Ive been using Killingsworth for one year now. It is the best and most comprehensive service Ive used. And, I used many. The technician is always courteous and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I am psycho about my grass and so I ask A LOT of questions. Hes great! Moreover, my lawn looks the best it has ever looked. I highly highly recommend them.

We’ve used Killingsworth on several properties and they have always been great. Joe has specifically serviced our home several times and he is responsive, punctual and informative. He has gone out of his way in the past for us and at this point we would use no other pest control company other than the Big K! They are great!

The pest control service was GREAT the techs were great. My fault I did NOT read the fine print in the contract. I knew we were moving and instead of allowing us to transfer our service to our new home. They want us to pay for the remainder of the contract on a house we do not even own any longer.... I get it its my fault I did not read the small print. it also was NOT explained to me that way. I let them know upfront I would be moving... AGAIN MY FAULT... you would just think they would like to keep an existing customer and transfer service to our new home. I will miss the techs and what a wonderful job they did, however the customer service was not great when dealing with even asking questions about the transfer. the response was just explaining what a contract was over and over...... I say update your policy and keep clients happy.

These guys were great! They came to my home and took care of wasp nests and ant hills that I couldn’t even see, on top of spraying the exterior of the house and interior. They also went up to our attic and took care of that as well. They even did me the favor of spraying around my detached carport. I have only seen one DEAD roach since they came and it was outside! They are quick, efficient, and polite!

We had wasps coming in through our chimney. When I called I was told one of their wildlife technicians would come and treat the area, remove any nests and seal off entry. When the guy comes, he says they cant touch chimneys so he probably wont charge the full $175. Of course later he says it will be $175. He said there were two tiny nests near the chimney cap that he knocked off. Of course there were no photos to prove this. They should never have told me they could do that. $175 for a 20 minute appointment. Never again!

Called Killingsworth after a neighbor highly recommended them for not only carpet cleaning, but other services as well. Brandon came out the next morning to clean carpets for an open house I was having the very next day, Carpets look amazing and he was able to get out stains which I had tried to remove, but couldnt. Brandon was very careful and thorough. I would definitely call Killingsworth for carpet cleaning and intend to use them in the future for other services as well. Its nice to have a reliable company to be able to go to for multiple services.

They put 2 treatments for ants and still have an unbelievable amt of ants. They just relocated. They did not treat under the house where the ants are They now want me to go on monthly plan. Ill be trying another service

We have used them for over 14 years. They have handled our Pest Control and they have encapsulated our crawl space. They have always been great customer servicers for both. Any pest issues and they come right out. We have had few issues. We were even told that with the bedbug protection we have included in our yearly contract that when we travel we can leave suitcases in the garage when we get home and call them to bring the dog out to sniff our luggage before we bring it in the house.We even get compliments on the crawl space encapsulation from other service providers. Id say that is great work!!

I am familiar with the company and can only assume based on location that this is the one my apartment complex uses (Gave 2 stars since Im not certain). They come once every 6 months or so to spray and spend less than 90 seconds doing so. I recently paid extra to have them come help with a German Roach problem. I gave the gentleman permission to basically nuke my place and from what I can tell they didnt even double their 90 second spray time. Not sure if their lackadaisical approach is based on the fact that this is an apartment vs a home or if the employees are just lazy.

Tony responded fast when our furnace went out Tuesday, evaluated the problem and clearly explained the repairs we needed. The snow delayed the repairs by one day but Killingsworth kept us informed. Tony came Friday afternoon and made all the repairs in about 3 hours. All the people we dealt with at Killingsworth were professional and efficient. We will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Have been with Killingsworth for 22 years. Got a call for the renewal this year and the price increase was over 400%. They have gone to a new monthly billing fee this year vs a one time charge. The one time charge is no longer an option. The lady said they has a slight increase. Really outrageous sales tactics. Hope their customers put them out of business.

At the beginning of the summer, my little boys legs, arms, and back were about covered in mosquito bites. It was awful because he loves to be outside but it wasnt worth it for all the mosquitoes. I saw a special on-line for two lawn treatments and took advantage of it. Im not saying that my son hasnt had one single mosquito bite but the bites were dramatically lower. Instead of having dozens of them, hes got just a few. I was skeptical that they would *really* be able to get rid of the mosquitoes but it was a noticeable difference, for sure. Very pleased with the service!
