I just began using Experigreen recently so Im grading on a bit of a curve here. So far Ive been pleased with the service. The rampant growth of weeds has slowed down. My wife thinks the bare spots have started to fill in. Today we had liquid aeration (which I had never heard of before) but the service tech (a guy named Anthony) did a great job of explaining it to me. He also gave me detailed instructions on how to get the most out of my lawn for the remainder of the fall season. It was a really good experience. I only gave it 4 stars because I want to see what the yard looks like after several treatments but I like what Im seeing so far

ExperiGreen has done a great job for me. I appreciate how Ken comes around after the sale to check on the progress. Their cost for aerating/seeding was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received, and their maintenance has been excellent. Even in January, my lawn looks as nice as it normally does in the springtime!

When Damien Anthony came for my lawn services, we encountered a snake and he helped us kill it. Props to him for being a brave person and helping us when all of us were terrified. Technician Kenny Green maintenanced my neighbors yard for the past 3 years and it’s absolutely beautiful. The yard is golf course level in appearance with a hunter green color. I am using the service to kill weeds.The description says to wait 1 week.I will follow up on that.They have great customer service in person and on the phone.They dont have contracts so they said I could cancel at any time.I will let you know if any of that changes.I pay 44 dollars every 3 weeks.

This will be my third year using the lawncare services of ExperiGreen. Ive been pleased with the services received over the past 2 years. Im especially pleased with the exceptional customer service provided by Trisha Hall. Last Summer we were having issues with a particular reoccurring grass weed and I brought this to Trishas attention and she immediately responded by getting a technician out to retreat my lawn. Not only did she promptly handled my request but she followed up with me throughout the remainder of the season to make sure that I was happy with the service visits. Trisha is personable and responds with a sense of urgency.

Moved into a new home with sod. Asked several times for a consultation and no one followed up with me. The first potential treatment caused weeds to grow more aggressively. I was told that I should see weeds turn brown within the first couple of weeks but this did not happen. Weeds grew stronger and rapidly. 2nd service, I specifically requested a call to discuss further treatment and what could be done differently. Lance washington never called or followed up once I tried to request through the primary customer service line. If I were your Company, I would not be so quick to put a sign up with your brand in a yard that you clearly did nothing to improve. Smaller business owners are the way to go. Larger companies dont value their customers and treat you more like a problem or an aggravation.

I have had the pleasure in meeting Kenny Scott a few years back and signed on with him to have him ExperiGreen service my lawn. I was extremely pleased at first then I was no longer pleased with the appearance of my lawn. My lawn looked better before I started the service after a while. I decided to cancel my service. After I canceled I called Mr. Scott to let him know I had canceled and it had nothing to do with him. My Scott asked me several questions and listened and addressed my concerns. My Scott is an awesome man. When he apologized to me and did not want me to be unhappy and asked if I would give them another chance. I wish I had called Mr. Scott before with my concerns he would have helped me and figured out the problem. I’m not one that changes her mind easily once I’ve made a decision. Mr. Scott really care about the customers and take pride in the service the company provide. I could not say no to him because he cared. When I first moved into my home I had bald spots and weeds everywhere! I was I ready to begin seeding to see a difference in my lawn ASAP!. I was advised by Ken Scott that lawn care is a process and you need to take the correct steps in order to get the results your looking for. My first treatment few treatments was to control the weeds and then we began the fertilizer process. I began to notice that my grass was so much greener and what I initially thought was grass was just weeds all over my lawn that began to die. Today my grass is plush and green and my family members said that it looks like a carpet. I’d highly recommend Ken Scott and this company to others.
