would help parents plan better financially and anticipate the actual cost of the party. I was thinking I was going to spend somewhere around $300 to $400 instead it was double that! Due to this reason I will not have another party at Bounce U, but I will continue coming to their open bounce...

A kids first playground. Cool place with the coolest associates. They really care about the happiness of the kids and parents. My sons are avid visitors and my oldest wants to spend his Saturdays no where else but PNO. If youre unfamiliar with Parents Night Out, let me help:P-N-O, as they call it, is an opportunity for you, the parent to get a break on a Saturday night between the hours of 6:40pm and 10pm...yeah! I said 10pm. See a movie, go bowling, go to dinner or as I do, sit still at the house doing nothing! Kids 4 and up are invited...

UPDATE ...our party was fabulous. I was really worried(see post below) but the staff was attentive to our every need, the equipment was perfect and the rooms were fresh, bright and clean. I would highly recommend Bounce U. I would however request to keep any cake toppers as I think our three princess cake toppers were thrown away and didn’t make it home with us. PREVIOUS POST: RED FLAGS SO FAR..I have tried to reach the store manager - Emily-5 times via phone and email over he last two weeks. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I have a question about my booking but an just praying my party will go successfully. I was told the $50 off Sunday deal was only for May and now I see the firstJune Sundays $50 off too.

Typical inflatable bounce house fun. The facility is on the smaller side, which makes it easier to keep an eye on children It is perfect for birthday parties for younger children.

Bounce U is fine on quieter days but the location is small, so any more than 10 kids it just becomes a zoo. The staff just stand by the wall and dont really monitor what older kids are doing while younger kids are around so there are always a number of younger kids crying because theyve been trampled on or pushed aside by the older ones. Its complete chaos. Id recommend Monkey Joes instead.

Seperate rooms for birthday parties which is great so your small child doesnt get trampled by older kids. The downside is after the party is done so are you, not able to stick around after cake to bounce. Makes for an unhappy child on the way home :0

I recently attended a birthday party at this location and the carpet was soaked and wet. What makes this bad is the owner and management knew about this. All the kids in the birthday party socks were soaked and wet. Now my child woke up this morning coughing and has a cold. Im not looking for the owner or management to care because if they did, we would have been informed about this prior to the birthday party. I do however want to thank the Party Pros for a great job especially Justin and Asia. Not only were they helpful but they actually provided socks for the kids. So I want to give a special thank you for those two along with all the Party Pros. I dont think Ill EVER come back to this location.

Great place for young child birthday parties.

Avoid coming here. They just want your money and will give you cheap gifts to shut you up. My party was 30 minutes late. No one called to say hey we’re running late, we’re sorry. Nothing. It wasn’t until we got there and sat there for 25 minutes and I had to get up to say something to them. Before the party even started I should have known it was going to be a bad experience because they put my son’s present in someone else’s bin. Then the floor in the first room was wet which I had to hear from ANOTHER party who booked with you all. Not from you all. Again, no warning. No asking if we even wanted to jump in a wet building or if we could reschedule. Who knows how long the water was there or if there was mold growing. Nothing. Just, oh we have extra socks if you need them. I was told about a cosmic party over the phone and I said I didn’t want it because my son has epilepsy and the flashing lights could trigger a seizure but lo and behold we get to the next room and there were flashing lights. Thankfully he was asleep and nothing happened so we were able to just go on with the party with the other kids. But by the time we rushed into the actual party room I was so pissed off with how the whole experience was going I just wanted to go home. Especially after all of that we’re singing happy birthday and the hosts are in the back giggling after cutting the lights off. Then they gave us some other kid’s birthday present. There’s no telling how many other kids walked off with someone else’s birthday present. They don’t care. They just want your money.

WOWed!! Our previously party location was flooded and they called us the day of the party! Bounce U stepped in with one call. They had an opening and welcome my family with open arms! The staff went above & beyond for my daughters 1st birthday! Even the adults had fun! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

I registered my kids on the website for open bounce, entered their birth dates and all info and paid. We showed up and they would not let my son bounce because he was 6 and the age limit was 5. He had just turned 6 a few weeks prior, and is in Kindergarten. The customer service was horrible, they not only wouldn’t make an exception and allow him to jump, but the only reason they could give was “it’s against our policy”. I suggested they fix their website and not allow me to register him if that’s their policy. We drove a little further to Monkey Joe’s and will not be back here.

We love Bounce Pre School Bounce.Had no issues in the past.The attendants usually are supposed to lead the kids play and engage them in some type of way.Yesterday they were seated blowing up balloons for maybe Saturday parties, who knows.Then they had guts to ask me about my child removing their socks, with such a bad tone and attitude.Dont come tell me what my child should be doing and you are not doing what you are supposed to be doing yourself.Take several seats!!!

The party set up was good. But God forbid if someone dies or is bad weather in Charlotte and if this location is open for business they will charge you $50. Thats their policy. The reason doesnt matter.My party was setup for a snow which I rescheduled and got charged $50. When I tried to talk to the person at the check out they told there was a note on my account to NOT waive the rescheduling fees since the location was open on snow day. Was it fair for me to expect all the kids to come for a party on a snow day in Charlotte? Who would have take responsibility had someone gotten hurt? BounceU?

Horrible experience. Unorganized place, dirty beyond belief. Paid for tickets and was not able to get in due to capacity. They asked us to return, when we did we were unable to get in again! Never going back!

Its not big n good for very small group

This was probably the 3rd or 4th time we had our kids BDay party here and to be fair until this year we have had a good experience, however this year was horrible. All was good until we got the bill. First of all it was extremely confusing, the package deal seems to have been made up to confuse people. This year they seemed to be determined to rip us off! They did not explain us the discounts correctly, mentioned that the 1/2 sheet cake was part of the spectacular package if we do the booking for 20 kids (which we did) and then I see $32 charged for a 1/2 cake which we did not need (we had got our own cake). When I mentioned that to the front desk they were not ready to agree even when I and my wife were told about this 2 times during the booking process. I requested that I speak to the owner (who was on the call asking the desk to make sure they charge us extra for the cake) I was told they would not agree, I insisted that I get to speak but was told it would not help. I was literally forced to pay for the cake that I had not asked for and had not even used. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you still plan to hold the party at this place make sure you discuss the bill very clearly and even get your conversation recorded!

Very fun place for the money. I bought 4 groupons at $4 a piece. It is my sons Birthday and to save money we had a party gifts cake and icecream at home and came to BounceU for some after party fun. Cant beat it for the price and the kids for didnt complain. They switch between the cosmic glow n the dark to the regular bounce.

The facility is clean and the variety of bounce activities is excellent. My biggest complaints are the staff and the way toddler open bounce is approached. They make you switch between rooms every 30 minutes for the two hours of open play. Interrupting kids who are actively engaged in an activity to drag them down the hall to the next room seems so unnecessary and disruptive. You never get a chance to settle in and its exhausting to have to explain the change every 1/2 hour to kids who just want to play. Also the staff supervising the bounce room is awful, two late teen guys who have zero ability to interact with kids, rough and abrasive to say the least. We will be having a birthday party there but after that I will not be returning. Instead Ill continue going to Sports Connection for indoor bounce house fun.
