Weed Man has done a good job for several years. My lawn remains green and healthy.

I have been using Weed Man since the service first became available many years ago. Since then, I have not had to chase weeds all summer any longer, no grubs to eat my grass roots, and the fall aeration is terrific as my spring lawn always looks great - full, green, and weed free!

On my second season with Weedman. Yard looks great. They will come out to spray again if weeds are still around or if it rains shortly after they spray.

Im honestly writing this review because one person at the Greenville office has been outstanding (Tanya D.) the several times Ive had questions or concerns about the product I was receiving. Not sure I would have stayed with the company without her being friendly and informative.

The customer service is great! I had questions about my lawn and Diana was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!

I have been very happy with the mosquito service and highly recommend Weedman.

Ive had service with Weedman Salisbury since about March or April of 2020. Im not seeing a difference in the weed control and overall appearance of my lawn. They have been out several times for retreatments but it still looks like I dont have a professional company handling my lawn. Not sure if they dont have the chemical mixture correct or not. Bottom line I feel that the cost is not worth it when my neighbor handles his lawn himself and it looks better than mine with the same type of grass.. Will not recommend Weedmans services.

Ive been with Weed Man for many years and it seems that they get better ever year. Excellent service and always very timely. They keep me informed on when the next service is planned and then call before they arrive. Good employees that are very knowledgeable.

On June 16th I signed my mothers yard up for services. I was told they would be out within 5 days for the first service. Yesterday (June 23) I called to verify that they would be out that day to treat the lawn. I was told that they were running behind but would try to get out and if not they would be out the next day- June 24. No sign of them today so I called at 4:55 and was told they would be out tomorrow (June 25). Two days of tomorrows does not give me confidence that this company stands up to their promises. Canceled services and will go with a reputable company.

We used Weed Man at our previous home for 3+ years and it made a world of difference. We just moved in February and started our treatments in March. Not only is the product they are applying superior to that of other high volume type lawn care providers, their support/responsiveness and ease of communication is first class. For example, we are getting ready to dig up the front yard and re-plant. I sent a text to the main number to ask a technician to call me because we don’t need the front sprayed right now. Got an immediate response and a call from the technician within minutes. Adjusted my price since there’s a good bit of difference in the square footage without me having to ask for it. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anybody that’s looking for lawn care.

The employees at Weed Man care about their customers and provide exceptional service. Last year, I was using another nationally-known lawn care provider, and my lawn subsequently was significantly damaged by an application (or misapplication) of a chemical treatment. It was incredibly frustrating in trying to get that company to rectify the damage.Thereafter, a Weed Man customer referred me to Weed Man, and what a difference that made! An experienced employee was at my house the same week, and we spent about an hour just walking the yard as he inspected the damage and educated me about potential remedies. A customized plan was implemented, and the lawn grew back during the same season. We had multiple conversations during the treatments; it was a true partnership. Furthermore, if Weed Man employees were in the neighborhood treating someone elses lawn, they would stop by just to see how everything was progressing with my lawn. Everyone with whom I interacted was personable and professional. What a great team!

Great experience with Weed Man! I was previously using True Green and my yard looked terrible! Since making the swap my yard has come back to life and looking great! They always show when they say they are going to and always remember to re-lock my gate! Great company and one of the best Ive used and referred being a realtor in the Charlotte area.

Bruce came out to review the progress on our lawn and provide recommendations to address the spring weeds. He has a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge regarding the grasses in this area and he has provided us with excellent advice and suggestions. He is a great asset to the Weed Man organization.

Did the first application when spraying for weeds did not cover the hole yard still have weeds Ill do it myself.

They always let me know a day before they coming, so can leave my gate open. My lawn looks amazing from the very first application. There are no weeds and the grass is so healthy. Just think I saw one of the trucks at the gas station and got a flyer. Right place at the right time. Scott is very nice and professional, thanks a bunch.

They do a great job taking care of yard without involving me a lot. If I need assistance and have to call in they are wonderful with answering all my questions.

I called in to get a quote, and ultimately decided not to use Weed Man. However, a week or so later they set up my account anyway and scheduled me for service. When I called them, they did stop it which was good. This actually happened on two separate occasions, once just this week and once a few years ago. I hope its not being done on purpose, but do find it curious the same thing has happened twice and multiple years apart.

Words cannot express how excited we are about our lawn. At the begining of the year I was talking with a neighbor whose lawn was in impeccable condition. I asked him who took care of his lawn and he stated the Weed Man. He gave me their number and I immediately called them the next day. They scheduled a time to come out and look at my lawn and made recommendations. We could not be happier with the results of our lawn today. We highly recommend the Weed Man and will be referring other neighbors and friends to the Weed Man as well.

Dalton greeted me today in such a professional manner, explaining that he would be my service technician assigned to my property & wanted to make sure he was available to answer any questions or concerns I had regarding treatments, grass recommendations for cutting, weed control etc.... Daltons performance in this area was Outstanding to say the least...as he walked me all around the property as we conversed about thin areas, seeding, use of peat moss etc.Please thank your management on my behalf as i feel Dalton represents the quality & experience that all lawn technicians should have! I use Weedman that is located in Salisbury but my home is in Concord NC. Andrew and his team are terrific. I had Tru Green previously and all I did was fight weeds for the entire growing season. When I switched to Weedman, within a couple treatments my yard was completely different. After a couple more I was totally weed free and have been for the last 2 years. They use a great product and are very knowledgeable. Any time I have questions they are available to help me. I would recommend them to anyone. There is no other company I’d use except Weedman. My grass is the greenest and lushest yard in my neighborhood. Call Andrew and he will get you set up to be on your way to a great looking lawn.

I have been using Weed man since I moved into this home about 4 years ago. Beautiful home, horrible lawn. The results have been great! I had another lawn service at my previous home and initially started with them. But after some issues with missed tech appointments, I decided to try Weedman. The technicians are educational, friendly and professional. The text reminders before arrival are appreciated with my dog always wanting to lounge in the yard. The office staff always eager to assist with any questions. My lawn treatment today was provided by Dalton, I think that was his name. I hope I got his name correct, he was so courteous! Shout out to Danny and all the staff!

Please be careful when doing business with this company. if you request one service to just see if their service is what you need theyll continue to come out without authorization and bill you accordingly. I only saw them on one occasion yet was billed for 4 treatments including one they say happened on a day when it rained all day. Honestly I havent noticed improvement in my lawn at all. Just be careful when selecting a company for your lawn care.

I am a landscape architect and am pretty picky about the way my lawn looks. I also dont have time to do the routine feeding and weed control required to keep my Bermuda lawn maintained properly. I switched to Weed Man two months ago and the difference is astonishing. The chemicals they use seem much more powerful and effective than my previous companys product line. They have a very knowledgeable staff both in the office and in the field. The guys who come out to perform the work are VERY thorough. They understand turf grass and cater the service to fit the specific needs of your lawn. They might be a penny or two more per visit than the big nationwide company, but so worth the return value in great service and responsiveness. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WEED MAN.

My yard was stricken with weeds and bald areas for years, so bad my wife was embarrassed of it. I wasted so much money every year on weed control, seed, straw and fertilizer with zero results. Weed Man gave me the option to plug, seed and fertilize while they handled the weed control. My lawn is fully, greener, and weed free for the first time in years. I should let them plug and seed as well but as an old country boy, its hard to pay for something I can do myself but let me tell you, using Weed Man is the smartest thing I have done for my yard in a long time. I am a customer for life.

These guys are just over the top terrific. Was with other company and yard was subpar. Weedman took it to next level and set the bar. Not a weed in sight. And they show up on time every time. Book em danno.

We have had a 7 or 8 year old relationship with Weedman. Except for one brief period, we have had neighbors and just people walking by stop and comment that our lawn was beautiful--or the nicest lawn in the neighborhood! They have been wonderful partners with me in keeping, as my daughter always says, a Wisconsin lawn in North Carolina. Even more impressive, several years ago a leaking hose from their truck burned an unsightly strip about 5 feet wide down our entire lawn. Rather than denying fault, Weedman took care of our lawn free of charge for two seasons! What business does that in this age?

Our lawn was primarily weeds with very little grass growing. Ive been using Weed Man for the past 8 months and the lawn is looking great. Cant wait for the Spring to see our new lawn. Their program for lawns here around Lake Norman is really effective.

I previously had TruGreen and could not stand the service. This year I elected to try a new and not as well known company and settled on Weed Man. Thus far they have shown up on time when they said they would be there and my yard is looking better than it has in a long time. Four stars for now and we can re-evaluate at the end of the summer.

I have been using their services for 2 years. Last summer my yard had so many weeds. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This year it is worse . I have the worst looking yard on the street! I am cancelling. I can have this many weeds by doing nothing to my yard.I will say they do always call before they come which is very nice.

I have been trying to maintain my own lawn from weeds for years this year I decided to give weedman a try Hunter came out last month and I spoke with him about the process he was very knowledgeable and very friendly even the women on the phone I spoke with at first was very helpful although it was the first application and see very little difference yet because of the customer service I have received I will continue through the fall

Dont waste your money!!Have had to call to complain every month and get the crews to come back out and do the work that was written and agreed to in the contract. They were supposed to pick up sticks and leaves and get rid of them. When branches and sticks came off the trees, they either just ran them over with the mower or threw them into my maintained natural areas on my front lawn. The leaves they blew into my maintained natural areas, raised flower beds, creek beds or to my fence line. My raised flower bed at my front entrance took me two garbage bags to clean out. The drains in the creek beds are stopped up with leaves and branches and no water can flow. The leaves are blown to my fence line and are piled so high they reach the first board level. Other leaves are blown into my neighbors yard.When I called about these issues and spoke with Andrew, he advised that I complained too much, they could never make me happy and we would probably have to part ways. I just wanted them to do the normal things that they had agreed to in the contract. But he got one thing right.....we were doing to part ways!! Lot better companies out there that will do a professional job and not all the drama! Save your money on this one!

They did a wonderful job on the first 2 years of servicing, the following couple of years the service decreased in quality, what unfortunate made me cancel it. My lawn has now 3 different kind of grasses and that happaned when still being serviced by Weedman.

My yard was full of weeds before Weedman started treating my yard. They started by getting rid of the weeds and then last year I had them aerate my yard. The transformation has been amazing. Weedman has done a wonderful job. Love the customer service.

In less than 9 months of using the Weedman services my yard went from arguably the worst lawn in the neighborhood to the best! By a long stretch!

We used Weed Man for about 6 months and it was a waste of money. Our yard looks no better and in some spots looks even worse. Ive also never used a lawn company that has so many ways to upsell you. Every service Ive used in the past (2 or 3 of them), has always just had a flat rate and they just do what needs to be done to keep your yard looking nice, not Weed Man. Theyre always recommending things that can make your yard look better.To top it off they ruined our brand new Halloween inflatable. It worked flawlessly for weeks until Weed Man came to treat our yard and then all of a sudden the motor wont turn on. I called and spoke to Jason and all he did was make an excuse. Now in fairness I was not there and cannot say what did or did not happen, however the only change from Friday morning when I unplugged it for the day and Friday evening when I plugged it back in was the Weed Mans visit. So after explaining why I feel they ruined my property and my general dissatisfaction with their service I told them their service would no longer be needed and he just said okay and hung up. No apology, no attempt to salvage the relationship or to retain me as a customer.There are plenty of law services around, I would strongly recommend you chose a different one.

AWFUL!! Never again.I wish I could give ZERO stars but in order to write a review I must choose at least one star. I hired this company for weed control They came out on a day that was very rainy. I called their home office and asked if they were still coming out since it had been raining through the night and will continue to for the next couple of days. The lady said no, they will not come by because of the rain and they will call 24 hours in advance to reschedule. I was perfectly OK with that. I walked out of my house and there was a guy named Eric with his weed man truck ready to do the first treatment. I said wait, I was just told you werent treating because of the rain and he said Nope, Im treating this was very confusing to me as it was a lot of rain. Long story short he Treated so he says. I have windows all around my house and never saw him spraying, and he must have been on my property no longer than 10 minutes. I live in the country so needless to say I have a large lot. I thought he left because I never saw him. I called and spoke to him directly and asked him if he was coming back another day, he said he treated I was like no way you treated I watched PLUS it started to really DOWNPOUR ( its why I thought he left ) I have video of this event and how bad it rained. he said it was fine. I still have the same amount of weeds or worse, I have been pulling them myself ever since that day. After NUMEROUS calls they agreed to come back and re treat for free (HA) however, I asked for a different tech guy so it would not be uncomfortable for me and was told by Todd that Eric is my only choice. Wow!! so I said OK then send Eric but know I am not happy with the service and will probably continue with someone else. He said OK Ill send him. HOURS later no call no show! I called and a guy named Justin answers and says he is the manager and cancelled my order because I threatened to go with a different company. WTH? no one was ever sorry for any inconvenience, for any rude remarks by employees, they do NOT stand behind their work and Justin Manager can care less. I went online to file with the BBB and found a lot more than I thought I would find. Scary! I wish I would have seen this before. Save your money, they are not worth your time, nor aggravation.

Josh -Whether its Weedman located in Lake Norman, Salisbury or wherever it is the same company that uses the same method and products. If my lawn was what I paid for and expected I would not comment.My lawn is damn right horrible!! I am second guessing myself was it worth paying a huge amount for Fall Aeration and Fertilizer when the grass is dying and now turning brown with bald spots after reseeding failed to grow grass. I have to try to save my lawn and get it ready for Spring.

We used Weed Man for aeration and overseeding and it was a waste of the money. Strange company with terrible leadership and customer service. Looks like this company use invisible fertilizer, invisible organic stuff with visible bad result. After multiple aeration and overseeding - new grass is yellow with big empty spots and weeds.

They dont do what they say they will do. Im on Social Security and needed their help to just mow our lawn. Someone stopped by here but didnt let me know. They left a package on my gate and said, Sorry, we do not mow then proceeded to say, my yard needs total kill to start over. I was answering their add to mow front lawn for $19.99 the first time out. That was all. Im very disappointed and feel that they falsely advertise and should be turned into to the Better Business Bureau.

Our yard has never looked better! Neighbors and even the HOA have switched to Weedman USA. First rate customer service and the people that come to do the service are very professional and communicate to you perfect on your requests and how can they help you! I even asked if someone can come talk to me about a vole/mole issue on how they can treat the issue organically by having the vole/mole leave. Danny said yes this week and that they will work with me on best time that suits our schedule, not theirs. Not the normal, we can be there in 2 weeks on a Tuesday between 8am and 1pm... I give Weedman USA 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

After trying several well known lawn care companies without improvement in my lawn, I decided to call WeedMan. I spoke with a lovely representative who fully explained their services. I felt confident to move ahead & begin lawn care services with them. To say my lawn is the envy of my neighbors would be an understatement. The improvement was so dramatic, my neighbors asked me who is providing my lawncare, I told them WeedMan! Most of my neighbors are now WeedMan clients as well....A well cared for lawn makes the best first impression every time we have visitors! Recommend without hesitation!

We have used Weedman for three years and found them to have excellent products and service. My yard was in terrible shape because on brown spot. They have applied monthly applications of their fungicide in the warm weather months and the brown spot has not appeared. I thought I had an infestation of Poa grass and their technician, Bruce, visited with me and showed me that we didnt have Poa. Weedman has a great technician in Bruce. We would highly recommend using Weedman on your lawn

Zero stars! I do not like to put out negative reviews, but others need to be warned of this companys poor ethical business practices. We chose them because they made such a knowledgeable and friendly impression.The weed service was not as effective as expected or promised. After a year contract was up, I cancelled service three times before they acknowledged. They kept sending us bills after we cancelled (rather, declined to renew), for service we did not order and that was not performed. A year later, they are still harassing us via telephone, mail, email and now threaten collections for services not ordered or performed.Before knowing any better, we refered several neighbors and friends, who were also unhappy after a short period of time. All experienced similar issues when trying to cancel service or not renew contracts. Do not use them.

Terrible company. I was spending over $400 dollars a year to have a dead lawn overrun with weeds. Any time I would call to complain the answer was “well you need to pay extra for special treatments to kill that weed” or they would say “you need to call us and tell us.” I stopped calling them because it would end up costing extra every time I called. I work overnight and sleep during the day so I don’t really have the time to properly care for my lawn right now. The point of hiring a company is to have it done without concern. The guy coming out to the house should be able to report the weeds that they aren’t killing. My lawn looks worse than before I hired them. The best thing I did for my lawn was firing Weedman. Save your money and pass on this company.

I have been a Weed Man customer for about 8 years, but today I cancelled their service. Their service has really gone downhill over the last 2 years. When I called to ask why they are unable to control the weeds, Danny the manager tells me its my fault for not calling to complain enough. He says Im their eyes and am responsible for telling them when there are weeds. The weeds have been obvious for the last couple of years and the last time I called to complain nothing changed. I dont appreciate Dannys dismissive attitude and Its not my responsibility to constantly tell them that they have failed to control the weeds. Im the customer that pays the bills and you are Weed Man. You are supposed to take care of the weeds! My lawn looks the same as my neighbors that dont pay Weed Man or any other weed control service.

Scheduled for an appointment on Monday, they called and said they could not come out due to the weather, it was 70 and Sunny, then rescheduled for Tuesday, then was canceled on because of the weather, it was barely drizzling in my area, then called to cancel my service, and they acted like they were doing me a favor, horrible service

If you want to spend a lot of money for your yard to look worse than it did before, Weed Man is your guy.
