Aaron is the absolute BEST!!!!!!!!Upon entering he greeted me warmly!Although he was very busy he didn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing to assist me!

I needed a printer quickly and it seemed like the only place to get it was a mail order. I’m all about shopping local and i stopped by to see if the online inventory was accurate.Amazingly at this Office Depot, I was able to get fantastic service and get a lot of helpful information in the process.The manager there, Ray does a GREAT job and is knowledgeable both about Office Depot and the products they sell. Office Depot is a fantastic place for ink and toner cartridges, computer accessories, and even other peripherals and office equipment. Their regular WEEKLY paper deals and tech deals are worth looking at before you buy elsewhere.

I took my laptop into store #41 on South Blvd in Charlotte, NC. I had a potential scammer remote into my laptop to perform services when I originally contacted Garmin for device support. Ray B ran some tests on computer and fortunately no virus or other malware was found. I feel so much better that my computer was not compromised. Office Depot has a repeat customer for all my future computer services. Never trust online remote support, there are scammers out there that appear legitimate!

Guy told me I could get a great deal on an open box printer. Still has manufacturers warranty and all the parts. Paid for the printer. It worked for about 3 months. The printer did not have a warranty because it was a demo. Epson said office depot should have never sold me a demo they are not for sale. I spoke with management and they refuse to return it past the 90 days. I will be happy to remove this post when they justify the situation.

So apparently you have to pay an additional $3 just to have them print something off. That makes absolutely no sense! Today was my LAST day doing business with this establishment!

Customer service has dropped off significantly as of late. I am officially done with this location.

My office recently bought all of our new supplies from here and the process was so easy. reasonably priced and easy to deal with.

Chaince is the most pleasing worker there. She is willing to go far and beyond to make sure you are square away with any prints you may have. Always has a smile always has a great attitude.

Office depot was awesome! Young lady that helped me print & fax my final mortgage documents, she was the sweetest. So glad I didnt go to FedEx. Highly recommend this Office Depot!

Rude staff. They told me there was a $3 minimum charge for printing which I never experienced at the location near my home and then the manager proceeded to lecture me about how they were “not on task” and he would speak to them about that. It’s not my problem what they do or don’t do. I’m just trying to print some papers. I walked out and went to staples because your manager can’t kee his mouth shut

Normally great service, especially with the mail counter.However, I showed up this morning to pick up a delivery and called to check they were open (they said they were opening at 10) the associate who was in the store refused to let me know and slammed the door in my face. Did not even give me time to discuss.

They just literally handed me a copy all I needed to do was sign it an have it signed. Guess what I WAS ASKED TO GET BACK IN LINE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!

I am a big fan of this Office Depot. Not only is it super convenient to get to, but the employees are very nice and the printing department is excellent!! I had a complicated print job (lots of tiny orders that I submitted online), and they handled it like champs!! Will be using and recommending this Office Depot again. :)

I ordered some items online to be picked up at the store at 11:24am. I didnt see their request to give them an hour to process online orders and arrived at 12:05pm. My order was ready and a very friendly/professional employee brought it out to my car for me. Its hard to find great customer service so I had to take time to give them a good review! Thanks :)

Great place to get your computer repair, good customer service only one guy had a smart mouth with the a customers, a black guy not friendly at all always having ear plugs in his ear like he doesnt see you, example one lady said I have a couple of pages to faxes how much would it cost, his response its your money that was so not not good customer service instead of saying it might cost a little more money the more pages you have to faxed, but everyone else is nice and respectful and I am a black woman I just enjoy good & respectful customer service no matter where I go, including myself it cost nothing to smile and be polite in respectful when working with the public, old saying gos you catch more 🐝 with honey 😉😊

I needed a large picture printed on plain computer paper. One printer printed on plain paper but was poor quality, the other was good quality but had a higher grade paper. I asked the manager if it was possible to switch the papers so I could have a better print on lower quality paper (needed cheaper paper for a project I was doing). She told me she could do it but it was a process. My wife and I could not believe what we were hearing. I can do that but it will take to long so Im not going to.Not wanting to believe what I heard, I asked if she would switch the paper for the print. The manager confirmed what I thought we heard. She explained that she could do it but it would take too long this evening and we close in 15 minutes.My wife and I took our business to Fedex where they did exactly what we needed for $15 less.

Theyll take your number promise a call back and NEVER follow through! Ill never do any business here again

I went looking for a Case It brand zip up notebook for my daughter and asked an associate if they had them and they did as well as Meade and Oxford brands.

Helpful staff, but unfortunately no much in stock. Dim lighting also creates a depressing environment.

Rude and clueless person at register more concerned about her nails vs. Customer service. Called over manager and she thought it was funny that I was complaining about her customer care and rudeness. Walked out and gave my business to another store down the street!

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the gentleman who is behind the copy station is rude and not interstead in helping the clients.

Theres a wait for service sometimes but the employees are always friendly and helpful

Was trying to buy an office desk--big purchase, and as I have set up through my bank, they called to confirm the large purchase with me via a phone call. My phone died during the conversation so I couldnt complete the confirmation to open my card back up for purchases. I asked the cashier if I could borrow a charger (from employee perhaps, its an iPhone so its not uncommon for people to have them laying around), and she went and asked another person, who came back with her and told me they couldnt charge my phone, but that I could buy a charger from them. I explained I cant buy anything because my card is locked down until I confirm with my bank that no fraudulent activity is occurring. Both employees looked at me like I was speaking French, offered no help, and just stared at me with blank expressions until I left without purchasing and yall lost a $400 purchase.Only one guy (the guy who helped load the furniture all the way to the car) was helpful and attentive. The woman, and young guy with beard were morons.

No customer service. No products. Nothing. I walked into this store two days in a row and stood around for 20minutes waiting for help and nobody was available. The store was basically empty. Deserted.

Everytime I go to print or make some copies there is only one person working. This location has to hire more people. She couldnt help me and I had to wait more than 30 min for 10 copies.
