How do you properly report a machine taking your money? No one around a weekday nor is there a contact number clearly posted to address any issues. Customer service needs improvement.

Terrible! Staff is annoying and harasses clients. The dryers constantly break down and you are lucky if you are there to catch it in order to try to get your money back. Never going there again

Today i was minding my business waiting on my clothes to dry. I notice the owner kept walking by me. I was on my phone when suddenly he approaches me and aggressively asked me why was I in his store. He clearly seen me come in and put my clothes in the dryer and on top of that I always come to the laundry mat to dry my items. But today I never felt so embarrassed and disrespected in my life I had to show him where my clothes was in front of everyone smh i will Never ever come back to them again To be honest they don’t even deserve that one star I gave them but I’m going to pray for him because you don’t treat anyone that way!!! Especially a paying customer

The owner has the worst customer service.

This laundromat needs attention. Its always dirty. No one was never there when i needed help. Also creepy men wash there too..be careful ladies.

$4 for a small washer... Absolutely not. Totally robbing the locals who dont have transportation to go farther. Not me Im got down the street where its half the price.

They still use quarters for the machines. Its almost impossible to find a laundry mat that doesnt use a card to load and then you either get stuck with your money on it or you over dry your clothes just to use it all.

Rude customer service. Woman managing the store instructed us to put our laundry in a specific dryer which did not dry the clothes (dryer was not over loaded) they were still soaked after 21 minutes and the woman running the store refused to reimburse us for the money spent. The other two loads containing multiple pairs of jeans all dried fine in the 21 minutes. The woman caused a scene while refusing to help. This made all the other customers feel uncomfortable. We will never come back to this establishment and will never recommend anyone else to come here.

I prefer going to this laundromat than buying a washer and dryer. Associate is nice, there are many regulars who are friendly as well.

Started out okay.. not a lot of people here and kind of quick. The attendant was nice and she kept to herself, but could use some updates washing machines and dryers. Roaches were a concern for me after a while. Also another concern that i have was that I put money in the dryers to get an hr to dry. Not that many clothes to dry in one dryer. When I used the dryer after paying my money it stopped after 10 minutes of drying. I asked the attendant could I get my money back to use in the next dryer and she said no cause she doesn’t have a key.. I had to spend extra money that I shouldn’t have due to their dryers not working properly..

1st time to a laundromat in years. The facility is older but it works well. The gentleman in the office was a huge help. I needed cash ( I wrongly assumed they took cards) so he started the machines for me and watched them while I ran to the ATM. Don’t get that kind of customer service much anymore. I would recommend them to anyone.

Attendant is always friendly, keeps the place clean and the machines work great. The parking lot is not cluttered and there are plenty of dryers.

Very dirty, dryer sheets and lint everywhere. Half of the dryers do not work. Be prepared to wait for a dryer to open up before you are able to dry your clothes. Attendent is extremely rude and not helpful at all!! Will go else where with my clothes!!

Good prices. Its a small location bit its comfortable and clean.
