Place seems pretty clean and comfortable for the most part. Got about 2 loads done last week and things were smooth.however, the nice lady Maria helped me out and let me know when my items were done. overall ill be back :)

Clean place lot of machines. Few things I dont like is I was charged for a card without knowing. What if $2.00 was all I had at the time and I just wanted to wash and thats it ? To find out I paid $2.00 for a card ? I like the idea, but just let customers know about it first before putting their money into that machine. MORE FOLDING TABLES WOULD BE NICE ALSO ! I guess the place is built too narrow for that though. My advice, just get there very early if you like to find your clothes. I changed my star.. Damn they need dryers that work. First and last time here. Waste of time and money.

I have previously brought laundry here for wash and fold service without major incident but today after i picked up my laundry I went home to put it away and noticed several items were missing. I called but no one picked up so I drove down to pick up my missing laundry. I was the by the staff person that my laundry was not there. I wrote a list of missing items and was told that the manager would be alerted. I was given the managers phone which is the same one I had called earlier. I went home and weighed my laundry and found it was 8-9 lbs short of what I had paid. I have sent this information to the manager but 1 1/2 hours later have yet to hear back from anyone. Frustrated is the nicest word to use right now.Outcome: All is well, had great communication from the manager. Several options/solutions were presented. My missing clothes were found. Still a happy customer, and will go back.

FINALLY 🙏 I have found a laundromat in Charlotte that is actually an acceptable place to wash my familys clothes. This place is CLEAN, safe and smells lovely. My clothes actually come out of the washer clean and smell exactly like my laundry detergent. Everywhere else I have been has left my clothes looking dingy and smelling might mildew. I am so thankful for this place.

Lots of improvements made over the past year. New washers & dryers. AIR CONDITIONING! Very clean restroom. Always staffed. Not open 24/hr anymore but thats a good thing. No more 1am wash runs when things can be sketchy.

I started coming here a few years ago because it was clean and I felt safe. I pass up other laudromats today for the same reasons. The ladies who clean this place are phenomenal!

Ive come here for some time now late at night usually. Now that they have all the homeless people out that slept there at night its pretty clean and affordable. The vending machine has taken my money for detergent multiple times and when you try to get help there is a definite language barrier, so dont expect your money back. However that same person can take your laundry order and quote prices just fine along with anything else except giving you a refund for a dollar. To be honest, unless your of Latin decent dont really expect any favors or hospitality at all. I thought it was just me but, I have several friends that have said the same thing. Ill be back tho, it is convenient as far as local goes.UPDATE~ 4/23 8:15pmThey just locked the doors as I was walking up there in 2 people in there and its 8:13 pm. Awesome!

They have very good customer services in here, great atmosphere.

I go here alot to wash clothes on Sunday. I prefer early in the morning. With that being said just know some homeless people will be sleeping or hanging out at this location. Again this is early like 3 to 5 in the morning so for some people you may find this uncomfortable especially if you are a woman. I have never had an issue or problem I go in wash my clothes and dry be back home in bed by 6. So if you looking to wash clothes early theyre open 24 hrs.

Washed and dried two duvets here at ten p.m. Though not in a great neighborhood, I felt comfortable and safe. The attendant was very helpful; he went out of his way to assist me. Variety of sizes of washers accommodated my need. Clean and quiet.

Is a good place to get your laundry done.just be careful going on Sundays youre pretty much not getting your laundry done for the large families use multiple washers.

I should of read the reviews before going here obviously the washer leaking and flooding the floor is More than a one time occurrence. I would recommend you go elsewhere. Also tried calling the number on the door and got no answer! Customer put bags on her feet to her shoes dry.

Never been disrespected at a laundry mat before in my life. Not even that long after I checked my clothes to see if they were finished drying, I walk outside with my son so he wont get antsy from the wait. Walked back in to get my clothes out the dryer and it was done for me by someone else. It was only myself and my 4 year old. Ive been to laundry mats before and see where people leave to go run other errands or just sit in their car to pass time until their clothes are done. Their clothes may be done before they get back or come back in to check and see if they are or not. Never have I thought or wanted to touch someones clothes I dont know, take all of them out and put my clothes in. That is rude amd disrespectful. Washland is small and Im pretty sure one or more persons knew that it was me whos clothes that was. They couldve politely walked up to me and asked me to takr mine our because there was no other dryer. Oh, here is another option, they couldve waited. Maybe wherever they come from thats whats done but not any place that Ive been. Even in college it was rude. If Im missing something, best believe Ill be back. The woman whom is the owner or manager needs to be more helpful when her people are being rude...

About 2 weeks ago I used this laundry mat and I put in a total of three dollars in the vending machine slot 5c and I was not able to retrieve my tide washing powders. I used the telephone number listed on the wall for issues and the owner never returned my call about my money. Update 1/10/17 the owner still has not tried to contact me about my money I lost and also the number has been taken down. The pros are that this is a 24 hour facilities, however the cons of the owner not refunded you the money you lost in a machine is a deal breaker for me. So if you lose money at this facility there is nobody to contact and you are short beware.

Very unhappy with this laundry mat. Left to go get a drink, came back to water being all over the floor which goes all the way to the front door. Called the number that is on the door, went to voicemail the first time. Waited about 10 minutes and called again to have the call answered, told the man the problem and seems he has no concern what so ever about the problem. So I will be making calls to get this place shut down.
