I don’t do many reviews, but the lord insisted that I do this one for the people.It says one love services. Love? No…Services? Barely.I had the a COVID 19 test conducted on 10septFriday at 1030am. I Called Saturday for results and they were closed. Understandable. I called Monday and it took forever for a rude customer service rep/Person who answers the phone in this case, and informed me that it could be Wed or Thur to get my results for the test. I told her that I thought that seemed way past the 24-48 hours I was told prior to the test. They were snappy and angry, I think because I called and they had to do their job. I called today 14sept at 3pm and no answer. I call continuously until 450pm at which a lady answered and gave me my negative result after taking her 5 mins to ask me a few questions. They were suppose to text as soon as the results were available. I think it’s just some amateur company trying to get rich off of these COVID 19 tests and they are barely qualified to tie their own shoes. I understand patience but this was to another degree. Like having constantly repeat info. I was loud and clear. Just things didn’t go smooth from the start of the test and they took forever in ever aspect. I would never recommend ONE LoVe for anything….especially a COVID 19 test. 2/10

This help center has been a lifeline for me. I was unexpectedly displaced and became homeless. The saying goes that many people in this country are one paycheck away from being homeless. Well, that one paycheck was missing and here I was; homeless and in a mental and emotional state of shock. I was at a park in Charlotte where homeless people go to try to get a meal for the day. Staff members from this center were there that day passing out flyers about the services this center provides to help people in a crisis. I was given an intake appointment and linked up with a Counselor who guided me through the different resources available for helping a person get back on their feet again. Today I am homeless no more and will soon be returning back to work. I recommend this service to anyone who finds themselves in a crisis. Making that call is the first step, the staff will help you through the rest. Thank you to all of the staff at ONE LOVE SERVICES, thank you!
