Amazing class and instructor! The dispatching class I took with Courtney was by far one of the best classes Ive attended. Not only was she extremely informative, but she also provided us with gems to help us propel our business to the next level. I enjoyed how straightforward this class was! Coming from a background outside of the trucking industry, Courtney did a wonderful job at acclimating the class with the verbiage needed to start cold calling and understanding the role of a freight broker. In addition several resources were provided to start this journey. By the time I left this 2 day class, I had a company email, fax and phone number and not to mention a forever mentor to assist me. Courtney kept it real with us, enforcing the fact that the work has to be put in to gain the benefits. A wealth of knowledge was gained in 2 days!
