I booked a bounce house/water slide combination, received a reservation confirmation email and within a few minutes got a phone call asking if I could change to a different option since what I had attempted to reserve was already booked. I accepted the change and was told that I would receive a call a few days before my scheduled date with a time that the bounce house/slide would be dropped off. The person that called me was very friendly and seemed very accommodating. I then proceeded to plan my daughters birthday party based on the email confirmation and phone conversation I had for my reservation. The day before the bounce house was supposed to be delivered for setup, I still had not heard from anyone with a time to expect them to be at my house. I attempted to call the phone number listed on the website and in my confirmation email and the number does not have a voicemail set up to leave a message. I made an inquiry on the website about my reservation and rather than anyone calling me to discuss, I only received correspondence back through email. Long story short, regardless of the phone call and the confirmation email I received for my reservation, the company did not add me to their schedule and I am finding out about the lack of availability 2 days prior to my daughters birthday party. No attempt was made to try to accommodate my reservation that I had. The person responding simply gave multiple excuses as to why my reservation was not booked. I was told he works 2 jobs and blah blah blah....TERRIBLE customer service and experience. I WILL not ever recommend or attempt to reserve anything from this company in the future. I now have to break my daughters heart and scramble to find alternate party options at the last minute. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I booked ABS inflatables for a Luau party I had on 8/1/20. Travon and his crew were very professional, kind, and reliable. They delivered on time and everything was to our liking and standards. The Bounce house was a HIT! The older kids and adults enjoyed it very much! The pool at the bottom kept everybody cool, and the bounce house with basketball entertained the younger group. We will definitely use them again! If u are looking for a reasonable, reliable team, with bounce houses....shop with ABS inflatables you wont be disappointed.

We really enjoyed the slide the guy came out & set it up was very kind hearted and explained everything to me I recommend this to everyone that what to have fun bouncing playing basketball inside the bounce part & won’t to get wet!!!
