Went in to get some sheets and towels dry cleaned and told me they couldn’t do it. That it was too expensive. I told them that money was no object, the lady laughed at me. They just lost a good customer and future business with me. Very unprofessional and I really think they shouldn’t judge people based on what the’re wearing.

Im sure these people are nice but the language barrier makes it too hard to do business with them. I asked the older lady that works upfront to take the hem out of 2 pairs of jeans to make them as long as possible, she also measured 3 pairs of dress pants to hem for me. They dry cleaned my jeans even though I didnt ask them to and didnt do anything to the length like I asked. The owner refused to give me my money back for the jeans that I never wanted dry cleaned. All 3 pairs of dress pants were too long and he refused to fix them telling me thats how they should look. I paid $58 for 5 pairs of pants that I cant wear, and I have to pay someone else to hem them correctly. I would advise to stay away.
