Top Turf did a great job. Jay and Aaron explained the post aeration watering and I explained the areas that needed special attention. They were on time and very profesional.

I am very dissatisfied with this company. I hired Top Turf and unfortunately paid for the full year up front. There have been two occasions where I received an email invoice stating that the work was done, however my yard was not serviced which was confirmed through security cameras. As most yard companies do, they usually leave a stake in the yard or documentation hanging from the front door however I did not get any documentation. The first time I called to make a complaint and I was told that the technician must have accidentally went to the wrong address. They sent someone back out to complete the treatment. The most recent occurrence was a similar scenario. I received an email invoice but there was no documentation left. I reviewed cameras and saw the truck pull up on the opposite side of the street, sit for less than 5 minutes, then pull off. I received an email invoice stating specifically what time my yard was serviced, and the precise amount of product that was used in my yard. I made another complaint and was provided with a response a couple days later. I was told that the technician had an equipment issue and was unable to complete the treatment on that day. I was told that this was an honest mistake and they completely defended that technician opposed to offering me, the customer, any compensation. Needless to say, I will not be using this company after this year. I shouldnt have to monitor security cameras to make sure work is getting done that I paid good money for. On top of all that, the yard doesnt even look as good as I would expect.

James did a fantastic job taking the time to explain to me what he was doing and what the expected and realistic results should be. James hand sprayed weeds in my yard. Additionally, James took the time to provide me advice about irrigation. I’m very happy with James’ service.

I love Top Turf Lawn Care and Pest Management! I cant say enough great things about them. My lawn is the envy of the neighborhood. I literally just water it they take care of the rest. If I notice some weeds popping up I simply putting in a service call, free of charge and within a couple of days Top Turf is at my residence and the weeds are gone. Same goes for bugs, ants, mosquitoes, whatever new pests decide to show up, I simply pick up the phone and call Top Turf and bugs or whatever it is, is gone. I love the peace of mind knowing that Top Turf is going to take care of it for one all inclusive price. Theyre simply the best!

Trae and Donovan did the seeding and aeration that we had this past Wednesday. They were friendly and did a great job! We have a side hill that would make anyone crazy when it comes to heavy machinery, but they were awesome.

Jose and Alex arrived early, were professional and worked very neatly. The prior year, dirt was left all over my driveway and seeds were sprayed all over my mulched tree beds. Alex used his hand to lay seed near the mulched tree beds to avoid getting seeds and wasting seeds in areas it didn’t need to be.Alex explained why a specific area had difficulty growing grass ( due to the tree roots taking the nutrients from that area) and what I can do to try to get the grass to grow in that specific area. This was our first visit for weed control. It was fast smooth and professional. They knew how to get in to our gated community and knew exactly the size of the property. It was easy and a pleasure. Ty and John were great.

I have a spot in the back yard that dies about this time of year. I thought it was a fungus or I wasn’t watering enough. James identified it as annual bluegrass weed that dies when it warms up. Our technician was Tyquan B. and we could not have asked for a more professional service and thorough evaluation of our current lawn situation. We received a detailed email of what our lawn needed as well as the directions for what to do after the current product application. The technician was very friendly and able to answer questions before the application. We feel that we were educated after the service and the invoice was very easy to understand as well.

I get the weed, feed pre-emergent, and mosquito treatments. My lawn already looks much better this year. Rich and Dakota were both very friendly and were able to answered all my questions about the what they were using on my lawn. This is a great company.

Tim, the Tech showed up today, after examination explained the needs of my lawn, and applied the first treatment along with giving me an explanation of what to expect. He was friendly and professional. I look forward to seeing how these treatments make a difference in my lawn as time progresses this year.Today, James from Top Turf came unsolicited and applied follow-up treatments where he noticed that they were needed. He explained the existence of an undesirable grass in a few places, and he used his blower to clear the back yard of leaves before giving it a needed treatment. I am impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of the two techs that have worked in our yard.

Great service, great people. Only 3 days after I made the first call, they were here treating my yard. When Rich came out he thoroughly examined my yard before he treated it. When the treatment is finished, we get a report card with what to expect up until the next treatment and what to look for to call if needed.

Dustin answer questions on prepping for fall reseeding and aerating. He also helped me understand how to care for the lawn during these hot summer months.

Just called for information about their Services and I got Jill on the line. She was beyond knowledgeable and extremely friendly and very helpful. I have Bermuda grass and not sure how to take care of it and noticed that I have a lot of weeds growing in this new sod. I am extremely excited to get started with this company.
