They did a great job and had my outside furniture put up in hours.

My parents ordered me a bedroom set from Big Lots and called to have it delivered to me. The lady they spoke to was so professional and helpful. I received my things so promptly and the guys who delivered were super friendly. I am loving my new bedroom set and can not wait until I get my tv stand. I will definitely be calling this company again. Love them!

The customer service was amazing!I recently requested a same day delivery from this company for a couch and loveseat, after making the same request with other moving companies in my area ( who btw rejected my request and kept trying to reschedule me for a weekday while I was at work). Not only were they able to accommodate my request but they also had friendly staff who followed up with me throughout the process. I was able to call and get an ETA of the movers and they even called me 30 minutes before getting to my home. Though the prices were a bit more than I anticipated, the ease of getting my furniture to my home without damage was well worth it!

They recently picked up furniture bought at a store and delivered to my daughters home and assembled as well. They were totally professional and kind! I felt like the rates were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them for furniture delivery, pickup or assembly.

These guys are the best!!! I had the BEST experience I’ve ever had with any furniture delivery company. Great personalities, very quick and so efficient! I left a message and the call was returned in fifteen minutes or less and the furniture was delivered on the same day! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!! They are amazing!

The company which usually does not deliver on Sunday made a decision to do so because of sales and high demand. Cheryl assisted me over the phone and was very helpful. I do believe the delivery men were Shelton ( hope I spelled it right) and Keith. They were very cordial and pleasant and set up our living room set with ease and were careful not to scuff the floors! I used their service to assemble a bunk bed bought from amazon. Couple of guys came in to assemble and they did a FANTASTIC JOB ! Very impressed with their diligence. They were very polite and patient throughout the work.

When I first spoke to the owner he was very polite and courteous. He gave me a date and open day slot between 10-5 we exchanged several text everything was fine. The day of delivery I received a early morning reminder text which told me as the previous one that they would call AND text one hour before delivery and a reminder of open slot 10-5.4:45pm comes I hear nothing from them. I send a text I get no response. 5:00 I call the owner is unavailable and a woman Sheryl tells me the guys are 5 mins away from the store they were supposed to pick up from. I explain to her this is unprofessional she says me they have had things happen throughout the day and she is getting ready to call everyone to let them know packages will be late. Its already 5:00 that call should have been made hours ago. I ask her about a discount she said they will take $10 off and they are on the way. 6:45pm comes still nothing. I call the store they said the guys came to pick it up. I call back to the owner Sheryl answers again and tells me they are 20 mins away and she is surprised no one has called me. I am not surprised bc I have not had any communication other than what I have initiated. The guys came at 7:00pm they were very nice and polite but because of the lack of communication and understanding from management also the fact that I waited ALL DAY and took a day off work! I have to give them a 2. The only reason they get that is because the delivery guys were polite!

Great service on time and took care of putting it together and making sure that it was done right and all moving part working they as they should. Also clean up and took all the boxes and trash away with them.

If I can give them no star I would this is the the WORSE delivery Ever first they come in my house looking around then they bump in to my walls and scratching my new furniture they were rude and and when one of them walked out my carelessly step out my glass door frame breaking it I called over two weeks ago tell them they scratch up my furniture then Sherold Kept telling me she “talk to the boss but I don’t know what you want me to do “ umm refund some money horrible never have them delivered to you you will regret it

Let me just say, it dont get ANY BETTER THAN EASY FURNITURE DELIVERY! My couch was damaged upon arrival & Miguel IMMEDIATELY took care of it. 👏 I called the store in Matthews & told my concerns & they assured me it would be taken care of asap & I could keep couch untill replacement was available. Well about 1vhour after that call, Miguel called me personally & let me know that Bill, shout out 2 Bill also great customer service at Big Lots in Matthews, had called & had replacement at another store & Miguel would be bringing layer TODAY & he would call when on his way! 😲👏😎 A couple of hours later, Miguel called & couch delivered & fine. I can not STRESSS THE QUALITY & PROFESSIONALISM & CARE OF EASY FURNITURE DELIVERY! From the heart, sincere, great company & Miguel is on point for sure! 👏 I now have a great company to refer & a date with Easy Furniture Delivery in about 8mths for my move into house.
