It is 10:03 am on a Sunday the sign on the door states that you open at 8am there isnt any one here nor does it look like its even been open at all. This is false advertising if anything. If the times are changed please post that on the door . I am not the only one sitting in this parking lot waiting to see if anyone will open the store

Kind of pricey... mid sized big machine is $6.00 for 12 minutes and dryers are 25 cents for three minutes.But the location and cleanness makes it worth it ... it’s near Foodlion and more stores and restaurants.No bathroom here either but there is one in FoodlionMachines take change and there is a change machine in here

This is a very clean, neat, and quiet laundromat. I was able to wash and dry a king size and a queen size comforter for less than $10 total! There is a dry cleaner attached to this laundry.

I would give a negative -0 if I could.Though the sign on the door says open until 10:00 pm, they really close at 8:00 pm. The sign on the door also says last load in by 8:00 pm, but it is not specific to washer or dryer-- surely if they are open until 10:00 pm, they would accommodate dryer usage, considering the sign on the door is not specific to washer or dryer loads. So, the owner and his son, grandson or whomever, came out last night after me and my kids walked in with three loads of clothes to put into the dryer. The owners son, nephew, or grandson said that I couldnt use the dryer because it was after 8:00 pm and it didnt matter that the sign was confusing-- he said it means last load at 8:00 pm for washer and dryer. But, that is not what the sign says... Most establishments add that text so that there are no confusions. The young man was curt and dismissive. Even after we asked, he still couldnt provide any logical reasons as to why we couldnt use the dryers other than hes doing something with all 40 dryers, so we could not use them. He, then, said, Just leave, as though we were common criminals. The funny thing about this situation and the most hilarious display of shallow perceptions I have ever seen in my life, is that there were two other people in there using the washers. Its not that we were trying to cause a scene at 8:40 pm, but at the same time, I was always taught in business to honor what is specifically in writing. It did not say, specifically, in writing that we could not use neither washer or dryer-- it says last load... But, what load? There were people in there, who were using the washers... So did that mean, they could use the dryers once their load was done??? Im curious as to how this is decided-- Is it because we were black? Is it because my daughter was gay, and misidentified as a black thuggish male? Why would you run a business in an urban community, when clearly, you have issues with the subtext of urban people as a whole?Secondly my good and terrible business owners, be considerate. Lock the doors so that no one is able to walk in after 8:00 pm.Third, to the owners and your inconsiderate son, grandson or nephew: Please change the sign on the door-- be specific in your wording so that people dont waste their time coming there, especially when you dont want to cater to everybody in the first place. I was always told to go where youre celebrated and not tolerated... You, as a business, should do better.

As a travel agent, I have to use local laundromat most of times. This was excellent experience, probably cleanest laundromat in southeast region. The lady inside dry cleaners was professional. she was able to alter my pants and zipper same day. (She did amazing job!!!!) Thanks!!

When I had a complaint the owner(asian woman) acts defiant/snooty & has disrespectful attitude. Besides acting like she doesnt speak or understand english.The dryers are set on low heat settings to milk you for money.I put $10 in changes machine only to be shorted $1. With her having a rude attitude of accusing me of lying & demanding me to err empty my pockets.the bathrooms are always locked. After getting key I went inside & the bathroom was filthy & had used condom on the floor.

I have used this laundromat over the years to wash large items I cant do at home. Every time Ive been its been very clean, there is dry cleaners inside. Ive always used them for ALL my alteration needs. They are quick and priced fair for quality work.

I have been searching for a good Dry Cleaners that does a good job and has a good price per item $$. So seeing this cleaners right on little rock road, I decided to give them a try. The lady inside is very polite, so far they have the best quality and best price in west charlotte area. Highly recommended!!

Washers allow you to select extra wash and/or extra rinse but forget it if you want hot water because there wasnt any when I was last there.Evidently a son of the owners cleans the place so it appears he wants to get done and get out so the place is not open until 8:00 p.m.

This place is so convenient the lady who helped me was so nice I asked her if she could sew a button and she hand sew it and my laundry was smelling so nice and clean love it, thanks for great service.

Washers are expensive and dryers get way too hot! Will ruin your clothes.i used softener and fabric sheets but you cant tell.

They have good machines that work well,but the dryers are a little pricey. Dont bother the lady that works there and everything will be fine.

Large, quite a few big machines, quarters only, they do have a change machine. The place connected to a cleaners and the lady inside is not very friendly. You will have an ok experience as long as you dont ask the lady in the cleaners any questions. Open till 10pm ....

There is NEVER an attendant, apparently these people are too cheap to even pay a small employee salary for some decent human to human service.
