Easy in and out delivery.Warehouse in a industrial park should be able to park near the building after hours. Check with the company though.

Horrible Delivery and Installation1. They left the hardware out of the five piece shelf and it fell to the floor. 2. Installed the shelves 1 inch apart smh.3. Didn’t install the rear hang squarely. 4. Scuffed my new paint and left finger prints.

I got a notice on my Amazon account that my package was refused and to expect a refund in 2-3 days. Delivery isnt supposed to be until next Friday (7 days from now!) My husband was home all day with sick kids. He has not left the house in 72 hours. How did they attempt delivery today if Boone was even at out door?!?

Avoid using them if you have a choice. First, they did not deliver within the given time window originally scheduled. Our delivery was supposed to show up between 4pm-6pm, and they called me around 12:30pm and said they were 10 minutes away. I was home anyways, so it was fine, but had I not been home at the time, as I had not expected the delivery so early, it would have been very frustrating. The delivery team then broke a window when delivering my furniture. I get it, accidents happen, and we didnt make a big deal about it, thinking that surely the company would quickly fix the window and it would be fine. Rather than quickly rectifying the situation, however, we didnt get a call about the broken window. I had to initiate the call to get it fixed. Then Fidelitone told me that I needed to go get estimates to repair the damage myself and send them in. I would have been happy to let them schedule someone to come out, and for them to directly pay the company fixing it, so getting estimates myself was frustrating thing number 2. I did, though, and sent those in as requested. I was then told that I would receive a phone call in 3 weeks, and would need to work directly with the company that Fidelitone had contracted with to do the delivery in order to get the repair completed. In my experience, if a company hires a contractor, they are responsible for rectifying any situation that comes of it. They dont tell the customer to deal with it themselves. Awful service. Do not recommend.

My issues with Fidelitone go on and on.I previously ordered a customized couch from Arhaus, which was planned to be delivered via Fidelitone.In total it required 4 attempts, 10 employees and almost 3 months of failed and damaged attempts to receive my couch.Throughout the entire process it was nearly impossible to get in touch with a manager or someone of position at the company. During delivery the drivers were never on time by hour or day; nor did they ever send enough movers. In addition, my couch was damaged upon delivery as well as during the act of delivery.My experience with Fidelitone was substandard and I will refuse to purchase any furniture from a store that uses them as a form of delivery services.

Great company great customer service had a problem with a driver and road rage and they went above and beyond plus some to address my concerns. I will tell everyone i know to do business with this company

Worse delivery ever. 4 different reschedules due to not havingall the parts. Between OctoberAnd December never got my merchandise finally just got a refund.
