Great people and service. Rodney got me right in diagnosed problems with Apu ordered parts and fixed the next day.

The guys were fast and efficient and got me in after closing. There was a miscommunication and they rolled with it. This is the place to be for quick and friendly service done right.

This place is the best Carriers Ive found yet. From the top down all the employees are respectful, friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment they work on. Came in for PM service on my APU. I was quoted a bit more ($300 +tax) than other places (as low as $150 +tax) but decided to come anyways since I was near them. The mechanic new what he was doing and worked on my truck as soon as I got there although I had no appointment. They only get 4 stars because the air filter wasnt in stock and therefore not replaced and it was written up on my sheet that all filters were replaced and I wasnt even given a small credit for it. They ended up charging me a total of $461.60, since they replaced the belts for being a bit loose and replaced the oil pressure sensor. I was there for a total of 1.5-2 hours. A bit pricey but happy overall.

Good people just watch when going to the place my gps didnt get me right to there facility after you pass the 7 eleven in a curve theres a road to the left there on that road you can see there sign, from the other road, after the left about quarter mile down there on the left.

These guys do really good work ...had a new starter put on and a PM done and no complaints

I had made a mistake in not checking my fuel level on the reefer and run out of fuel. After getting it fueled up, the unit would not start. So, I called these guys and Rodney at the service desk coached thru priming and bleeding out the system. My reefer started running again I was able deliver the load on time. I really appreciated Rodneys help.Thank you a million.

Had reefer with frozen food, breakdown Sunday noon time.Guy was in the workshop and started working with my unit immediately and got it fixed fast, before my temperature sensitive load started go bad.

Called an hour ahead with a reefer issue. They had a service bay waiting for me. They they listened intently to my complaint and had me running in no time. Service manager Dave was great!

They fixed my trailer in a reasonable amount of time. Only complaint is the guy I talked to was a little rude at first. When I started talking to him he started shaking his head no before I finished my sentence. I hate that rude shizz

Very unprofessional and rude the guy said right off back he was like 3 to 5 days for repair and I left my reefer for 5 days and I call and ask if it was ready he said maybe but can’t promise anything so I said I’ll give u to this afternoon and if not ready I’ll go get my reefer and he said come get it now don’t waste your time going there,they are very unprofessional .go to Bsi in Monroe very good they are 24 hrAnd price is really good

Just stop by to buy a part but I had to give it 3 star because the dirt yard and it was raining so I had to deal with the messy yard.

Took my truck in because my apu was not turning on when set on comfort monitor, which maintains a set set tempersture and automatically the apu turns on and off to stay at temp. Well, they couldnt figure out the problem. They went as far as replacing the temp control unit with no success. After a few hours of pocking around with the control they decided to put my old one back and let me go without a bill. They never took a look at the apu itself, just the contoller. Gave them 2 stars because I wasnt charged.

If i could give 0 star I would have terrible customer service the manager had an attitude so im going to Thermo king which 3 miles

Over charge for two hours Charge me $335 my reefer is doing same thing no thing different he said he did add seven bound the refill for coolant more but I don’t see nothing different I have to go back on 12/23/18 I called For road Service technician told me come to the shop and is still charging me for road service this company it’s unbelievable still in money I hope I never doesn’t have to go back in again 1 wire 30 minutes of work $518 stupid company

Beware!! Labor Ready daily maintenance crew I guess.. They spill 50$ worth of fuel, cut a brand new belt, didnt have the basic tools to begin the job, billed me 140$ to leave FAR worse than when I pulled on to their abandoned loiking lot. :/ Beware!!

The best advice if they come to buy the part just to change the small alternator belt they nailed me 185.00 dollars so better avoid it is an armed robbery
