Very disappointed, tables were damaged. looked like they had all been beat with a hammer. when I set up for the rental, I asked for them to be delivered and picked up. I was told it would be no problem. however, according to the contract I had to pick up and return the tables. I will never use this company again.

Smooth transaction from pick up to return. Guys are cool and get you in and out. Will def rent from them again.

To be a potential first time customer, my experience with a representative from this company was unprofessional and rude and it was only through email. She didn’t seem to comprehend my quote request accurately, the tone of her email was unprofessional. Clearly communication is an issue with this company, I’m sure they get a lot of business, but they will not be getting mines.

I love these people 🤩 lol. Its affordable and Everytime I rent from them its always Smooth🤍 My only thing is that they moved a little further from me, BUT its cool for now lol. Party Reflections is thee place for ALL YOUR PARTY NEEDS!! Except decorations lol. Enjoy.

A nice place to pick out event rentals!

I had a small event totaling 50 people. Party Reflections sent me an invoice that had $730 in DELIVERY fees for: Chargers, plates, glasses, flatware, linens, and 50 chairs - and the venue was LESS than 15 minutes from their building. Not sure about you - but that is absolutely RIDICULOUS. We went with another company who only charged me $100 pickup AND delivery. Party reflections has some nice stuff and their store is neat and organized but their delivery fees are outrageous!

Rented tables and chairs here for my daughters 1st birthday. Both were reasonably priced and decent time rental.

Ordered equipment for an event and Party Reflections was amazing to work with. Theyre very organized and professional, not to mention very easy to work with. Everything was handled online and I picked up the equipment, they loaded it in my car and everything was so smooth! Highly recommend them for events!

I used Party Reflections for tents, picnic tables, and chairs for an outdoor wedding. My coordinator, Greta was spectacular, organized, and accommodating throughout the whole process. The guys that did the set up did an amazing job- worked for four hours, and put up with my OCD with tent placement. The guys that came to pick up a terrific job as well. You want to talk about a company that doesnt care about its neighborhood. They literally terrorize the people of Chipley Ave. They drive their huge trucks up and down the little street all day speeding. 45-50 mph as they barrel to monroe just so they dont have to go to the stoplight. Its shameful, dangerous and irresponsible. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY until they learn to respect the neighborhoods.

I have used Party Reflections every year for the past four years. The first year I had a Christmas cocktail party at my home and I needed tables, table clothes and chaffing dishes. I walked into their showroom on Monroe Road and they assisted me in getting exactly what I was looking for. A week later I did a sit down dinner for 12 people in my home and I needed a larger table and I was able to get the tables, table clothes, charger plates, plates, flatware, chairs and cushions to make the event extra special.The past 3 years I have rented the tables and table clothes and chaffing dishes as well as a coffee maker for mulled cider for my cocktail parties. This year in addition to all of the usual items that I needed, I also rented a 10X10 size tent with sidewalls. I have a 12X12 deck with hand rails off the back of my house and they were able to set up the 10X10 tent in the space, butt it up directly against the back side of my house and strap it to the deck handrails without any problem. Having the tent gave me the ability to have an additional 100 square feet of enclosed heated space for over flow for my cocktail party and it worked perfectly! The gentlemen that came and set up the tent were all very professional. Given the limited amount of space that they had to work with, they all took great care in not only setting up the tent, but also being careful with my property.Everyone that I’ve ever spoken with or communicated with at Party Reflections has always been very professional and has always responded to me and me needs in a very timely manner. This year because I wasn’t originally planning on renting a tent as well as several additional items, I had to contact Faron Brazis multiple times. Faron was always quick to respond to every one of my emails or phone calls, if she was with another customer when I called. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.Every time I’ve ever rented from Party Reflections, my order is always exactly as it should be and every thing I’ve ever rented is always in excellent condition. It is for all of these reasons that I will continue to rent from Party Reflections whenever I have a function and I don’t have everything I need and I want it to be special.
