BE CAREFUL! THIS COMPANY IS A TRASH! DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THEM, ESPECIALLY WITH JOHN STOREY OR YOU WILL REGRET BIG TIME! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING PERSON IN MY WHOLE LIFE. HE WILL NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE ONCE THE LOAD IS BOOKED AND WILL NOT HELP YOU IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG ON THE LOAD AND WILL NOT PAY FOR DETENTIONS AND LAYOVERS. THIS KIND OF PEOPLE SHOUD NOT BE WORKING IN THIS INDUSTRY.

First time booking a load with Aegis Logistics Group and the process was very smooth. Michael stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process.

Booked a load with Michael we drove 4 hours to find out load won’t fit and we double checked with him he said it would. Then promises us a truck order not used for 250$ and now is ignoring my emails and phone calls.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM I WILL REACH OUT TO THEIR CUSTOMER NOW AND FORWARD ALL EMAILS.

Michael Glandon & John Storey Very unprofessional gentlemen to work with. Once booked under a shipment they will ignore all request. Paid a lumper out of our pocket which is stated on the rate confirmation that carrier is not responsible for any unloading charges which they are refusing to reimburse. Driver sat at the shipper for over 6 hours and not willing to pay any detention. Email Screenshots attached.

These guys are Honest. Had to wait a little but they do take care of you afterwards. Not to shabby at all :) We had small issue but was well taken care of.
