Super elegante and clean. The staff were nice, friendly, and did great work. Really nice for my group to be able to sit next to each other at the bar while our nails get done.

Sassy is my favorite nail salon in Charlotte. I’ve been coming here for the past five years (maybe longer). They do excellent work and I’ve never walked out feeling dissatisfied. The salon is super clean and welcoming. All of the employees are friendly and it’s easy to see that they care about providing a good service for their clients. I’ve never had a bad gel manicure here! I will be a Sassy customer as long as I’m in Charlotte :)

Nail tech was not friendly. Services took well over 3 hours! Pedicure was great but for some reason she didnt wrap my toes before polishing? The big toe polished smudged 2xs because my toe touched. After the polish smudged for the second time. I got angry made her stop what she was doing to wrap my toe repaint it. Acrylic nails front are great the back of nails are bulky. My eyebrows I am truly the most angry about!! I have a burn marks over my left eye! I posted a picture! I have multiple trips planned and I have clear and visible burn marks on my face!

Called in. Was told they do not take appointments on Sunday but the wait was about ten minutes. I drove over (took me about 20 minutes) and the wait was then 40 minutes. That’s fine they can’t control walk-ins. I waited an hour and 20 minutes with still no service. At least be realistic with your wait times and I wouldn’t have sat there for that long. First time customer with a poor experience. I’ll stick to somewhere that values my time.

I’ve been here once, my experience was very transactional, and the for the price this place charges I would not recommend it. I got a gel manicure yesterday and my nails already look like they are grown out because the person didn’t paint all the way down. One of my thumb nails is extremely bumpy and uneven. Total waste of money

Not too thrilled with my nails. It took 2 hours and they were very rough on my cucicles. I asked for a French manicure with SNS with pink glitter tips. The tech told me she picked a color to match the glitter and I told her I just wanted the french manicure with the pink glitter tips. They are uneven and it cost extra to get the glitter. I usually dont complain, but it took way too long and was more expensive than other salons, even though a friend recommended this place.

Love my nails, I did the SNS and they feel light as a feather on my nails, not bulky and thick. The shape is right for the first time, other places have never gotten it right. Worth the price. Will def come back!

Very unprofessional on the telephone. There’s no need to be nasty if your having a bad day let someone else answer the telephone, your not gonna lose anything because you’re being nice to someone you will actually gain more in life.

Visited twice and had to be convinced the second time. Poor quality, don’t listen, over priced. Horrible experience two times over 6 months. I don’t usually leave reviews but as someone who has their nails done once every 2-3 weeks, I would absolutely not recommend.

I’ve been going to Sassy Nails for over a year. I’ve tried to stay loyal but lately the quality is extremely lacking. I just can’t justify ever going back when every second manicure I get there is horrible. Used to be the spot, not anymore.

The hostess is super friendly and helpful. My nail tech did a great job and my nails. I will definitely be going back. They took their time. The guy who did my pedicure was very thorough and sweet. The place was very clean. I heard them offer drinks to other customers however I was never offered a drink of any sort. Overall, i would definitely go back

Worst nail experience I have ever had. After almost 2 hours, the nail tech left my finger bruised and bleeding from over filing the edge, my acrylic set is bulky and thick. The price was ridiculous! Never returning.

Wouldn’t go back. Was $90 for a basic pedicure and sns nails. Broke the day after. Asked for square and they had a terrible shape and ended up to short and a bit lumpy.

Best SNS manicure I have ever had -- Especially when you get to see Win!

The staff was very welcoming, the pedicure was great however my only issue was with my manicure and the discoloration of the polish. My nails were painted a bubble gum pink and then the next day faded to this cream color w/ light pink streaks. Very strange, maybe the gel polish was old? I will give them another try before finding a new salon.

My wife came in. The leg massage was minimal. The colors are great. The nail job was good. It was horribley stuffy inside. The seating is minimal. Parking is horrible and dangerous. It sits on the edge of a highway with no sidewalk. A small place with nothing to entertain waiting guest and no one offered anybody any kind of water! It didnt seem like there was a bathroom either.

Just went in for a French gel manicure and my nails look amazing!!! May did a great job. Best manicure I have ever had. She took her time and really made sure my nails were in great shape. She is so precise and very talented. Thank you May!!!

First time being back to Sassy since the start of COVID and I couldnt be happier. The nail techs were safe, professional and super friendly! Ill be going back again for another gel mani/pedi with that amazing foot massage.

Not only is she naturally one of the sweetest people I have met, but she is so talented! She takes her TIME... never rushes through an appointment. She always recommends new cool trending colors or styles to try (my fave) and makes the time disappear with friendly conversation. She remembers details about my life and asks questions bc (I truly) think she cares. The salon is always very clean. The staff is so friendly and remembers my name when I come in and always chats me up for a bit. *this is a great way to make your customer feel heard and important*! I am lucky I found this salon and even luckier to have found a tech and friend in April! Highly recommend Sassy Nail Bar!

Walked in and was catered to immediately. Super fast service and good quality. Wen did a great job on my nails and my toes and i was in and out in less than an hour. Nothing out of this world but definitely great price point for a job well done!

The atmosphere at SUNRISE was so warm and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for families, business gatherings and the like. Our server, Melissa, was very courteous and she genuinely enjoyed waiting on us. I had the privilege of meeting the owner of SUNRISE, who was walking around, helping to serve the customers as well. One more thing, there were a variety of food choices on the menu. I ❤ THIS PLACE!

Ive been going here for almost 4 years and it is by far the best nail salon Ive gone to in Charlotte. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. My nails also last significantly longer here than any other salon Ive been to. I will be a Sassy girl forever. :)

Came here on a whim when in town for a friend reunion. They were very kind, clean and stylish, very reasonably priced, and our nails look awesome!

Ive patronized this business for years. Its the only place I will get my nails done. Everyone is friendly and Im always pleased with my services. I get SNS now but have had gel and regular polish in the past.

It was ok. The people there are really friendly and nice its gorg inside but there was a ton of stuff left on my nails afterward and my nails are flatter than I would like as well as the shaping of my thumb is off. My pedicure however is good. A little higher than average but if I needed my nails done in a clutch Id go but make sure you speak up if something isnt to your liking

Overall 5 stars!! Got my nails done here almost 3 weeks ago (gel manicure) and they are all still in tact looking good. I have never had them last this long. Also love the mini massage they give with a complimentary glass of champagne 🥂

Great nail bar but usually busy in the evenings. I would try to make an appointment if possible to prevent having to wait too long. They also have complimentary wine to help you relax! They have a ton of gel and regular polish colors as well. If youre a consistent client, you get $10 off after a certain number of visits.

The absolutely best nail salon Ive ever been too. My gel manicure lasted two weeks. The environment is very chic. And free drinks! The best service and the technicians are skilled and super friendly.

Worst customer service. I was told I would have a 30 minute wait, which was fine. I waited and picked out my color. Then after 30 minutes they said they were ready for me. They asked me to sit down and I sat there for 15 minutes while new customers who came in after me were taken care of. No one came up to me or said anything. I finally decided to walk out due to poor service. How do you let a customer Sit in a chair and service other customers while you’ve been waiting. Also, they don’t do appointments on Sundays so the customers that were serviced that had come in after me did not have one.

I dont like to write bad reviews but the lady hurt me soooo many times! Its also pretty pricey. They charge extra depending what type of shape nail you want and extra for the length.

Honestly, the worst experience I have had at a nail salon. There are far too many other places in the area that have equal or better pricing and much better quality. Maybe it was just my technician but, I paid extra for the pedicure with the longer massage only to have to endure her pretty painful excuse for one.

Sassy Nail bar does the best SNS in Charlotte. I only get my nails done here. Ive been to many different nail salons in Charlotte and Fort Mill and not one of them compares to the consistent quality of Sassy Nail Bar. Nitt and Win K are my two favorites.

We came in with an appointment and sat in a chair for 15 minutes past our apt time while other women came in and were serviced from the minute they arrived and were offered beverages. Our nail tech was kind, professional, and accommodating which is why we stayed, but the atmosphere made us uncomfortable and we were ready to leave. Its a small space and nicely decorated, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

The location has a lovely, mod interior and all the ladies are sweet, good at what they do and easy to communicate with.

Nail artists who work hard! love the atmosphere here too and the fact that it doesnt feel so stuffy like many other spots. My pedicure was really relaxing i love the part where they massage your calves!

I can see why a lot of people like this nail salon, but my experience was not good. My friend and I both had manicures, and she enjoyed her experience (although her nails smudged despite our best efforts and a long time spent under the dryer), but the technician who did my manicure (one of the owners) was absolutely brutal.After she pushed back and clipped the cuticles on one hand, I asked her to be more gentle because I was uncomfortable. She apologized...and then did the same thing on the other hand! I am pretty sure I wasnt overly sensitive - since two of my fingers were bleeding when she finished. I dont know if shes just not very good at manicures or if she was distracted by trying to greet people as they entered the salon, but either way, it was a very unpleasant experience. Nice atmosphere and free drinks are the only good things about this place. Went about a week ago to get a full set of the SNS dip nails done. Staff was rude and not friendly at all. Told the technician I wanted them shaped short and square, and even after attempting to correct her multiple times I left with oval shaped nails. One nail I specifically asked her to file it straighter because it was too round, and she filed the corners to round them more! Stopped by today to get one nail repaired that already popped off, and was told it would be an hour wait. I understand if youre busy, but a nail repair takes 5 minutes tops. Left without a repair and will not return.

Love them always! Nails always last longer from there.

Really nice, pretty clean, very quick. they did reuse some buffing blocks and files, unlike the website says, its not all compleatly sterile. DO NOT let them give you any massage, especially your back, you will wake up in pain the next morning, and also if you are a guy i would go to a different shop, they dont really want to do your nails and they are going to reuse old dirty equipment and not give you a polish choice and you might have to wait longer because the men that work their will not touch another man. so a little whack but if you need a real quick walk in mani youll probably leave happy .

The services were good once rendered. We made appointments but waited 45 minutes for the pedicure to begin. This made us miss another appointment we had scheduled. This was a huge hassle as it was a wedding weekend and everything was scheduled out.*** I contacted the business and informed them of the inconvenience they caused us. They apologized and gave us a monetary credit for the next service at the salon. I feel like they did their best to correct the issue.

Was a really good experience... got an appt lastminute. .booked with my bf. We got manicures and pedicures. They have a bar area thats really nice. They really give you good massages. And even tho they were super busy. I never felt that I was rushed. I get gel manicures every two weeks and was visiting charlotte... definitely wish it was around Cleveland..

My gel polish peeled off in a week. They dont use clean the drills after each client. I had to ask for a clean filer & buffer and they got upset for opening new stuff.

Got a fill in and pedicure, the pedicure was awesome but my fill in was a joke nails not filed evenly and gel polish looks lumpy oh and they charge u to file your nails down!!! Like after 2 weeks of the growing yes I want them filed down bc they have grown but its a charge! I will not be back deft now worth the price I paid today!

Honestly, the worst experience I have had in a nail salon. My nails didn’t even turn out that great, I paid extra for the length and the shape, the lady cut my finger, my nails look crooked, I can’t believe me and my cousin we paid $84 for this.

I have been to numerous nail salons in the Southpark, NoDa and Dilworth area but this is now my go to place. The environment is relaxing and welcoming. And after only going about 3 times they already remembered my name. It doesnt matter which technician you are with their work is exceptional.

I had SNS done and the whole set was rushed. The technician was filing my nails very hard one of my fingers feels like sore. I told her after she filed my nails there was some SNS stuck between my nail and my skin on finger. She ignored me and kept working. She seemed annoyed that I said anything to her. After she was done, she cleaned up, waited for my nails to dry then said “Oh I need to file some more”. I told her no and didn’t give a tip. I can tell they don’t really care about the health of your nails. I won’t return, i went because they have 4 stars hoping for a good experience but this is like my 3 time going in last 2 years and it’s not worth it at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

I went here about 3 weeks ago and was charged 65$ for SNS nails. Told it would be $85 if i wanted a manicure too. It was ombre colors so I knew it would be little more expensive, but not that much. Just went somewhere else to have my nails done with SNS, and the tech told me I had gel as the base color and SNS as the top. Which is never what I asked or agreed to. Ill never go here again. So disappointed.

The wait was long and the service was mediocre. I was way over charged nickel and dimed for every little thing. Total price $110 for a spa pedicure and reshape rebase/fill in.

Service was horrible. Pedicure was rushed. My nail polish on my toes came off in 3 days. The lady doing my pedicure kept looking around and not paying attention to my toes. She even left the mask on my legs, so when I got home my legs were sticky. Highly not recommended.

This place is usually good....not today. I did not even get offered a drink, not once the whole time I was there for a pedi and a mani. They had me keep my feet a super wet towel (ie cold and uncomfortable) while they painted my toe nails. And the paraffin dip was only on the very bottom of my foot.....usually they put enough in the bag to cover your foot. Definitely a disappointment for the price. She also rushed me to pay once she was done painting my toes, not even offering me to dry them - so unusual.

Never have a great experience here. Its close to my office, so I keep trying, but always leave wishing I hadnt given them another chance. My cuticles are always bleeding afterwards and what they charge is inconsistent. The wait is always extremely long as well.

Was a wonderful place to go! Took in a large bridal party on short notice for manis/pedis. Called in extra staff so each girl was being done at the same time (we had 11)! Techs were sweet, easy going, place is sooo clean and nice! I would definitely recommend this place!
