The lady who works here is a sweetheart and so helpful! She also keeps the machines sanitized. I enjoy coming to this laundromat because of the wash card, dont have to deal with quarters!

I had been going to this laundromat for nearly 20 years. It has become poorly managed, poorly maintained and machines that work are moldy. My recent visit on Jan 30th resulted in my money being taken by an out of order machine. They knew it was not working and did not have any signage on the washer. The money was not refunded or credited to my Mega Wash card. I reported the matter to the manager in writing-no response. They were not helpful, professional and did not even unplug a machine they were aware was not working. They are glad to steal your money. Tough luck. There is a new laundromat right across the street now. At least it will be clean there and machines working. I will not return to Mega Wash. Buh bye.

After moving about a half mile away, I thought I would check out this laundromat when I needed to wash clothes again. I is a nice clean laundromat, but has poor customer service. To use the laundry service, you must first buy a laundry card, for one dollar and then add on money to use the washing machines and dryers which can be reused, so I saw no problem. So I purchased the dollar card and added $10.00 to it to do my laundry.Then I went to a washing machine, put in my clothes and soap, closed the door, and then inserted the card, just to see card invalid on the screen. I then went back to the machine where I purchased my card and then I saw another one sticking out, so I thought maybe I did something wrong, so I tried that card, still to no avail.So I went to the service booth, and the lady there couldnt figure out what happened, but put $9 back on the card, so I wasnt going to fuss.About 30 minutes later though, after I put my clothes in the dryer, this man approached me telling me the machine tape didnt show any money being put in the machine.Luckily this other woman came up and said that she saw a message that said $11 was put in, but then error also shown on the screen. Thankfully she saw this too, so I didnt look like a complete fool. I definitely wont be coming back here again.

Theres always enough washers, the wait isnt long and the dryers never fail me. The customer service is nice and the prices arent too bad for the quality of the machines
